Laws are meaningless if they are not enforced, or if they are only enforced on some people and not others.
Laws are meaningless when the DAs and the prosecutors, and the Mayors, and the judges have all been bribed and/or blackmailed and are owned by TPTB.
And laws are meaningless when Congress absolves themselves from them.
Big companies will go out of business.
