this is the time of year for me.
wife buys pumpkins for display.
after she is done with them, she cuts them up and cooks in oven.
Then she cuts off the skin and purees the pumpkin in food processer and freezes it in bags sized just right to make a FRESH PUMPKIN PIE.
There is nothing better. Once you have tasted fresh pumpkin pie, you won't want canned anymore.
