They did for me, made my life worse also. Worst thing for people ever. It's a chemical crutch to numb you from the pain of life, but only by embracing that pain and trauma can you ever hope to make progress. Sadly most just want to pop a pill forget who they were, instead of confronting the problems and trauma that have put them in the situation in the first place.

also agree with this. I had to stop almost 6 months ago. I went too deep. For a few years i was self medicating with that, and for a while it helped but when you realize you go for the pipe before food or water in the morning. It is not good for you, plus it still opens doors to the other side much like DMT, and the things on the other side were not happy with me.
