Maryland Government Officials Worked With Open Borders Activists To Draft Sanctuary Law

 

Law blocked Montgomery County police from working with ICE to detain illegal immigrants charged with crimes

 

Maryland government officials sought approval from an open borders activist group while they drafted a controversial 2019 sanctuary law that critics now say was responsible for a spike in violent crimes by illegal immigrants, according to internal emails obtained by the Immigration Reform Law Institute.

 

CASA de Maryland, a group that advocates for decreased border restrictions and once accepted $1.5 million from the Hugo ChΓ‘vez regime, in 2019 was in close contact with officials in Montgomery County, Md., to draft the "Promoting Community Trust Executive Order," correspondence shows.

 

The order, which blocked county police from working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement to detain illegal immigrants who had been charged or convicted of other crimes, drew national scrutiny after at least nine undocumented immigrants in the county were accused of rape or sexual assault in the month after it went into effect. County officials eventually walked back parts of the order, allowing county jail authorities to work with ICE on custody transfers.

 

Immigration Reform Law Institute executive director Dale L. Wilcox, whose group obtained the emails through a public records request, said the coordination between government officials and far-left advocacy groups on immigration laws was "disturbing."

 

"Anti-borders politicians are working hand-in-glove with radical anti-borders groups to import endless numbers of illegal aliens with little concern for the safety and well-being of their legal residents," said Wilcox. The group has sued Maryland to permit drivers licenses for illegal immigrants and publishes pamphlets about how to evade detention by immigration authorities.

 

The emails show that Montgomery County officials regularly sought guidance from CASA de Maryland on crafting its immigration policies, including the Promoting Community Trust executive order, and worked closely with the group on crafting the order and strategizing the public relations rollout. Officials also sent a draft to the organization to review before the policy was officially signed.

 

"We anticipate finalizing the Order next week and would appreciate hearing your feedback beforehand," Montgomery County assistant chief administrative officer Caroline Sturgis wrote to CASA de Maryland employees in a July 5, 2019, email.

 

The group said it approved of the draft order but raised concerns about the county jail's policy for notifying ICE about inmates convicted or charged with prior crimes.

Israel cannot escape its legacy of violence

 

"Israel has been defined [for] too many years by the Israel-Arab conflict," Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett complained in a recent interview with The Times. However, even Bennett's intentional omission of Palestine, in keeping with the normalised but erroneous use of "Israeli-Arab conflict" preferred by diplomats, screams out the importance of defining Israel through its colonial theft of Palestinian land.

 

Bennett's strategy is different from that of his predecessor, Benjamin Netanyahu, whose belligerent allegiance with former US President Donald Trump enabled an acceleration of Israel's colonial expansion. This, of course, allows Bennett to dangle the promise of economic incentives for Palestinians and the Palestinian Authority.

 

Likewise, as the interview notes, Bennett would have been unable to set the contradictory policy of no annexation and no settlement building freeze, had Netanyahu and Trump not paved the way for the current political climate through the Abraham Accords. In truth, Bennett's annexation plans will be realised indirectly through de-facto annexation, which does not compromise the normalisation agreements that took issue with formalised, rather than "natural" colonial expansion.

 

The more that Palestine and its people are marginalised, the more it is imperative to define Israel as a manifestation of its colonial violence. Its actions do not merit anything else, unless defining Israel is left to the compromised diplomats who laud colonialism through their inaction while pretending to support an independent Palestinian state. The international community has normalised Palestine's disappearance as much as it endorses its symbolic memory, but only as far as it serves the two-state compromise.

But the Steele Dossier was fervently believed by Democratic partisans, at times fanatically, as if it were solid intelligence, in the face of the facts. Italy: Ex-Calabrian Councillor Jailed for β€˜Ndrangheta Vote Buying Scheme

 

A former regional councillor in the southern Italian region of Calabria was sentenced to five years in prison for having dealt with an entrepreneur affiliated with the local β€˜Ndranghetta Mafia, the Italian state media agency ANSA reported.

 

Francesco Talarico, who ran for office in 2018, allegedly negotiated with Antonio Gallo, an entrepreneur affiliated with the local β€˜Ndrangheta clans, offering "in exchange for a substantial package of votes, to introduce Gallo in national political-institutional environments," his indictment read, Gazzetta Del Sud reported.

