Gather ’round, kids. Those of you with tinfoil hats may wish to ensure that they’re fitted snuggly. What I’m about to tell you will shake your faith in all the music you’ve heard in your life.
If you look down the right paths, it becomes clear that governments and various security apparatuses have used music to control us using music. All the music of the West that’s based on the standard 12-tone scale is used for the management of crowds as well as thought control.
Let’s begin with some music theory.
If musical performances were to sound the same the world over, some standardization was required. As early as 1885, the Music Commission of the Italian Government declared that all instruments and orchestras should use a tuning fork that vibrated at 440 Hz, which was different from the original standard of 435 Hz and the competing 432 Hz used in France.
In 1917, the American Federation of Musicians endorsed the Italians, followed by a further push for 440 Hz in the 1940s.
In 1953, a worldwide agreement was signed. Signatories declared that middle “A” on the piano be forevermore tuned to exactly 440 Hz. This frequency became the standard ISO-16 reference for tuning all musical instruments based on the chromatic scale, the one most often used for music in the West. All the other notes are tuned in standard mathematical ratios leading to and from 440 Hz.
This tone standard is now universally accepted, which is why a piano in Toronto sounds exactly the same as a piano in China.
Weirdly, no one can say for sure why this frequency was chosen in the first place. In fact, there those among us who vehemently disagree with this standard. In fact, they consider the 440 Hz middle “A” to be an abomination against nature.
Adherents to this theory claim that a more “natural” frequency for middle “A” is 438 Hz. Others believe that the correct middle “A” is 432 Hz (also known as Verdi’s A) because it has “a pure tone of math fundamental to nature” and is “mathematically consistent with the patterns of the universe, vibrating with Phi, the Golden Ratio. They point to how this pitch can be connected to everything from nautilus shells to the works of the ancients, including the construction of the Great Pyramid.
Furthermore, 432 Hz resonates with 8 Hz (the Schumann Resonance), the documented fundamental electromagnetic “beat” of Earth. It just feels better.

Research says that music tuned from this frequency is easier to listen to, brighter, clearer, and contains more inherent dynamic range. As a result, music with this tuning need not be played at higher volumes and thus reduces the risk of hearing damage.
The more radical among middle “A” haters insist that the true frequency should be 528 Hz because it’s a “digital bio-holographic precipitation crystallization [and] miraculous manifestation of diving frequency vibrations.” I have no idea what that means.
Here’s where the conspiracy comes in. There is allegedly something sinister and evil about 440 Hz. It is said that the Rockefeller Foundation had an interest in making sure the United States adopted the 440 Hz standard in 1935 as part of a “war on consciousness” leading to “musical cult control.”
Without going too far down this rat hole, this theory says that tuning all music to 440 Hz turns it into a military weapon.
I quote from one of the many online articles on the subject: “The monopolization of the music industry features this imposed frequency that is ‘herding’ populations into greater aggression, psychosocial agitation, and emotional distress predisposing people to physical illnesses and financial impositions profiting the agents, agencies, and companies engaged in the monopoly.”
Whoa.
Going a little deeper, we end up at the doorstep of the Nazis. It is said that propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels insisted that on 440 Hz tuning in Germany because he believed it made people think and feel in specific ways, making them “a prisoner of a certain consciousness.” And if you’re trying to mobilize the population for Der Fuhrer, that’s exactly what you want, right?
There’s more from the Tinfoil Headphones crowd: “The powers that be are successfully lowering the vibrations of not only the young generation but the rest of us as well. These destructive frequencies entrain the thoughts towards disruption, disharmony, and disunity. Additionally, they also stimulate the controlling organ of the body — the brain — into disharmonious resonance, which ultimately creates disease and war.”

I’ve also been told that the different effects these frequencies have on our chakras. Songs tuned to 440 Hz work on the third eye chakra (the “thinking”) while 432 Hz stimulates the heart chakra (the “feeling”). Therefore, 432 Hz music increases the spiritual development of the listener. It may even have healing properties.
There are numerous organizations advocating a universal switch to 432 Hz, but that would involve upsetting worldwide standards, not to mention the construction and re-tuning of millions of musical instruments. Nice idea, but it ain’t gonna happen.

Washington State Fusion Center accidentally releases records on remote mind control
As part of a request for records on Antifa and white supremacist groups, WSFC inadvertently bundles in “EM effects on human body.zip”

When you send thousands of FOIA requests, you are bound to get some very weird responses from time to time. Recently, we here at MuckRock had one of our most bizarre gets yet - Washington State Fusion Center’s accidental release of records on the effects of remote mind control.
As part of my ongoing project looking at fusion centers’ investigations into Antifa and various white supremacist groups, I filed a request with the WSFC. I got back many standard documents in response, including emails, intelligence briefings and bulletins, reposts from other fusion centers - and then there was one file titled “EM effects on human body.zip.”
Hmmm. What could that be? What does EM stand for and what is it doing to the human body? So I opened it up and took a look:

