For starters, while the Biden administration, Congressional Democrats and their media support complex have branded January 6th rioters as domestic terrorists - Garland had no clue about leftist Demonstrators who forced their way into the Department of the Interior just one week ago - to protest Biden's approval of fossil fuel energy projects.

 

"They forced their way into the Department of the Interior. They fought with security and police officers, sending some of those officers to the hospital. The extremists violently pushed their way into a restricted government building in an attempt to thwart the work of the department," Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) told Garland. Putin Blasts Pushing Transgenderism On Children As "Simply Monstrous" In Critique Of West's 'Wokism'

 

Russian President Vladimir Putin issued some typically frank and devastating comments on woke culture afflicting the West and particularly the United States, in particular going after new emerging 'norms' on gender discussions, race relations, as well as 'cancel culture'.

 

His wide-ranging assessment was given during the annual Valdai Discussion Club event held in the Black Sea city of Sochi on Thursday, during Q&A interactions with the audience. As we previously described, some of his harshest words were in condemnation of NATO's attempts to expand its military infrastructure and presence in Ukraine, which he said is "already underway" and poses a "real threat" - but later he additionally called out the cultural threat to traditional Russian values posed by the modern West.

He likened what's going on to "a total phantasmagoria" - or dreamlike fantasy - according to a translation of his words featured in Russian media.

 

Putin perhaps had the ongoing Dave Chappelle/Netflix controversy in mind, given the comedian's widely watched latest act focused on dismantling transgenderism and advocates' attempts to shut him down.

 

The Russian leader further called the inability of otherwise rational people to recognize simple biological fact of two genders, male and female, and to go so far as push this viewpoint on children a "monstrous" subversion of timeless self-evident truth:

 

"This is not to mention things that are simply monstrous," he added, "like when children are taught from an early age that a boy can easily become a girl and vice versa. In fact, they are indoctrinating them into the alleged choices that are supposedly available to everyone – removing parents from the equation and forcing the child to make decisions that can ruin their lives."

  1. He was given live rounds. Live rounds, as in bullets with gunpowder behind them aren’t allowed on set because they can’t be used. Let me repeat that. THEY CAN’T BE USED. The only rounds that are allowed are dummy rounds(no gunpowder) and blank rounds(no bullets.) There is no way a live round would make it to set because it wouldn’t have been purchased or stored in the first place. This would only happen if a crime is being committed.

 

  1. Virtually no one nowadays uses blank firing during day scenes. This is because you can’t see the muzzle flash in the day time. You would just fire the revolver and let it cycle. It is pretty much completely unheard of nowadays and for good reason. Insurance is purchased for films and every single thing is scrutinized before it is approved. If you have something that is risky in the slightest, you pay thousands of dollars more for it and the studio tells you upfront to make the cheaper decision.

 

  1. When firing a gun on set, the hired weapons expert, armorer, prop master, or other crew member loads blanks into it. It is damn near impossible to load a series of blanks and also a live round in a six shooter revolver without noticing. Any fucking idiot would hold six bullets in their hand and realize that five of them have no bullet attached to them and one of them does. It’s like holding six dicks in your hand and only one of them has a dickhead. It’s impossible not to notice.

  1. It is extremely rare that an actor would aim a gun at a crew member. Actors aim guns at other actors or at empty spaces. Even if they are pointing the gun at the camera, the cinematographer and director are not directly behind the camera or in the way of the gun, they are off to the side looking at the monitors. Even if the camera is moving and the cinematographer is behind it, it is still extremely rare that the actor would aim a gun at them due to all the other angles they could be aiming at. It is a very rare alignment that does not occur.

Twitter says its algorithm is biased toward RIGHT-WING content, says it will study results of β€˜problematic’ review

 

Twitter has said that its algorithms amplify content from right-wing politicians and news outlets more than others but it does not know why. The platform described the findings, by a recent internal review, as β€œproblematic.”

The study analyzed millions of tweets posted by elected officials in seven countries – Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, the UK, and the US – between April and mid-August 2020. It found that, with the exception of Germany, content posted by the political right received more exposure on the platform than left-wing political entities’ content.

 

The internal review also examined hundreds of millions of tweets with links to content from news outlets during the same period – but not tweets directly shared by the primarily US media groups themselves. This revealed that conservative news portals benefited from greater algorithmic amplification as well.

 

Twitter noted that it didn’t categorize news outlets as left-leaning or right-leaning itself, but relied on classifications from β€œindependently curated” third parties.

 

The study conducted a comparison of the platform’s β€˜Home’ timeline, where it says its 200 million users see algorithm-tailored tweets based on their preferences, with a chronological timeline, where only the most recent posts were shown first. The mayor of London has unveiled his latest scheme aimed at making the capital more diverse. A Β£1 million fund will grant community-led organizations up to Β£25,000 to improve their public places, including changing street names.

Israel study questions COVID-19 vaccine efficacy, reveals stunning degree of HARM caused by vaccines

 

A recent study from Israel about the efficacy of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine suggests that these injections are doing more harm than good.

 

The study, which was published last month in the medical journal Eurosurveillance, detailed a nosocomial outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 at Meir Medical Center in Israel. Nosocomial means originating in a hospital.

