US Supreme Court Rejects Maine Health Care Workers’ Challenge to Vaccine Mandate in 6-3 Vote – Amy Coney Barrett, Kavanaugh Join Liberal Justices

 

The US Supreme Court on Friday rejected a challenge from a group of Maine health care workers seeking to block a vaccine mandate based on religious grounds.

 

Recall, Democrat Governor Janet Mills in August announced that healthcare workers in Maine must be fully vaccinated by October 29.

 

The Liberty Counsel filed a lawsuit on behalf of approximately 2,000 healthcare workers in August.

 

Last Tuesday the Supreme Court declined to hear an emergency appeal attempting to stop a Covid vaccine mandate for healthcare workers in Maine.

 

Far-left Justice Stephen Breyer, who oversees complaints for the First Circuit, rejected the emergency appeal last week in the first time the highest court of the land has weighed in on a statewide Covid vaccine mandate.

 

Breyer denied the emergency request β€œwithout prejudice” which left the door open for Liberty Counsel to file another application for injunctive relief and Breyer referred it to the entire court.

 

On Friday, the highest court of the land in a 6-3 vote rejected the health care workers’ request.

 

Three conservative justices, Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito said they would have ruled in favor of the Christian group seeking relief from the Covid vaccine mandate.

 

β€œHealthcare workers who have served on the front line of a pandemic for the last 18 months are now being fired and their practices shuttered,” Gorsuch wrote in a dissenting opinion. β€œAll for adhering to their constitutionally protected religious beliefs. Their plight is worthy of our attention. I would grant relief.”

 

Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh, both Trump appointees, wrote an opinion concurring with the liberals in the denial of injunctive relief.

Anti-Trump Lincoln Project admits it orchestrated racist hoax against Republican in Virginia governor's race

 

The Lincoln Project, a liberal activist organization of former Republicans, admitted that they had orchestrated a bizarre campaign stunt involving a race hoax against the Republican candidate in Virginia's gubernatorial race.

 

On Friday liberal online influencers and local news outlets promoted a photograph of purported supporters of Glenn Youngkin with white supremacist garb and paraphernalia.

 

Online sleuths, however, quickly appeared to identify the participants as liberal activists through comparison of the photograph and staffers' online profiles.

 

Soon after, the Lincoln Project released a statement taking responsibility for the stunt.

 

"Today's demonstration was our way of reminding Virginians what happened in Charlottesville four years ago," read the statement, referring to a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. The statement said the group intends on continuing their activism on social media and at Youngkin's rallies.

 

The campaign for former Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe released a statement condemning the race hoax perpetrated against Youngkin.

 

"What happened today is disgusting and distasteful and we condemn it in the strongest terms. Those involved should immediately apologize," said Chris Bolling, the campaign manager for Terry for Virginia, in a statement to Vice News.

 

A liberal activist who orchestrates undercover sting operations took credit for the scheme.

 

"In my capacity as a communications consultant, I worked with the Lincoln Project to coordinate this action. I join them in the fight to defend our democracy from rightwing extremists," said Lauren Windsor in part on Twitter.

 

The Lincoln Project was organized to combat the influence of former President Donald Trump in the Republican party. The group was rocked by sexual harassment accusations against one of the co-founders, John Weaver, by young men who said he promised to help their political careers. Weaver admitted to making inappropriate comments and left the organization. The Lincoln Project has recently been dedicated to electing and supporting liberal democrats.

 

The attempt to smear Youngkin might be a desperate attempt to push McAuliffe across the finish line after recent polling showed the Republican gaining on the former governor.

South Dakota Gov. Noem Signs Order To 'Protect' State Employees From Biden's Vaccine Mandate

 

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem signed an executive order this week to β€œprotect” state employees against President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate by allowing them to easily obtain medical and religious exemptions.

 

β€œSouth Dakota is fighting back against the heavy hand of @JoeBiden & his Administration,” the Republican governor announced on Twitter. β€œToday I signed an Executive Order to protect state employees, & those w/ federal contracts who are being forced to get vaccinated against their wishes. The order protects medical & religious exemptions for these workers.”