EM stands for electromagnetic. What you are looking at here is “psycho-electronic” weapons that purportedly use electromagnetism to do a wide variety of horrible things to people, such as reading or writing your mind, causing intense pain, “rigor mortis,” or most heinous of all, itching.
Now to be clear, the presence of these records (which were not created by the fusion center, and are not government documents) should not be seen as evidence that DHS possesses these devices, or even that such devices actually exist. Which is kind of unfortunate because “microwave hearing” is a pretty cool line of technobabble to say out loud.
You know what’s even cooler? “Remote Brain Mapping.” It is insanely cool to say. Go ahead. Say it. Remote. Brain. Mapping.
Just check the detail on these slides too. The black helicopter shooting off its psychotronic weapons, mapping your brain, broadcasting your thoughts back to some fusion center. I wish their example of “ELF Brain stimulation” was a little clearer though.
It’s difficult to source exactly where these images come from, but it’s obviously not government material. One seems to come from a person named “Supratik Saha,” who is identified as a software engineer, the brain mapping slide has no sourcing, and the image of the body being assaulted by psychotronic weapons is sourced from raven1.net, who apparently didn’t renew their domain.
It’s entirely unclear how this ended up in this release. It could have been meant for another release, it could have been gathered for an upcoming WSFC report, or it could even be from the personal files of an intelligence officer that somehow got mixed up in the release. A call to the WSFC went unreturned as of press time, so until we hear back, their presence remains a mystery.

A California middle school teacher was recorded telling students that Hunter Biden had sex with his niece and that hospitals are stealing babies from unvaccinated parents.
In the seven-minute recording taken on October 18, the unidentified female history teacher at Anacapa Middle School in Ventura can be heard ranting at her eighth grade class on subjects ranging from vaccines and government, child pornography, the presidency - and even an alleged instance of incest by President Biden's son, Hunter Biden.
The teacher, whose wild theories are closely aligned with those of far-right group QAnon, also heavily implied to her students that Donald Trump is still president, according to mom Sarah Silikula, whose son recorded her outburst.
'People need to wake up and see the government has way too much power right now,' the educator can be heard saying in the clip.
'Hunter Biden, for example, is doing deals with China and Ukraine and all these places where he was funneling money illegally.
'He also had child pornography on his laptop. He was having sexual intercourse with his own niece.'
The educator, whose identity has not been released, told her eight grade class Hunter Biden engaged in incest with cousin, laundered money and was caught with child pornography.
The teacher also touched on vaccines during the tirade, suggesting that hospitals were secretly stealing babies from unvaccinated parents.
'If you have a baby in the hospital, they don't want to give it back if you're not vaccinated. This is a complete power control threat,' the teacher declared to the room of puzzled pupils.

What's more, the schoolteacher also implied to the class that Donald Trump was still president.
In the full recording, obtained by DailyMail.com, she could be heard disputing recounts in the 2020 election, saying: 'I'm not saying the entire election (was rigged) but the states where the audits were done, yes.'
Sarah Silikula, the mother of the student who recorded the concerning comments, who had previously instructed her son to pull out his phone and start videotaping if he ever felt uncomfortable in class, told Los Angeles' CBS 2 that the impromptu lesson left her child confused and 'damaged.'

Outraged and upset over the contents of her son's recording, Silikula revealed that she alerted the school that day.
Her son has not attended school since, SIlikula revealed, saying she does not want her son to see the teacher, who she referred to as 'his abuser,' ever again.

She further told DailyMail.com that her son is scared to return to school as well, telling his parents that he fears running into the teacher.
After speaking with staffers, Silikula revealed to DailyMail.com that the school's principal, Mayra Vega Manriquez, subsequently begged the concerned mother not to speak with anyone else about the incident and wait for the school to conduct an internal investigation, which Silikula was told would take two weeks.
However, once the designated deadline for the internal probe arrived on Tuesday and the mother had not heard back, she decided to go public with the troubling recording.
After speaking with several outlets, Silikula says she was contacted by Ventura County's assistant superintendent Tuesday night, who assured her that he had spoken to Anacapa's HR department, and offered the vexed mother some vague consolation.
According to Silikula, during the Tuesday phone call, the assistant principal assured her that her son did not need to worry about running into the teacher when her returned to school.
Silikula responded by asking the assistant superintendent to put his guarantee in writing, and has not heard back since.
'I trusted her to teach him the facts about history and she went off on this rant like a preacher on a pulpit,' Silikula remarked.
DailyMail.com has contacted Ventura County School District for further comment.
The mother told DailyMail.com that she was concerned and upset by the fact that other parents of children in the class were unaware of the teacher's political comments in the classroom, priming her to act when confronted by the contents of her son's recording.
'I'm never getting vaccinated,' the boy reportedly told his mom, before adding, 'I'm never getting any more shots of any kind. Did you know Trump's still president?'
'"She’s right, Dad. You're wrong."'
Silikula also revealed how the history instructor's comments harmed her relationship with her child, explaining that the youth believed his teacher's questionable statements.
'He’s damaged. He’s hurt. He’s scared. He doesn’t trust his parents now. He thinks we lied to him,' Silikula said of her son.
'I mean, why? Why does that need to be said in this classroom full of children?' Silikula asked the outlet in the Tuesday interview.

