They need to dissolve the Middle Class.
How better to do that than to raise the Lower Class up to the standard of the Middle Class?
Then the Middle Class becomes one with the Lower Class.
Then they lower everyone back down with inflation.
That is their idea of equality.
Everyone equally poor.
It should be obvious by now that everyone that needs to be arrested is no longer hidden in the shadows. They are all in the lime light.

Soon the middle class just gives in and say, "if you can't beat them, join them"
They hate the Middle Class, it is the only thing preventing them from being Supreme Overlords.

This calls for common sense.