 

β€œAdditionally, I am working w/ legislators on addressing other areas. I have always said the decision to get vaccinated should be a personal choice-not a mandate from Joe Biden, Fauci or your boss,” she added.

 

Noem said the move was necessary to ensure that employees aren’t forced to get COVID-19 vaccinations under Biden’s initiative, which covers not only people directly paid by federal contracts but also anyone who works to support them

 

State lawmakers have said South Dakotans are being denied medical and religious exemptions from feds and have called for a special session to stop it.

 

Noem spokesman Jordan Overturf said Noem’s exemptions are β€œexplicit and offer a clear path” for state workers to opt-out of the shots.

 

In a press release from Noem’s office, the governor said that employees who wish to receive a medical exemption from the vaccine mandate need a note from a doctor stating that the COVID-19 vaccination is too risky for health reasons.

 

Workers who wish to be exempted for religious reasons must fill out a form from the Bureau of Human Resources that states that they β€œdissent and object to receiving a COVID-19 vaccine on religious grounds, which includes moral, ethical, and philosophical beliefs or principles.”

 

β€œDue to established precedent, this Executive Order does not apply to service members with the South Dakota National Guard who must meet federal readiness responsibilities for deployment,” the release adds.

 

It also states that Noem will work during next year’s legislative session with South Dakota lawmakers to make these β€œprotections” for state employees permanent, and β€œto extend similar health and religious liberty protections” to employees of private businesses who adopted mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policies.

 

The governor earlier criticized proposals by Republican lawmakers to ban vaccine mandates as β€œnot conservative” because they’re telling businesses what to do and how to treat their employees. This order, spokesman Overturf said, is about upholding rights already included in the Constitution.

 

β€œShe has repeatedly said private businesses should offer medical and religious exemptions for COVID vaccine mandates,” Overturf said.

 

Noem earlier said on Twitter that the state will β€œl stand up to defend freedom,” referring to the president’s vaccine mandates.

 

β€œ@JoeBiden see you in court,” she wrote in September, later adding that her legal team is prepared to stand up to the Biden administration’s mandates.

Strap in for this one, It might be a little TLDR.

 

I've been thinking a bit. Out of all Q's posts that are a bit baffling and ominous, of which there are many, there is one that has occupied my thoughts for many an hour. (Now you'll have to help me with the specifics here, as my memory is far from photographic and my knowledge is far from encyclopedic.)

 

I'm speaking of his statement that 'If people were to know the real truth, it would put (greater than 90%) in the hospital.' (actual percentage?)

 

There are a lot of ways that sort of statement can be taken. Is it hyperbole? Surely the mere knowledge, or lack thereof, of a piece of information would not have such a profound effect on a person, regardles of how heinous and reprehensible the information could be.

 

Is it something medical? like you would literally need medical treatment? An illness or virus?

 

Is it out of fear? Would knowledge of a fact cause enough fear in the population to have them voluntarily running to the hospital to get treatment?

 

It wouldn't be unheard of. We've seen they hysteria caused by media-fueled fear of Covid-19. But, the numbers for that don't bear that out either. yeah, there are some nutbags out there that have gone absolutely ape-shit over Covid, but nowhere near 90%. If i were to guess, I'd say mabye 20% are so pants-shittingly terrified that they would eat acid covered glass shards if Fauci told them it would help. The remaining 80% is made up of varying degrees of sheep who simply do what they're told, normal reasonable folk who've been browbeat into complicity by the ones previously mentioned, the silent majority which are simply living their lives and keeping their heads down, The vocal and non-vocal opposition who make thier beliefs clear and have not thus far complied, then us: the redpilled ardent deplorables who will not comply ever, then the other nuts, tinfoil hat wearing, alien abuductees which we're often lumped in with.

