Understand pain and suffering is not pleasant
but when complaining (in prayer) about it, came to realize that each of us is on a journey of transformation - it's not just about the DS being defeated, it's about us moving thru our limitations
This is seldom pleasant, like a healing crisis
But also part of the Great Awakening
