Appeals Court Affirms Injunction Against Joe Biden’s OSHA Vaccine Mandate – Full 22-Page Ruling

November 12, 2021 | Sundance | 231 Comments

The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans has ruled against the Joe Biden OSHA vaccine mandate calling it “staggeringly overbroad.”

''The three judge panel upheld its previous decision to put a stay on the order by Joe Biden against companies with 100 workers or more. ''The Biden administration had instructed the Department of Labor to require COVID-19 vaccines. The Biden administration’s effort to use an Emergency Temporary Standard OHSA rule was rejected by the court citing numerous flaws in their review and ruling:

……In other words, the court ruled that OSHA has jurisdiction on covid matters in a workplace that produces the virus, not where the virus can find its way in through the door. I don’t see how a higher court can ignore that. But then again, SCOTUS surprises us all the time.

media and white house are trying to spin this as temporary; mandate is blocked by the courts from osha emergency rule plan. The ruling Friday was the appeal from the temp ruling a couple of weeks ago.

The court issued a stay on enforcement of the mandate pending further judicial review. It also stated that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was not to take any steps to "implement or enforce the mandate" until a new decision was made in court.

Additionally, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain has previously tweeted that "OSHA doing [a] vaxx mandate … is the ultimate work around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations."

Newsweek has reached out to the White House for comment.

Saturday 6 November 2021 osha mandate STAYED [freezes - temporary halt]

Friday 12 November 2021 osha mandate BLOCKED

A U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay on Saturday [6 Nov] temporarily halting Democrat President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate that would have required companies with at least 100 employees to get vaccinated for the coronavirus or be tested weekly.

The ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit stated the following:

Before the court is the petitioners’ emergency motion to stay enforcement of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s November 5, 2021 Emergency Temporary Standard (the “Mandate”) pending expedited judicial review.

Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court.

MIND BLOWING prices at a Mexican grocery store (something is SERIOUSLY amiss in the United States)

These prices were at one called Bara that I have not mentioned, but there is one close by and it was late so we went there.

The only way these prices could happen is someone is dumping America's food on foreign markets.

Rice: 75 cents for a 2 lb bag. Cereal, in a name brand: $1.05 USD per pound. Cereal, in a good quality generic brand (Golden Mills): 90 cents per pound. Pre made crap hamburgers with soy, chicken and beef but no pork, 18 pack totaling 2.05 pounds $2.25 per pack. Instant Oatmeal, 50 cents for 12 ounces. Non instant: 50 cents per pound. Highest quality whole milk in the best brand: $1.98/gal, not generic, the good stuff. Generic was $1.25/gal. Large packs of cookies, good brand, 12 ounce, 40 cents. 1 pound of popcorn 45 cents. The only thing I saw that was not blowout priced was canola oil (which I would never use anyway) for $1.80 per quart. It is usually cheaper.

These prices struck me. That was the cheapest I have EVER seen rice, and I mean EVER and the milk is shockingly cheap. The cheap hamburgers were a total shocker too, you never see them that low, especially pre-made. I have not seen popcorn that cheap in over 5 years.

NONE OF THIS STUFF WAS ON SALE. IT WAS "REGULAR PRICED". The pancake mix, 2 pound bag, was regular priced at $1.07. The GOOD STUFF, that you don't need to add anything to.

HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN? ASK BIDEN, WHO IS SENDING THE LIFEBLOOD OF AMERICA TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES, SHOWN IN PRICES SO LOW IT SPOOKED ME. I wish I had brought the camera but how would I know I'd see this?? Come on now, 75 cents for TWO POUNDS OF RICE??? HOW???

AMERICA HAD BETTER BUCKLE UP, SOMEONE IS OUT TO SCREW YOU. HOW were the prices uncharacteristically low, even for Mexico, when prices are skyrocketing in the U.S.? ANSWER: That's America's food being blown out elsewhere.