 

Talarico was acquitted of the charge of having mafia ties himself.

 

β€œObviously I respect any decision, because it comes from the authority of the State. However, I remain disoriented, while it is excluded that I am part of a notorious business committee with a Mafia connotation, I am still found guilty of having reached an electoral agreement with an unspecified Mafia subject,” Talarico said after sentencing, according to Gazzetta Del Sud.

 

Talarico was among 20 others who were tried at the same time following an investigation conducted by Italy’s Antimafia Directorate and led by Chief Prosecutor Nicola Gratteri, who was tasked with leading the maxi-trial against 325 members of the β€˜Ndrangheta currently underway.

Spain busts migrant smugglers active along the Balkan route

 

The suspects would have smuggled at least 400 migrants, earning more than €2 million in illegal profits

 

Spanish National Police (PolicΓ­a Nacional), together with law enforcement authorities from Bosnia and Hertzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Romania and Slovenia and supported by Europol and Eurojust, dismantled a criminal network facilitating illegal immigration along the Balkan route. The suspects used vans and trucks to hide the irregular migrants while transporting them in life-threatening conditions. The operation against this criminal group took place under the Operational Task Force Crafter, set-up by Europol. The two action days on 22 April in Madrid and 7 May 2021 in Bucharest led to 15 arrests (12 in Spain and 1 in Romania, 1 in Slovenia, 1 in Croatia).

The investigation into this criminal network started in August 2020, when Slovenia reported the arrest of a suspect intercepted while transporting 53 irregular migrants in a van. Mainly Pakistani, but also Colombian, Spanish and Romanian suspects, were among the 17 identified members of the criminal network. So far, 15 of them have been arrested: 13 during the two action days in April and May, with a further two arrested in Croatia and Slovenia. The suspect arrested in Romania is the leader of the network considered a High Value Target by Europol.

 

The suspects recruited mainly Pakistani migrants from locations close to refugee camps in Bosnia and Herzegovina and would transport them via van to Italy, or in some cases Spain. While transporting them through the Balkan route, the criminals used separate cars as scouts to check the route and alert the ringleaders in case of police checks. In total, law enforcement authorities detected eight migrant smuggling attempts, four of which were aborted by the smugglers due to heavy police presence. Law enforcement authorities in Croatia intercepted a truck smuggling 77 migrants in life-threatening conditions, four of whom were minors. They also detected two other vehicles carrying 47 and 21 migrants respectively. The investigators estimate that the suspects have smuggled at least 400 migrants, earning about €2 million in illegal profits.

Police photos show campaign signs for Republican candidates such as Governor-elect Glenn Youngkin and Hurst's opponent, Delegate-elect Ballard, flipped over and on the ground, the station said.

Kenosha detectives did not execute a search warrant for the phone of armed rioter Gaige Grosskreutz despite obtaining one. According to Detective Martin Howard, this has been the only time a search warrant has not been executed during his three-year career as a detective. Howard was cross-examined by Rittenhouse defense attorney Mark Richards on Wednesday.

 

Detectives seized hours of video footage of the event from witnesses and bystanders with Grosskreutz being the lone exception. Despite having a search warrant in hand while Grosskreutz and his lawyer interviewed with the Kenosha police, it was not executed and his phone was not seized. The DOJ, aware that its case management system is in dire need of automation, funds Inslaw and PROMIS. After creating a public-domain version, Inslaw makes significant enhancements to PROMIS and, aware that the US market for legal automation is worth $3 billion, goes private in the early '80s.

 

Designed as case-management software for federal prosecutors, PROMIS has the ability to combine disparate databases, and to track people by their involvement with the legal system. Hamilton and others now claim that the DOJ has modified PROMIS to monitor intelligence operations, agents and targets, instead of legal cases.

 

The full-court press continued. In 1985 Allen & Co., a New York investment banking concern with close business ties to Earl Brian, helped finance a second company, SCT, which also attempted to purchase Inslaw. That attempt also failed, but in the process a number of Inslaw's customers were warned by SCT that Inslaw would soon go bankrupt and would not survive reorganization, Hamilton said in court documents.

