He knows them all. The theory for those of us who follow African foreign policy and are "conspiracy minded" (think there's 5 of us total, kek) is Gates tests his vaccines in Rwanda among other human experiments all made possible by Kagame.

That's not how the law works. If so drunk drivers could get away with murder. Involuntary manslaughter or third degree murder is a thing. That being said, I don't think Baldwin will face criminal charges. It will probably be classified as an industrial accident or something.
