Thank you, Baker.
It's the Graveyard Shift. Beware werewolves, vampires and Covid zombies.
In memory of Q, our long-suffering warrior.
My favourite Q proof is the video that Q posted where Kennedy's speech is cut off at the end but President Trump provides the final words of Kennedy's speech in his own speech. Sorry, I lost the links for that proof.
That's beautiful.
Baker fades. Becomes a ghost. May you rest in peace, fren.
Turning the very concept of consent on its head. Hideous.
Wonder if they'll do this with rape victims. Just being in the room at the time is implied consent?
Tch. You're either a shill or a very unhappy frog, anon. Cheer up and have one on us.
The situation right now - somebody's playing a game with us
The 8kun IP addresses are mostly back to a normal performance level with a failure rate of less than 10%. Not ideal but a lot better than it's been over the past couple of days. Also getting the occasional 404. However, there is one IP address which appears to be 90% dead (193.178.169.19) so we're not out of the woods yet. Ironically (or maybe not), we had a situation some months ago where all of the IP addresses stopped working except for this one. Hmm.
The posting server is still slow to respond. I've been switching the IP address around so I'm not totally sure of the situation but it seems to work better if I change the IP away from the default (185.165.190.88) to an address in the range of 23.163.176.[200-230].
The battle rages on.
Looks like a tough one.
>White Queen checks you.
Yeah, I just saw that. Black moves King but White still has to deal with the checkmate. Queen to H1? Wait. That's actually B1. The letters are cut off at the bottom. Anyway, that can be countered with Knight to D1.
Queen to B1, check
Knight to D1
Queen takes Knight
King takes Queen
Rook to C1, checkmate
You're giving too many clues.
Checkmate with Rook.
Who is Alan?
It's still Graveyard Shift.
Night Shift ends at 3AM though some might disagree, kek.
Rubbing it in their faces. It's taking an awful lot to wake up the NPC's.
We go by Eastern Time.
It's a hobby for me and you are welcome.
I'm seeing more trouble connecting to 8kun. Anybody have issues to report?
Top o' the mornin' to you, fren. You're one minute early.
Oh, wait. You're two minutes late, kek.
It's slow today. Connection problems.
>hosts file edited
Good for you but try this. Pick an address at random from this range: 23.163.176.[200-230]
Reposting this from 10:30PM last night:
Found: Alternative IP address block for 8kun
So I cycled through all of the 8kun IP addresses to see if one or more of them actually work reliably instead of going dead every so often. Unfortunately, they all have a failure rate ranging from 1/3 to 1/20, varying over time. I don't know if geographical location is a factor. The end result is that your 8kun client may lock up occasionally, necessitating a reload. You may also get the "deleted or pruned" error message. These are the IP addresses currently assigned to 8kun:
94.103.81.80, 94.103.82.74, 94.103.94.73, 193.178.169.19, 195.2.92.96, 195.2.93.193
I have long suspected that Vanwanet has an entire address block that can be used to access 8kun. There are two other sites that I know to be Vanwanet clients, qagg.news (23.163.176.200) and dailystormer.su (23.163.176.229). Digging further, I find that the entire block of addresses from 23.163.176.200 to 23.163.176.230 inclusive belong to Vanwanet and any of them may be used for 8kun. The few that I tested extensively work reliably, unlike the IP addresses assigned to 8kun by the Vanwanet DNS server.
We can speculate as to why this is. Is Vanwanet deliberately sabotaging 8kun? Or is it the DDoS protection service which, as far as I know, is still DDoS-Guard (https://ddos-guard.net)?
Additionally, the posting server at sys.8kun.top has been slow to respond. The 8kun client is impatient and times out too soon with an error message saying that the "server took too long to respond". I'm experimenting to determine if switching the posting server to the alternative address block will help with that.
------------
The board went down completely between 11:00 and 11:30. When it came back up, the situation had changed.
My most recent report is in this bread: >>14871111
I'm noticing a degradation in the situation. Still monitoring.
Update on the 8kun IP address situation
The current IP address list looks like this:
94.103.81.80
94.103.82.74
94.103.94.73
109.234.38.4
195.2.92.96
195.2.93.193
The non-functioning address (193.178.169.19) which I noted earlier has been replaced (109.234.38.4). Earlier, I noticed a service interruption but it seems OK now. I'm not sure about the posting server. I'll need to make a few posts to find out. In general, we seem to be in better shape than yesterday.
For those who are modifying the "hosts" file, I recommend that you do not use any of the addresses from the above list because they are still a bit flaky. Instead, use a random address in this range:
23.163.176.[200-230]
Those addresses are all owned by Vanwanet so you can use them for 8kun. The posting server (sys.8kun.top) will work better with an address in that range.
Couldn't photograph the moon because it was too dark? That seems odd.
Gotcha. Human vision beats a camera, kek.
>It's dead as fuck in here
I guess anons got tired of fighting to get on the site. It's better now but it's been bad for a couple of days.
>I believe the stated time was 0525โฆevery morning
In that case, he was almost 7 minutes late.
