Found: Reliable 8kun IP address

So I cycled through all of the 8kun addresses to see if one or more of them actually work reliably instead of going dead every so often. Some addresses are unresponsive 1 time out of 3 and others 1 time out of 5 or so. The only address that is consistently working is this one:

23.163.176.229

That address is not even assigned to 8kun. It is assigned to dailystormer.su which is a Vanwanet client so that's why it works. This is very suspicious. I'm thinking that Vanwanet is deliberately sabotaging 8kun. Or it could be the DDoS protection service which, as far as I know, is still DDoS-Guard (https://ddos-guard.net).

This is just a preliminary report. I will post again if I notice anything else.

>A couple of the 8Kun servers are located in China

No. Those are DNS servers. They are not related to 8kun. They are just DNS servers for the .top domain.

By the way, the /alleycat/ link is my report on this. Keep posting it though. Not enough anons are aware.

>How reliable can those DNS servers in China be ?

2 out of the 6 servers are compromised and have been since the end of April. I have not seen any issues in terms of response time or uptime.

At this point, I don't know how much blame can be placed directly on Vanwanet.
