Also good! Pumpkins are so good for you, plus good for LC/keto/no sugar people. Lots of desserts can be made. I mix a bit with cream cheese and cinnamon/nutmeg. Don’t even need sugar.. warmed up and just like pumpkin pie. Gosh.. I’m hungry now.

Sounds good.. I need to make some ricotta too. Anons.. dry milk is such an important staple to have, along with vinegar, olive oil, canned cream. There’s so many things you can make. I do my own yogurt too. It’s not hard at all, just takes a little time.

Since I started eating healthier, got rid of toxins (things and people) and switched to well water, my health has skyrocketed. I’ve never felt better. Pretty amazing and my diet is free of processed stuff which makes avoiding the grocery store very easy. Sounds hippy dippy but works for me and my fam.