 

Broke and with no friends in the government, on June 9, 1986, Inslaw filed a $30 million lawsuit against the DOJ in bankruptcy court. Inslaw's attorney for the case (he was later fired from his firm under extremely suspicious circumstances – see sidebar) was Leigh Ratiner of the Wash- ington firm Dickstein, Shapiro & Morin. Ratiner chose bankruptcy court for the filing based on the premise that Justice, the creditor, had control of PROMIS. He explained recently, "It was forbidden by the BankruptcyAct for the creditor to exercise control over the debtor property. And that theory – that the Justice Department was exercising control – was the basis that the bankruptcy court had jurisdiction.

 

I believe that PROMIS was the "Prize" that Conor McLeod and Kurgan were fighting for in the Jan 1986 release Highlander. Judge Bruce Schroeder on Wednesday laid into legal analysts on left-wing network CNN, including chief legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin β€” whom he mentioned by name, over their β€œobvious” ignorance of the law.

 

Schroeder, overseeing the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, commented on the media for a second time since the trial started Monday.

 

β€œI’m going to comment about the media β€” again,” the judge said, noting that a talking head called the case the β€œmost divisive case in the country to date,” Law & Crime reported.

 

β€œSo, anything that undermines public confidence in what happens here is very important,” Schroeder continued. β€œIt’s important for this town. It’s important for this country to have people have confidence in the result of this trial β€” whatever it is. And I don’t care what it is.”

 

The media, he said, are β€œsaying things that are totally bizarre.” CNN’s Toobin and β€œanother attorney” on the network discussed the β€œuncommunicated threat rule,” an β€œancient rule of our law,” the judge outlined, the report said.

 

β€œThis was on CNN β€” Jeffrey Toobin and another attorney there … A comment was made that the ruling was incomprehensible,” the Schroeder explained. β€œAndI think they obviously are not familiar with this rule. That’s our law. That’s the law in the Jackson case; it’s the law in the case of the United States against Craig A. Smith, which is 230 federal second 300, a Seventh Circuit case from 2000. This is admissible evidence.”

 

According to Law & Crime, the discussion came up in the courtroom as defense challenged prosecution’s ask to show video with narration the defense deemed β€œhearsay that was inadmissible.” Ultimately, Schroeder only allowed the prosecution to turn on the audio for portions of the footage shown to the jury.

 

As highlighted by The Daily Wire, a witness who testified, social media influencer Koerri Washington, confirmed Wednesday that he has seen videos of Joseph Rosenbaum, a man fatally shot by Rittenhouse, hurling the N-word and yelling β€œshoot me” near a Kenosha gas station on the night of August 25, 2020.

 

Washington also told the jury he made a β€œmental note” of Rosenbaum due to his β€œerratic” behavior.

 

Rittenhouse was 17 years old when he was arrested for fatally shooting Rosenbaum and one other man, as well as injuring a third during unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He is charged with five felony counts and one misdemeanor, including first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

 

The teen pleaded not guilty in January, claiming he acted in self-defense.

What exactly happened in 1972 or 1973, in the Netherlands, where an infant girl was aborted, and her kidneys used to make a cell line that would be used, going forward, in the testing of vaccines?

 

That cell line is called HEK 293 (HEK stands for human embryonic kidney), and it has been used to test COVID vaccines.

 

I have already presented evidence for concluding the abortion involved removing the living infant from her mother’s womb, and taking her kidneys, which of course killed her.

 

This evidence rests on the realization that, in order to extract viable and useful kidney tissue, the baby had to have a functioning blood supply, which meant she was alive.

 

But the evidence ALSO comes from knowing many other abortions have been carried out, in order to harvest tissue for medical research, by murdering living babies.

 

I have found a very informative article (2/9/2021) at the Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform UK, by Christian Hacking, titled, β€œWhat the HEK?!” by Christian Hacking. Quoting from the article:

 

β€œHEK 293 is a human cell line created using a kidney from a dissected unborn baby in the Netherlands between 1972 and 1973. It is the second most common cell line and is used extensively in β€˜pharmaceutical and biomedical research’. It is also used in vaccine creation and cancer research.”

