I do not think that's literal. Looks sooner to me, taking file names/everything into consideration. Maybe not full collapse utnil dec, but I interpret this as pointing to serious precursors now thru [45]. Donald Trump’s recent venture into special purpose acquisition companies may have fallen afoul of securities laws, according to the New York Times.

 

The former president announced plans earlier this month to take his fledgling social media venture, Trump Media & Technology Group, public via a SPAC merger with Digital World Acquisition. The publicly traded shell company, which began trading on the Nasdaq in September under the ticker DWAC, subsequently saw its shares soar on the strength of robust investor interest, though the stock has since tapered off from its highs.

 

But on Friday, the Times reported that DWAC may have skirted securities regulations since its founder, Florida-based financier Patrick Orlando, had been in discussions with Trump over the SPAC merger for months in advance of DWAC’s public market debut in September. The publication cited people with knowledge of the talks between the two men, who said that Trump and Orlandoβ€”who has launched no fewer than three other SPACs on U.S. exchangesβ€”had been discussing a SPAC merger as early as last March.

 

By law, SPACs aren’t supposed to have such a merger planned at the time of their IPO, and are instead meant to merge with a private company only after they’ve begun trading on a stock exchange. Otherwise, as the Times notes, it would be too easy for private companies to use SPACs as β€œbackdoor vehicles” to go public without the level of public disclosure and scrutiny they would usually be exposed to through a traditional listing. Since SPACs are meant to function as empty shell companies at the time of their IPO, such public disclosures are deemed unnecessary.

The drug IVM was brought about by simple science. Started with a liquid fed to a mouse w/worms in 1975 - in a few days, the mouse was free of worms.

 

Led to development of IVM.

 

Action of ivermectin - it paralyzes the worms rather than killing them - but that works just as well. Works on immature worms, not mature ones. In the case of heartwork, this is good. Killing the end of the adult heartworm is bad for a dog. Used prophylactically to PREVENT heartworm. Active against pre-adult phase. Used once a month for prevention of heartworm in dogs.

 

Good for larvae of a parasite in horses, so he used it against a similar species in cattle.

 

What was it good for in humans?

River blindness - caused by a similar species of parasite.

Used against the early stages of river blindness in Senegal with success. Killed with baby worms - had to be cautious bc there was evidence that it could be dangerous to kill those tiny worms. But no problem. Kill the larvae and you solve the problem - it's the OFFSPRING to the worms that causes river blindness.

 

Merck said it would donate the drug for river blindness, so attracted a lot of interest from the WHO, the World Bank, and other groups. Many were involved in this process, including Jimmy Carter.

 

IVM made a huge difference in treatment of river blindness. Dr Roy Vagelos - decided it would be donated.

IVM will prevent river blindness; it will not kill it.

Warns against the hazards of indiscriminate use of any chemical - may have unforeseen consequences. Talks about the possibility of anti-parasitic vaccines.

And globalist boardroom members from North American and European companies are in partnerships with china and dependent on those china factories and enterprises to continue their expansion: China is communist in name only *** China meets the definition of a fascist dictatorship. Business money, and power, and the chinese government are mutually dependent and in partnership.

 

This explains why the Wall Street billionaires and the US Chamber of Commerce sponsors both DNC and GOP politicians who are anti-deplorable, anti-Trump, and anti-MAGA. anti-freedom, anti classic western ideals. The world's WEF and Davos subscribers via Harvard and The Economist etc, are riding the fascist gravy train to riches and global oligarchy - and projecting extremism onto the patriot movement as cover.

Have been really confused about that. After what anon saw during Floyd riots anon doesn’t know what to make of it. Really trying to ponder what the right moves are and it just doesn’t feel right but also the moves of the police are ghey as shit over Rona.
