Do you appreciate the incongruity of the words in the link, and the words you say you brought from the link?
Why do so many people think the court should (ever) hear or ‘appeal’ cases prohibiting government actions? How did so many get the inverted idea that prohibitive is Constitutional while compulsion is “Law”.
No need to answer if you understand the problem with unlimited Government.