 

On the flip-side, it is also not unheard of for simple knowledge of a fact to have physical side-effects. Devistating news of the death of a loved one comes to mind, or other such highly traumatic information or experiences. As an example, for me personally, anything more than simple surface-level thought on the subject of child pornography, abuse, and pedophilia literally makes me physically sick to the stomach. This is not hyperbole. If I take a moment to imagine what life must be like for someone like that, or their victims, I feel a knot in my stomach, and feel a little queasy. It's happening right now as I type.

 

Do i need the hospital for that? No. Of course not. But lets algebra this out:

Simple Knowledge of x = Admission to Hospital

Solve for x.

 

What on God's Green Earth could be so bad that simple knowledge of it would literally put most people in the hospital? This sounds like something out of SCP. In fact i think there is one like that.

 

Anyhow, I've spent many an hour trying to come up with something that was so heinous that it would literally hospitalize most people. I've come up blank for the most part. I can imagine some awufl, awful stuff. The world is full of it, and so is the internet. Hell, the shills are notorius for posting some of it on this very board to try and slide it. Some of the theories discussed here seem like they might fit the bill. Spirit cooking, adrenochrome, human cannibalism, mass pedo human trafficing. But we're talking the 90th percentile here. all these things, horrible and unthinkible though they are; there are a lot of people out there that are into that shit. Wrong! We were only talking about Pennsylvania, we weren't talking about other states, which are also wrapped up in large scale fraud or election improprieties. As an example (https://www.oann.com/wisconsin-may-surpass-arizona-and-be-first-state-to-decertify-2020-election/) take a look at what happened yesterday in Racine, Wisconsin, where a brave Patriot Sheriff and his staff found fraud and criminal activity with regard to what took place with ballot harvesting and other things in nursing homes, which the Wisconsin Election Commission ordered to be done throughout the state. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

 

There are many other improprieties in Wisconsin, including numerous laws broken, according (https://legis.wisconsin.gov/lab/media/3288/21-19full.pdf) to a new report from the Legislative Audit Bureau, who identified at least 44,272 illegal "indefinitely confined" votes who did not show Voter ID. Almost 7% of a sample of mail-in ballots were missing information required by law, and therefore should not have counted, which would amount to 32,431 illegal ballots.

 

Just one example of fraud in Georgia (and there is so much more!) is enough to swing the election, as 43,907 ballots from Facebook funded drop boxes violated (https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/georgia-opens-probe-drop-box-ballots-chain-custody-large-democrat-county) Chain of Custody requirements, and were thus illegally counted? So, whatever this thing is, It's so unbelievably bad, that even a majority of those type of people would be put off by it. What could it be?

 

In the past, my thoughts ended there. I couldn't fathom a situation where that many people would be so significantly effected.

 

Unfortunately I have no concrete answer, my frens. However, I believe I do see, for the first time, on the horizon, something coming into focus which may fit the criteria.

 

I think it would have to be a combination of all these factors, and almost assuredly ones I haven't mentinoed or thought of. I think It's this entire Covid/Vaccination/Election-Stealing/Media-Censoring/Gaslighting ball of wax.

 

Imagine for a moment, Everything that's happened in the past 2 years, worldwide;

Pandemic, Sickness, Deaths, Vaccines, Mandates, Shortages, Lockdowns, Rigged Elections, Riots, and everything else I can't even think to mention right now. These things transcend most every deliniation we as humans have constructed for ourselves. they've affected prince and pauper alike, and profoundly so. Whether we like it or not, the world will never be the same as it was.

 

Now imagine, everything we've thought and said and found, comes to light, and incontrovertable proof is shown, far and wide; of all of it.

 

(I'm not saying all this is neccisarrily the case, but suspend disbelief for a moment):

The variant, known as AY. 4.2 or β€œDelta plus”, was found in a case in NSW hotel quarantine. So far it’s the only Covid-19 infection with that strain across the nation.

 

While the Delta subtype was first identified overseas in July, it now makes up about 10 per cent of virus samples taken in the UK, according to health officials. Experts say it appears to be 10 to 15 per cent more transmissible than the original Delta variant.

