How do you have a trial and THEN AFTER THE TRIAL find out what (else) you are being charged with????? Am I failing Law 101 here?

Thank you. I thought I was losing my mind there. I couldn't watch the whole trial, but I already saw all the video evidence as it happened. It seems like a open and shut case. I even thought for a minute Kyle was some USA patriotic propaganda psyop to motivate Americans to defend their own cities. Maybe he still is.