 

β€œIt was used, along with other human cell lines, to develop a genetically engineered spike protein (that the mRNA vaccine codes for) in the original development stage of the vaccine. The β€˜new technology’ Pfizer vaccine and the Moderna Vaccine were tested on HEK 293 before they began human trials. This testing is ongoing for all new batches. Finally the β€˜old technology’ Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine grew a weakened viral strain in HEK 293 cell culture…”

 

β€œThe kidney in question was dissected from a healthy Dutch baby girl of unknown origin by the team at Leiden University in the Netherlands in 1972. Despite the inclusion of the term β€˜embryonic’ in the title, the baby in question was probably 12-13 weeks old when she was killed so as to secure functioning kidney cells. The man in charge of the research was named Alex Jan Van der Eb; he is still alive and still based in Holland.”

For Beatles drummer Ringo Starr, the property in question was a Los Angeles mansion. Arzu Aliyeva, daughter of Azerbaijan’s president, purchased a London office building. The Legion of Christ, a wealthy religious order disgraced by a sexual abuse scandal, poured millions of dollars into rental properties across the United States.

 

Starr, Aliyeva and the Legion are among hundreds of real estate owners or investors whose identities are revealed in the Pandora Papers, a massive cache of records that gave rise to a global investigation led by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.

Here’s a question we’d like to see Merrick Garland dodge: Mr. Garland, is there now, and has there ever been, any individual(s) who appeared on the Capitol Violence Most Wanted List whose activities at the Capitol turned out to be part of their work as agents or assets of a US government agency?

Garland cannot fall back on that question probing to an ongoing investigation. We’re not asking about an investigation. We’re asking a process question related to the FBI’s decision-making process for adding individuals to its Most Wanted list.

The following Suggested Four Laws must become first laws and then constitutional amendments

UK Buys $340 Million Worth of New COVID Pills from Merck, Becomes First Country to Approve Costly Drug

 

The FDA is set to meet in late November to discuss the effectiveness of the drug

 

The United Kingdom has become the first country to authorize the new expensive COVID-19 treatment pills from Merck, ordering $340 million worth of courses of molnupiravir.

 

On Wednesday, the UK government’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the British equivalent of the FDA, declared that molnupiravir, sold by Merck as Lagevrio in the UK, was β€œsafe and effective and reducing the risk of hospitalization and death in people with mild to moderate COVID-19.”

 

Molnupiravir is the first designed oral treatment specifically for COVID-19, and has been designed to β€œintroduce errors into the genetic code of the coronavirus.” The MHRA recommendations noted that it should be used by anyone with those mild to moderate symptoms, and at least one risk factor for developing a more severe version of the illness, such as obesity, age, and diabetes, and should be taken within five days of the onset of those symptoms.

 

This makes the UK the first country to license the new pill from Merck, with Health and Social Care Secretary Sajid Javid declaring it a β€œhistoric” move from the government. β€œThis will be a gamechanger for the most vulnerable and the immunosuppressed, who will soon be able to receive the ground-breaking treatment.” Javid declared that the government was β€œworking at pace… to deploy molnupiravir to patients through a national study as soon as possible.”

 

The British government in October had secured 480,000 courses of the drug, which was sold to the Biden administration at $712 a course, nearly a 3913.53% increase from the cost of production, meaning it is likely the British government spent over $340 million on the pills, compared to the US government’s spend of over $2.4 billion. Merck claimed that the production of the pill would generate up to $7 billion in revenue by the end of next year.

 

Molnupiravir is currently under review with the FDA after asking them for an emergency authorization for its use. An FDA panel is expected to convene later this month to discuss the pill.

 

Pfizer announced in September that they were also developing an oral antiviral pill for COVID-19, and like Merck, had already begun production before all clinical trials have been complete.

 

Despite the Big Pharma companies declaring that their pills are effective therapeutics for the virus with a 98%-plus recovery rate, the companies and governments are still arguing that vaccines must also still be taken across all populations, and governments are using vaccine passports and mandates to lock resisters out of jobs and public spaces. The UK government claimed the pill was simply another β€œaddition to the armory” against the disease, with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla arguing that β€œsuccess against COVID-19 will likely require both vaccines & treatments.”

