>>14898932 (pb) RE: WiFi connections in polling locations

In Harris County (TX),the new Hart (Solamere Capital - Mitt Romney connection) machines come with a "MiFi" connection device.

The TX SOS (Secretary of State) office says the wifi is necessary for the poll book devices to communicate with other devices throughout the county in order to ensure people do not vote in more than 1 location, but that the voting "systems" themselves "cannot" connect to the internet.

This anon is tech challenged so hoping techanons can weigh in.

Got it. Thanks! Still don't believe the "do not connect to the internet" claim though, but since I haven't followed all of the technicalities of audits, my "[dis]belief" may be misplaced.
