Hi Baker. If you are the one who wrote up the baking instructions here >>14980158, I have a question for you. I'm curious why do you wait to submit the ControlC to get the new dough link until after you have already posted most of the rest of the new bread? I would worry that it might get hung up right when it's time to finish up posting the new bread.

Someone posted baking instructions that had a particular line that seemed unusual to me. I thought maybe it was our current baker who had created those instructions so I posted to ask about it.

A different baker replied agreeing with me that they do not bake in the order listed in the instructions I was questioning. Make sense now?