The Ventura Unified School District announced that they conducted an investigation into the incident, and no charges against the teacher were filed.
The district, however, did tell CBSLA that they do not condone the discussion that took place, and said that they are following the 'progressive discipline policy,' citing an ongoing agreement with the teachers' union, which would have the teacher in question notified of her wrongdoings and instructed on how to rectify her behavior in the classroom.
The school's superintendent also told Silikula that her son's class was moved to a different teacher after the incident, she revealed Tuesday.
The peeved parent, however, told CBSLA that the lesson she wants people to take from the occurrence is that a teacher's opinion - political or otherwise - should not be taught in the classroom.
As of Wednesday, the unnamed history teacher is still employed at the school, and has reportedly accepted responsibility for her contentious comments.

1:48 PM PT The Houston PD's Chief, Troy Finner, just confirmed what we'd been told … namely, that at least one person had been injected with something via needle and there well may have been more.
Chief Finner said a security guard working the event felt a prick in his neck by an unknown assailant while he was trying to restrain a citizen – and he quickly fell unconscious. Finner says the guard was revived by use of NARCAN … and that medical personnel did, indeed, see something on his neck that indicated he'd been stabbed with a syringe.

Officials such as Mayor Sylvester Turner and Gov. Greg Abbott have sent out statements on the tragedy.
Rapper Travis Scott released a statement on Twitter, saying he is “absolutely devastated” by the events Friday night.
“I’m absolutely devastated by what took place last night. My prayers go out to the families and all those impacted by what happened at Astroworld Festival. Houston PD has my total support as they continue to look into the tragic loss of life. I am committed to working together with the Houston community to heal and support the families in need. Thank you to Houston PD, Fire Department and NRG Park for their immediate response and support.”
“I just want to send out prayers to the ones that was lost last night. We’re actually working right now to identify the families so we can help assist them through this tough time. Astroworld Festival officials have posted a statement on their Instagram account:

With that in mind, the festival will no longer be held on Saturday. As authorities mentioned in their press conference earlier, they are looking into the series of cardiac arrests that took place. If you have any relevant information on this, please reach out to @HoustonPolice. Thank you to our partners at the Houston Police Department, Fire Department, and NRG Park for their response and support.”
Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner spoke out on the incident from Friday night:
“What happened at Astroworld Festival was a tragedy. An estimated 50,000 people attended the event Friday night, expecting to enjoy a music concert with friends and return home safely. I extend my condolences to the families of the eight people who died and the approximately 17 people who were injured at the event. Many of them suffered cardiac arrest.
“Immediately following the tragedy, the city began to assist with resources and necessary support. A reunification center is setup at 8686 Kirby Dr. for families to reconnect with loved ones who attend the event. Families searching for loved ones may also call 3-1-1.

“This was a major event that happened in the city and on Harris County property. Today, law enforcement will speak with concert promoters and witnesses and review videos available from the event and inside the festival venue.
“I have called for a detailed briefing from all stakeholders, including Live Nation, Harris County, NRG Park, Police, Fire, Office of Emergency Management, and other agencies, explaining how the event got out of control leading to the deaths andHarris County Judge Lina Hidalgo shared this statement via Twitter:
“Nobody should ever expect for a loved one to go to a concert and not return. We’re continuing to support the response and are grateful to @houstonpolice @HoustonFire and others for their continued work. I’m calling for an objective and independent investigation into what happened.” injuries of several attendees.”
Gov. Greg Abbott released the following statement:
“What happened at Astroworld Festival last night was tragic, and our hearts are with those who lost their lives and those who were injured in the terrifying crowd surge. Thank you to the first responders and good Samaritans who were on site and immediately tended to those who were injured in the crowd. The State of Texas is ready assist in the response, and I have directed the Texas Department of Public Safety to make state resources available to support the investigation. I ask Texans to join Cecilia and me in lifting up in prayer those affected by this tragedy.”
Fort Bend County Judge KP George’s office released the following statement:
“Our hearts and prayers go out to the families of those who lost their lives and those who were seriously injured during the chaos that took place last night. We offer our deepest condolences to the loved ones who have suffered the loss of a daughter, son, sister, or brother during an unexpected moment that has changed their lives forever.
“I thank our first responders in Houston and the surrounding areas for acting quickly and providing critical care for those at the scene. I will continue to be in communication with Houston and Harris County officials to provide whatever assistance is needed.
“As a city and community, let us continue to pray for strength and guidance during this extremely misfortunate time.”
The Harris County District Attorney’s officer says they are “deeply shocked” by the events that unfolded at Astroworld Festival.
“The [Harris County District Attorney’s Office] is deeply shocked and saddened over the 8 lives lost at the Astroworld tragedy. Our team is assisting police in their investigation. As with every case, evidence will guide us. Our thoughts are with the families of the deceased & injured as they face the days ahead.”
The University of Houston sent out the following tweet, sending out their thoughts to the families who lost their loved ones.
“The tragic deaths and injuries that occurred during the Astroworld Festival are heartbreaking. Our thoughts are with all who have been effected by this incredible loss, including the families and friends of the victims.”
Houston rappers Bun B and Trae Tha Truth wrote on Instagram stories that their “thoughts are with the families.”
