Art exhibit both inside and outside of WTC on 9/11. Most likely the work of Gelatin/Gelitin, Israeli Art Students.

The "Art" - titled "Gutless Men" is said to depict The Framing of Muslims + Gutless Men (all Americans) who allowed this attack on their own soil.
9/11 advertised itself in a major way to their special audience under the cover of “art”, right on the WTC strike zone just before 9/11, 127 Illuminated Windows.