 

Australia’s chief health officer Paul Kelly told reporters last week that β€œclose vigilance” was being kept on the mutation, after a former senior US official said β€œurgent research” was needed.

 

But, Professor Kelly said, β€œto be clear (Delta plus) is not a β€˜variant of interest’ or a β€˜variant of concern’ at the moment”.

 

Variants of interest and concern are two categories designated by the World Health Organisation (WHO). The former are variants which have genetic changes that have the potential to cause increased transmissibility or illness; the latter are variants that have been proven to do just that.

DHS Secretary Mayorkas Ends β€˜Remain in Mexico’ Program Despite Court Order

 

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Friday ended the β€œRemain in Mexico” program despite being ordered by a court to move in good faith to restore it.

 

β€œI am hereby terminating MPP,” Mayorkas wrote in a memorandum.

 

The program is formally known as the Migrant Policy Protocols (MPP). Started during the Trump administration, it forced many asylum seekers to wait in Mexico for their claims to be heard.

 

Mayorkas ended it earlier this year, claiming it had β€œmixed effectiveness” and β€œdoes not adequately or sustainably enhance border management in such a way as to justify the program’s extensive operational burdens and other shortfalls.”

 

But a federal judge in August found his memo lacked an exploration of the benefits of the program, which were outlined by the very department he heads. U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, a Trump appointee, ordered the memo vacated and the Biden administration β€œto enforce and implement MPP in good faith until such a time as it has been lawfully rescinded.”

 

Kacsmaryk’s injunction ruling was upheld by an appeals court and the Supreme Court. Lawyers for the parties are scheduled for oral arguments before an appeals court in the case next week.

 

In his new memo, Mayorkas continued promoting twin messaging. He said the administration is working in good faith to restore the policy. But he also said he was terminating it.

 

β€œThe department will continue complying with the Texas injunction requiring good-faith implementation and enforcement of MPP. But the termination of MPP will be implemented as soon as practicable after a final judicial decision to vacate the Texas injunction,” he wrote.

 

Mayorkas said he reached the conclusion after a fresh review of all the information relating to the program, including court filings, departmental assessments, and news reports.

 

β€œI recognize that MPP likely contributed to reduced migratory flows. But it did so by imposing substantial and unjustifiable human costs on the individuals who were exposed to harm while waiting in Mexico. The Biden-Harris Administration, by contrast, is pursuing a series of policies that disincentivize irregular migration while incentivizing safe, orderly, and humane pathways,” he wrote.

 

The Biden administration is facing an unprecedented surge in illegal immigration that critics say is fostered by its lax enforcement policies, including the ending of MPP and the curtailment of Title 42, which is used to expel illegal immigrants during the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Stephen Miller, a top immigration adviser during the Trump administration, wrote on Twitter that the administration should be held in contempt of court.

 

β€œIt’s been almost 3 months since a federal judge ordered Biden to reinstate MPP (which could be done with a single phone call) & not only has Biden never reinstated MPP they’ve instead poured their energy into trying to abolish it,” said.

 

The memo follows three recent updates.

 

In late September, the states of Texas and Missouri, which brought the suit that led to Kacsmaryk’s ruling, asked the court to force the administration to reinstate MPP. About a week later, Mayorkas’ department said it planned to scrap MPP even though the Supreme Court upheld Kacsmaryk’s ruling. Finally, the administration said it expected to be in a position to re-implement the program in mid-November, pending cooperation from Mexico.

REPORT:Could Wisconsin Be The FIRST State To DECERTIFY The Fraudulent 2020 Election After Yesterday's Explosive Report?

 

Wisconsin may be the first state to decertify the fraudulent 2020 election after Racine County Sheriff and Sgt. Michael Luell caught the Wisconsin Elections Commission red-handed.

 

OAN’s Christina Bobb wrote a phenomenal report, shortly after it was revealed that members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission targeted nursing homes and knowingly β€œshattered” elections laws, according to Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling.

