i understand why you say that but at the same time i do not think welfare and food stamps are the problem it is how they are utilized. The programs them selves are not the issue it is how the money is distributed. Many who get the welfare of any race need it, but at the same time many of the people who get they money can not find employment because they are not intelligent enough to do even the most basic jobs. This is not counting those who are disabled or such either. The argument of " free stuff" is to easy an answer and the problem needs a solution not just yanking away the safety net.
