Wouldn't we need to map out the frequencies of the other notes, to know if A440 is worse overall than A432? Coz that is just the middle reference point. What I'm saying is middle A isn't the only note, we need to take them all in balance I would think.
Maybe this is where the golden ratio argument comes into play, but I haven't really studied it.
