In the late 1980s, a group of dissident officials in the Soviet Union has grown afraid of losing power as relations improve with the United States. Hoping to oust the Soviet President, they steal a nuclear missile and launch it at the Soviet city of Donetsk from a site in NATO member Turkey. The Soviet automated defense systems, believing a NATO attack is in progress, execute a measured launch of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) at the United States.

 

As the stolen missile detonates over Donetsk and destroys the city, the Strategic Air Command (SAC) scrambles its forces. SAC Commander General Renning urges the President of the United States to authorize a full counterattack.

 

The Soviet leader contacts his American counterpart, explaining the dissidents' actions. He asks the US to stand down, but he is willing to accept an American counterstrike if it is exactly equal to the Soviet's first strike, costing each side six to nine million people. The communist authorities controlling China have imposed new restrictions on exporting fertilizers. Such a move is expected to have a disastrous effect on the ongoing surge in the prices of fertilizers and food.

 

Fertilizer prices are being spurred on by ongoing energy crises in Europe, China and elsewhere. The cost increase comes just as global food prices hit a 10-year high. (Related: THE WORLD GOES HUNGRY: Fertilizer prices projected to reach near-record high in 2022.)

 

The General Administration of Customs implemented the new regulations on Oct. 15. The agency placed additional inspection requirements on 29 categories of fertilizer products, including urea and ammonium nitrate fertilizers.

 

China is one of the worldโ€™s largest producers of fertilizer. It leads the world in the production of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer, and is the fourth-largest producer of potash fertilizer. It is also one of the worldโ€™s largest exporters of fertilizer, accounting for about 30 percent of global trade.

 

Most of Chinaโ€™s imports of fertilizer go to India, Pakistan and Southeast Asian countries. But that doesnโ€™t mean the communist nationโ€™s new regulations wonโ€™t affect fertilizer prices and supplies in other countries, including the United States. There are already signs that a fertilizer shortage is emerging.

 

In Brazil, farmers reported that many deliveries of fertilizer have been canceled. In France, the largest agricultural producer in the European Union, an official warned that the country will soon face difficulties sourcing fertilizer supplies.

 

These net importers will have to rely on other countries for some of their fertilizer orders, which will increase competition and lead to even higher prices of fertilizer. This could negatively impact American farmers, who are already dealing with a lot of problems related to the supply chain crisis. I was an Aerial Combat Documentary Photographer stationed at Vandenberg AFB 1965/1967 wand then I got shipped to SouthEast Asiaโ€ฆ I was one of a few Still Photographers on Flight Status, and a Member of the

Father worked with Lockheed (Moffat Field) between ~ 1963 through 1984, on projects co-run by the Air Force. Never able to tell us what project was being developed, but frequently was flown to an un-named Air Force field in S. Cal. for flight tests. His field of specialization aligns with much of what this video exposes. Am horrified re the field tests of Agent Orange, as well as the early drone program. I believe he worked on the first satellites (designing nose cone) as well as infamous Skunk Works - he passed in 2009 @ 82, still under military constraint of silence re security of programs worked on/with in 60's - 80's.

Colombia's most wanted drug trafficker and the leader of the country's largest criminal gang has been captured.

Dairo Antonio รšsuga, better known as Otoniel, was seized after a joint operation by the army, air force and police on Saturday.

The government had offered a $800,000 (ยฃ582,000) reward for information about his whereabouts, while the US placed a $5m bounty on his head.

The current convoy is more organized than other marches north, as coordinators made participants register with a QR code or web link to join, according to Fox.

US Customs and Border Protection detained a record-high 1.7 million undocumented immigrants over the previous 12 months, officials said.

On Saturday, October 23, 2021 at about 3:20 p.m., a vehicle participating in a drag racing event, Airport Race Wars 2, which was taking place at Kerrville Aviation, 1875 Airport Loop at Kerrville-Kerr County Airport, lost control and left the runway, crashing into parked vehicles and striking spectators who were observing the races.

The crash resulted in two fatalities, a six year old male child who died at the scene, and an eight year old male child who was transported to Peterson Regional Medical Center in Kerrville where he was pronounced deceased.

Four people were transported by air ambulances to treatment facilities. A 26 year old male was transported to Dell Seaton Medical Center in Austin and is in unknown condition, a 27 year old female was transported to University Medical Center in San Antonio and is in non-life threatening critical condition, a 46 year old female was also transported to University Medical Center in San Antonio and is in critical condition, and the 34 year old male driver was transported to San Antonio Medical Center and is listed in stable condition.

Two people were treated and released at the scene, and two children, a four year old male child and a three month old female child, were transported to Peterson Regional Medical Center by ambulance for precautionary evaluations.

Kerrville Police are conducting an investigation into the accident. This investigation is active and ongoing. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip ErdoฤŸan said Saturday he's declared U.S. Ambassador David Satterfield and nine other foreign envoys personae non gratae after they this week called for the release of jailed philanthropist Osman Kavala, per AP.

