The very strange a/c crash in Caratinga, Brazil

The footage shows the aircraft rolling right at what appears to be in vicinty of airport as a man is walking in front of what appears to be a Cessna (high wing/strut brace) on the ramp(?)

A news source has shown that the wreckage is approx 4km from runway numbers closest to crash.

Google Earth has it approx 4.3km.

The field elevation at the numbers is ~600m. The waterfall area is listed at 770m.

The crash happens at or below field elevation in video, picrel. The waterfall would be looking up.

The distance to the a/c in attached pictures is not at 4km range for a C90.
