So much to say about this.. but that's also fucked up in the middle east.. there have been those villagers who were probably just like "fuck this, I need a gun to protect myself and my neighbors should have them too" and then shit goes down and they're just there… they just get written off as Al Qaeda's or whichever group.. but they weren't.. and likely even the Actual Al Qaeda's knew of and took advantage of their presence there and sort of forced them to participate in some incident…

Kyle ran for long enough.. had he walked up to someone got pushed and then shot him, wouldn't be self defense.. would be what this guy's talking about.. but he went around asking if people needed bandaids, then ran with a fire extinguisher in response to a call for assistance with a fire, then some psychopath chased him, and he ran, and he ran, and he ran out of breath and was scared and assaulted repeatedly..

Also, if we looked up all the criminal histories of the 9/11 victims and they ALL were either burglars, pedos, or wifebeaters, then it would be the same and it would be fine.

its not quite there for attempted murder, but he should be charged for being a felon with a gun and maybe assault, but he'll likely get off easy from criminal charges because of his injury and all the bullshit publicity..

I would expect lawsuits to follow the criminal case though, especially since both parties raised a bunch of money.. but maybe they'll settle both wanting to avoid further time in court
