There are people who marched and prayed, fought and died to get the right to vote. Throwing it away because you have a feeling that it would not matter is self-destructive ultimately and a self-fulfilling prophecy

Same.. one relativeanon took it and within weeks suddenly had a lump scare, which was apparently benign for now, then later contracted covid.. nothing yet, but… afraid its only the beginning.

Trying to put in the perspective that you've framed it… People collectively violating the laws of a state don't invalidate the state.. people collectively giving up on the laws of the state does invalidate the state.
