that was in August…that's when they started using it and it brought down the cases…keep reading and dig on the last link…plenty of archived evidence that Japan(which discovered and developed Ivermectin) would be using it…why wouldn't they take it…probably just like USA…people are taking it…the government was just slow to respond…that's what it looks like to me…