Driving the news: The embassies of the United States, Canada, France, Finland, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway and Sweden wrote in the Oct. 18 statement that they "believe a just and speedy resolution to his case must be in line with Turkeyโ€™s international obligations and domestic laws."

 

"Noting the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights on the matter, we call for Turkey to secure his urgent release," the joint statement added.

 

Kavala has been held without a conviction since 2017. A court acquitted him in 2020 of charges related to nationwide anti-government demonstrations in 2013, but the decision was later overturned and his original charges were combined with separate charges involving a 2016 coup attempt, per AP.

 

What he's saying: โ€œI gave the instruction to our foreign minister and said โ€˜You will immediately handle the persona non grata declaration of these 10 ambassadors,โ€™โ€ ErdoฤŸan said during a Saturday rally, according to AP.

 

"They will recognize, understand and know Turkey," he added. "The day they donโ€™t know or understand Turkey, they will leave.โ€

 

Of note: ErdoฤŸan previously announced plans to meet with President Biden at a Group of 20 (G20) summit in Rome, Italy, next weekend, Reuters notes.

 

U.S. State Department spokesperson said it's aware of ErdoฤŸan's reported comments and was "seeking clarity from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs," per Reuters.

The CDC is lying to the world about Covid-19 Vaccine safety; they are killing 15 people for every 1 life they save

 

The CDC and the FDA claim that we can safely ignore the huge spike in event rates reported to the VAERS system this year (this is the official adverse event reporting system relied on by the FDA and CDC to spot safety signals). In their view, there is โ€œnothing to seeโ€ in the death chart below. They claim that the propensity to report (PTR) is much higher this year and that all the events (with the exception of a few) are all simply reporting background events that were not caused by the Covid-19 vaccines.

 

Thereโ€™s just one tiny little problem with that explanation: there is a CDC paper that proves that they are lying. Big time.

 

I will show below that even if we believed everything they said, it canโ€™t explain all the deaths and severe adverse events. The data simply doesnโ€™t fit their hypothesis. At all.

 

The reality is the vaccines are extremely dangerous, they kill more than they save for every age range (itโ€™s worse the younger you are), and they should be halted immediately, not green lighted like the FDA committee just did. All vaccine mandates should be rescinded

 

In a nutshell, there is a paper written by five CDC authors, The reporting sensitivity of the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) for anaphylaxis and for Guillain-Barrรฉ syndrome, that was published a year ago in the peer-reviewed scientific literature.

 

The paper claims that serious adverse events in the past have been under-reported by at most a factor of 8.3 (known as the under-reporting factor (URF)).

 

This means that in the best possible scenario, where there is full reporting (i.e., where the URF=1 and the PTR, defined as the avg URF/current URF, is 8.3), a reporting rate of serious adverse events that is 8.3X higher than the previous reporting rate for that symptom could be safely ignored as simply due to a higher propensity to report the naturally occurring rate of background events.

 

While theoretically you could have a URF of <1, this is unlikely since the HHS verifies all records before they are put in the database and eliminates duplicates. There are mistakes that happen but they are minor, e..g, we know of 2 gamed records out of the 1.6M VAERS reports. So the minimum URF would be 1 and it would be nearly impossible to achieve from a practical standpoint.

 

Hereโ€™s the problem. This year, with the COVID vaccines, there are a huge number of serious adverse events that are reported at a rate that is more than 8.3X higher than previous years. In fact, nearly every serious event I investigated was elevated from previous years by significantly more than this. I documented this in an important video on VAERS serious adverse event reports that I hope everyone will watch.

 

Unfortunately, none of the people at the FDA, CDC, or on their respective outside committees has ever watched that video. If they did, they would immediately realize the enormous mistakes that have been made and Iโ€™m sure take corrective action.

 

But cognitive dissonance prevents them from watching the video. I think the only way to force them to watch the video would be to physically strap them in a chair and put clamps on their eyes as was done in the movie โ€œA Clockwork Orange.โ€

 

How do you explain the rates of pulmonary embolism?

The most stunning serious adverse event I found was pulmonary embolism (PE).

 

As I show in the video, the average annual number of reports of PE per year in VAERS for all vaccines was 1.4. So weโ€™d expect to see at most 11.6 PE events this year according to the belief system of the FDA and CDC. Well, one tiny little problem: with the COVID vaccines, there were 1,131 reports, nearly a 100-fold increase over the โ€œbest caseโ€ scenario. Please watch the video on VAERS serious adverse event reports to see this for yourself.

 

Also, for those suffering from โ€œcognitive dissonance syndromeโ€ (this is a common affliction of people who think the vaccines are safe), the increase in reports isnโ€™t due to increased rates of vaccination either as we explain in this paper which shows historical vaccination rates among various age groups.

 

In other words, even if you totally buy the bullshit argument of the FDA and CDC (which they never justified with analysis or data) that the URF=1 this year, it still means that 99% of the reports of pulmonary embolism (PE) are unexplainable. They must be caused by โ€œsomethingโ€ and that something has to be very big and it has to be correlated with the administration of the vaccine because the PE reporting rate was correlated with the vaccine administration.