 

Yesterday, The Gateway Pundit reported that Sheriff Christopher Schmaling presented the results of an extensive investigation into the voter fraud, committed in Wisconsin nursing homes by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.

Wisconsin Election officials did not accidentally break these laws. This was not sloppy mismanagement of elections or criminal incompetence. This was a coordinated plot to subvert election laws and steal the Wisconsin election. In other words, criminal malfeasance.

 

According to Schmaling, WEC officials knew that they β€œneeded the flexibility to violate the law,” and that they would need to β€œinstruct county clerks to break the law.”, over a recorded zoom call.

 

Although they knew it was illegal and even expressed the illegality of these actions, The WEC determined that COVID made it too dangerous to use Special Voting Deputies in nursing homes.

 

Special Voting Deputies are trained professionals whose job is to protect the voting rights of nursing home patients and prevent abuse, ballot harvesting, and other law violations from taking place. Wisconsin state law requires them to be a part of the voting process in nursing homes.

 

The WEC sent a letter to county elections officials instructing the legally required SVDs into nursing homes.

 

While other β€œessential workers” like food delivery, and different first-world service providers were allowed into the building, legally sanctioned but apparently non-essential Special Voting Deputies were barred from securing voting rights and preventing elder abuse.

 

It was reported that many ballots were cast on behalf of incapacitated nursing home patients who lacked the lucidity or capability to consent to the vote. Some complaints say that ballots were cast in accordance with how incapacitated voters β€œvoted last election”.

 

Schmaling believes that this fraud targeted at nursing home patients was not limited to one facility but occurred statewide. Racine County has 11 nursing homes and the state of Wisconsin has 72 counties. Well over a hundred nursing homes with hundreds of ballots each may have been subjected to voter fraud perpetrated by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.

 

Christina Bobb concludes,

 

Based on just nursing home abuses and election fraud, there could be as many as 50,000 – 100,000 fraudulent ballots cast in Wisconsin during the 2020 election. Biden supposedly won the state by 20,682. This is more than enough fraud to have changed the outcome of the election.

 

The Wisconsin Election Commission orchestrated a criminal and fraudulent election. The sheriff has said that he is referring the crimes to the Racine District Attorney, Patricia Hanson. Hanson is an elected Republican and will be called upon to prosecute these crimes. At the same time, the Wisconsin legislature has more than enough evidence to show that the results certified in 2020 are fraudulent and must be decertified. It’s incumbent upon the Republican state legislature to stand by the laws they pass and not allow criminal activity to overrule law and order. The Wisconsin State Legislature is primed to decertify their election. Will they?

 

The Gateway Pundit reported that this investigation has been turned over to the District Attorney and these crimes must be punished.

Some of us are old enough to remember Arthur Anderson and Enron, a mixture of two companies that created an accounting mess bigger than any seen before in corporate history. That was until Ernst & Young (EY) and Wirecard.

 

Interestingly, there have been many auditing mess ups in the past few decades, but there are some really surprising issues with this latest one, such as EY not bothering to even check the company’s bank statements for the past three years. Even my accountant does that!

 

In fact, what is astounding is that the missing €1.9 billion was only discovered as an irregularity when EY finally did check the financial dealings of Wirecard in Singapore, Manila and Dubai. When EY asked two banks in the Philippines for the Wirecard account balance and the banks said: What Wirecard account? We don’t deal with them. Hmmmm … Wirecard claimed they had over two billion dollars in those accounts. How strange?

 

Anyway, you can read all about it in the links at the end of this blog, but there’s two other things that come to mind. One, this is the biggest accounting fraud in post-war European history and, two, it involves a licensed and regulated financial firm with not just direct customers but also many, many third parties like Anna Money, British Airways Executive Club, Curve, Ramsdens and more.

Trying to snap out of depression for not getting out there -

Would be on planes & trains (like until just a few short years ago) to wor, meet and interact with human beings again, but am caregiver to relative am lucky to still have. They won't relocate, though; Are just fine here in Leningrad, USA… haven't ever lived and experienced anywhere else, so this is all they know.
