I'm a vet that has been through 7 yesrs of intense PTSD treatment, and have been taught to manage my PTSD.
There is a new protocol called TMS that really helped me get rid of my depression and that allowed me to begin processing my grief.
I should have a clean bill of health from the VA in a bit, which will help me out in the long run in life.
I'm looking forward to that, as everyone is always screaming about PTSD and veterans. I am tired of the stigma.