 

It started when a fully vaccinated dialysis patient confined in the hospital tested positive with the virus. An outbreak occurred as the patient infected 42 out of 248 total people exposed. Of the 42 individuals who tested positive for COVID-19, all but three were fully vaccinated.

 

Twenty-three of the infected were patients while 19 were hospital staff members. The fully vaccinated patients suffered the most, with five dying and nine experiencing severe illnesses. It is worth noting that two of the three unvaccinated patients only experienced mild symptoms.

 

The authors of the study expressed concern over their findings, saying that it β€œchallenges the assumption that high universal vaccination rates will lead to herd immunity and prevent COVID-19 outbreaks.”

 

They add: β€œIn the outbreak described here, 96.2 percent of the exposed population was vaccinated. Infection advanced rapidly (many cases became symptomatic within two days of exposure) and viral load was high.”

 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) actually corroborated the Israel study, saying that the COVID vaccines and boosters can’t fully prevent someone from getting infected with the virus. People with natural immunity to the virus – those who have recovered from COVID-19 – appear more protected than fully-vaccinated individuals.

Police IT worker arrested for passing β€˜sensitive’ info to a sex trafficker

 

An IT worker for the Salt Lake City Police Department was arrested and charged for allegedly passing sensitive restricted information to an accused sex trafficker in exchange for sexual acts.

 

Patrick Kevin Driscoll, 50, who went by the moniker β€œThe Guardian,” was arrested on Wednesday and charged with computer crimes, exploiting prostitution, aiding prostitution, obstructing justice, and theft, according to charging documents.

 

According to a police booking affidavit, Driscoll is an associate of Michael Ricks, who was charged with multiple felonies including exploitation of prostitution and human trafficking in March.

 

A victim, identified as a sex worker, met with law enforcement during the investigation and told police that she knew an associate of Ricks who was providing law enforcement data that is not available to the public, according to the affidavit.

I was reading from the reports that there was no union workers on site. Strange thing is that we have a report coming from the union saying that it was a bullet that killed the girl and injured the other. News must have traveled fast. The whistleblower’s allegations, which were declared under penalty of perjury and shared with The Post on the condition of anonymity, echoed many of those made by Frances Haugen, another former Facebook employee whose scathing testimony before Congress this month intensified bipartisan calls for federal action against the company. Haugen, like the new whistleblower, also made allegations to the Securities and Exchange Commission, which oversees publicly traded companies.

 

The new whistleblower is a former member of Facebook’s Integrity team whose identity is known to The Post and who agreed to be interviewed about the issues raised in the legal filing. Perhaps the most vivid moment in the affidavit comes in a direct quote the whistleblower reported hearing from a top Facebook communications official during the controversy following Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. The whistleblower’s name is redacted in the affidavit.

 

Latest complaint to the SEC blames top leadership for failing to warn investors about serious problems at the company.

Whistleblowers say Facebook has not warned investors about illegal activity, in new SEC complaint

 

The quote from Bounds, according to the affidavit from the whistleblower, exemplified a widespread attitude within the company regarding problematic content on the platform, reportedly including illegal activity conducted in Facebook Groups. The whistleblower signed and dated the claims in the five-page affidavit on Oct. 13, the week after Haugen testified on Capitol Hill.

 

The SEC affidavit goes on to allege that Facebook officials routinely undermined efforts to fight misinformation, hate speech and other problematic content out of fear of angering then-President Trump and his political allies, or out of concern about potentially dampening the user growth key to Facebook’s multi-billion-dollar profits.

 

Friday’s filing is the latest in a series since 2017 spearheaded by former journalist Gretchen Peters and a group she leads, the Alliance to Counter Crime Online. Taken together, the filings argue that Facebook has failed to adequately address dangerous and criminal behavior on its platforms, including Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger. The alleged failings include permitting terrorist content, drug sales, hate speech and misinformation to flourish, while also failing to adequately warn investors about the potential risks when such problems surface, as some of them have in news reports over the years.

Peter Scolari, the prolific television and stage actor who found instant fame and a lifelong friendship with Tom Hanks when the two co-starred in the hit 1980 TV comedy Bosom Buddies, died early Friday morning following a two-year battle with cancer. He was 66.

There aren't "two actors who are set to go public about the on set tragedy".

The cast and crew of the film are in shock, as anybody would in such a situation. A director of photography, one of the most important people on the set, has died, the director himself was in the hospital. Nobody knows for sure if the film will be completed. There are more pressing matters to everybody.

And if some actors were willing to go public about some general reckless behavior that caused such a tragedy, it would be an idiotic move to focus on drugs. Who would be shocked to hear that there are drugs on a film set, seriously?

What would be actually effective for these people, if they existed, would be to give concrete examples of blatant safety violation that discarded common guild rules, like a crew forced to have extremely long shifts without a break, or other moments where somebody could have died. Basically what Ruby Rose shared yesterday to explain why she left Batwoman.

The two actors are just made up by Enty. He probably heard some rumor about Baldwin being a cokehead, and he's trying to get attention by claiming he has some scoop about the tragedy, not even a single day after the cinematographer died. Stay classy, Enty!
