US Auto Manufacturers Being Hit By Shortages

My job is in the automotive manufacturing field. We usually pay 8 to 17 cent for nuts on a bad day. We are now paying over $1 for a single nut. Prices on other materials are up 300% to 1,000%. We can't get tires, axles, electronic chips, plastics (bushings and other interior pieces etc), wiring, paint and more. Other companies in the same line of manufacturing are doing even worse than we are. I have more bad news to say but it would risk me being doxxed.
