The interviewer needs to learn not to giggle all the time. It's a classic mistake that many women make when discussing a serious matter or interviewing someone regarding a serious subject - they're embarrassed and fear coming off as uppity or pushy or all the things men have always accused smart women of being. She should own her own intelligence and respect her own professionalism and simply converse as any man would converse - without giggling.

This interview would have been great if it wasn't for the constant giggling of the interviewer when asking questions.
I don't see why the schoolgirl giggling is necessary….