Something Really Strange Is Happening At Hospitals All Over America

In a year that has been filled with so many mysteries already, I have another very odd one to share with you. Emergency rooms are filled to overflowing all over America, and nobody can seem to explain why this is happening. Right now, the number of new COVID cases in the United States each day is less than half of what it was just a couple of months ago. That is really good news, and many believe that this is a sign that the pandemic is fading. Let us hope that is true. With less people catching the virus, you would think that would mean that our emergency rooms should be emptying out, but the opposite is actually happening. All across the country, emergency rooms are absolutely packed, and in many cases we are seeing seriously ill patients being cared for in the hallways because all of the ER rooms are already full.

 

 

Let me give you an example of what I am talking about. The following comes from an article entitled β€œERs Are Swamped With Seriously Ill Patients, Although Many Don’t Have Covid”…

 

Inside the emergency department at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan, staff members are struggling to care for patients showing up much sicker than they’ve ever seen.

 

Tiffani Dusang, the ER’s nursing director, practically vibrates with pent-up anxiety, looking at patients lying on a long line of stretchers pushed up against the beige walls of the hospital hallways. β€œIt’s hard to watch,” she said in a warm Texas twang.

 

But there’s nothing she can do. The ER’s 72 rooms are already filled.

 

Can anyone explain why this is happening?

 

If the number of COVID cases was starting to spike again, it would make sense for emergency rooms to be overflowing.

 

But at this particular hospital in Michigan, we are being told that some of the main things that are being treated include β€œabdominal pain”, β€œrespiratory problems”, β€œblood clots” and β€œheart conditions”…

 

Months of treatment delays have exacerbated chronic conditions and worsened symptoms. Doctors and nurses say the severity of illness ranges widely and includes abdominal pain, respiratory problems, blood clots, heart conditions and suicide attempts, among other conditions.

 

That mention of β€œheart conditions” immediately got my attention, because I have been seeing this so much in the news recently.

 

For instance, a high school senior in Pennsylvania just dropped dead from β€œa sudden cardiac incident”…

 

The high school soccer manager β€˜greatly enjoyed’ his team’s championship victory Saturday. Later that evening, he was dead.

 

Now, late student Blake Barklage’s high school is mourning his untimely death. As 6ABC in Philly reports, the tragedy occurred at La Salle College High School in Montgomery County, Pa.

 

In a letter to parents, the school announced that the senior died after β€˜a sudden cardiac incident’ Saturday night.

 

Elsewhere in the same state, an otherwise healthy 12-year-old boy just suddenly died because of an issue with his coronary artery…

 

As family and friends grieve, the cause of death is in for a 12-year-old taken way too soon while warming up for school basketball practice.

 

As TribLive in Pittsburgh reports, Jayson Kidd, 12, of Bridgeville, Pa., died of natural causes involving his coronary artery, according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office.

 

Heart problems kill elderly people all the time, but it is odd that so many healthy young people have been having these problems.

 

Over the weekend, Barcelona striker Sergio Aguero suddenly collapsed on the pitch during a match.

 

He was later diagnosed with β€œa cardiac arrhythmia”…

 

Sergio β€œKun” Aguero, a striker for the Barcelona soccer team, has been diagnosed with a cardiac arrhythmia after collapsing during Saturday’s match against Alaves.

 

The 33-year-old Argentinian was examined by medical staff at the stadium before being taken to a nearby hospital where he is still waiting to undergo further examination.

 

Just two days later, a match in Norway was brought to a screeching halt after a player experienced β€œcardiac arrest” right in the middle of a match…

 

A football match in Norway’s second division was halted on Monday after Icelandic midfielder Emil PΓ‘lsson suffered a cardiac arrest during play.

 

The 28-year-old Sogndal player suffered the attack as the game against Stjordals-Blink entered the 12th minute, his club said in a statement.

 

I have been seeing so many stories like this.

 

So why are so many young people suddenly having such serious problems with their hearts?

I recently, without thinking, clear my infinity cookies and lost my JScipt to disappear that alluring, shiny red button.

I asked on the board if anyanon had a copy and one was duly posted. However, when I installed it, I lost the ability to filter and half the options functions were no longer visible. It was duly removed.

Anyway, the allure of the shiny red DO NOT FUCKING PRESS REC button won out and I clicked that shit!

A pop up asked me turn on my microphone, to which I declined. It then did a does not compute little dance and since then, the reply button has been in the position pictured.
