The following Suggested Four Laws must become first laws and then constitutional amendments
1) One Citizen - One Vote; Appropriate proof of citizenship in form of Birth Certificate or naturalization papers with visual identification parameters. i.e., Fingerprints, retinal Scan Valid Voting Age shall be equal to the entry age of a citizen into the armed forces, but no less than eighteen years attained age.
2) Free and Fair elections: Each citizen will be allowed to vote only once and that within their declared home residence. They shall in turn receive a receipt of their choices made upon completion of voting, such receipt can in turn be validated against a final Tabulation Database/Ledger and report via a private lookup process.
3) All Congressional Representatives and Senators shall be limited to three consecutive terms, Representatives having a term of three years, Senators a term of four years. The current presidential term limit will be 2 terms in office comprised of 5 years each. Justices of the Supreme Court Shall have a single term of 12 years.
4) All members of the three branches of government and their family members shall be audited on an annual basis with these audit results being made public record.