 

If these PE events werenโ€™t caused by the vaccine, then what caused them?

A California teacher has been placed on leave after a student filmed her performing her version of a Native American dance in order to teach her students a mnemonic intended to help them master trigonometry.

 

The California News Times has identified the school as John W. North High School and has named the teacher. According to the site she has been doing this particular routine for some time now.

 

The video is worth a look if for no other reason than it is one of the most bizarre things you will watch this year.

 

To be honest, I was not sure if the performance was an example of racism, insensitivity, cultural appropriation, or just a good old-fashioned psychotic break. I strongly suspect it is the result of naivetรฉ. While the teacher may have had good intentions, the case can certainly be made that the display is insulting to Native Americans. Hell, I felt a little insulted and Iโ€™m as white as they come. Seriously, I did the Ancestry.com thing. I really am as white as they come. I canโ€™t even claim to be 1/502th Cherokee.

 

The local Native American community is angry over the incident. While one may wonder why the teacherโ€™s dance routine is just now coming to light, the anger is justified. โ€œRacismโ€ is a word that is thrown around far too easily these days and the charge can be leveled at the drop of a hat. And while I do not know if the teacher is racist, the dance routine was incredibly insensitive. And displays like this do not do anything but stoke the fire that the Left is too eager to stoke whenever possible.

 

As I mentioned in a previous column, in a previous life I had married into a Native American family. In order to be a part of the family, and because I genuinely loved my in-laws, I learned to be a Southern Straight dancer and a Gourd Dancer and participated in the sweat lodgeโ€ฆ.

 

But we do owe others basic respect and dignityโ€”we arenโ€™t progressives, after all. To be invited to participate and learn is one thing. To turn something into a comedy routine really is another. And no, that is not political correctness or an endorsement of CRT. Rather I offer it as the rational alternative.

 

There really are two problems with this situation. First is the insensitivity displayed by the teacher. The second is the fact that the property taxes of the people of Riverside are being used for thisโ€ฆwhatever it is. As James Woods so aptly stated regarding the incident: โ€œPublic schools no longer teach civics or history. Half the kids who graduate canโ€™t make change for a dollar, or know how to read an analog clock. But this nonsense is shoved down their throats daily,โ€ And he is right. When I was in radio, I saw job applications that in addition to being illegible, were so rife with misspellings that I practically needed to hire a translator to read enough of them to know I didnโ€™t want to hire that person. In fact, things such as spelling, grammar, and basic math have fallen by the wayside over the years so people can live their truth and lecture us on which of the 1.5 million genders they are at any given moment.

 

If this incident is any indicator of what is going on in Americaโ€™s classrooms, is it any wonder students have become fascinated with their pronouns and want to major in TikTok, Instagram, or in being social justice warriors? Watch the video again. Watch as the teacher hops up and down the rows. About midway through you will see a student put his head down on his desk as if he just canโ€™t watch anymore. If you were a student in that class, how seriously would you take anything that teacher said after watching that? Between that and alleged adults identifying as dragons or sporksโ€”or having full-throated tantrums on their cell phones in cars over masksโ€”should we be surprised kids are deciding that their own truths are the only truths?

China warns of further spread in latest COVID-19 flare-up

 

BEIJING (Reuters) -China's latest COVID-19 outbreak is increasingly likely to spread further, a health official said on Sunday, as authorities urged all regions to step up monitoring and called for a reduction in travel across provinces.

 

China has largely contained the virus but it is determined to stamp out any sporadic local outbreaks, particularly in the run-up to the 2022 Winter Olympics in February.

Authorities have banned travel agencies from arranging cross-provincial tours that involve regions deemed of higher virus risk, and has imposed nationwide suspension on some travel services linking multiple tourist attractions.

 

The capital Beijing has said it will impose strict restriction on travels to the city by people who have been to counties with at least one infection.

 

Health authorities also said on Sunday that about 75.6% of China's population had received complete vaccine doses as of Oct. 23, or some 1.068 billion people.

 

China is giving booster shots to adults whose last dose was at least six months earlier, with priority groups including essential workers, older people and those with weaker immune systems. Data showed antibodies elicited by vaccines, including the most-used shots from Sinovac and Sinopharm, declined within months.

 

Wang Huaqing, chief expert for the immunization program at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said China would not keep giving people booster shots indefinitely.

US Auto Manufacturers Being Hit By Shortages

 

My job is in the automotive manufacturing field. We usually pay 8 to 17 cent for nuts on a bad day. We are now paying over $1 for a single nut. Prices on other materials are up 300% to 1,000%. We can't get tires, axles, electronic chips, plastics (bushings and other interior pieces etc), wiring, paint and more. Other companies in the same line of manufacturing are doing even worse than we are. I have more bad news to say but it would risk me being doxxed.
