It is hard to tell at that angle.
The shoulder do appear to be one head width, but that style of jacket with padded shoulders is deceptive. If you trace the trajectory under the wrinkles of fabric to the actual shoulder location it has to be closer to half a head with which is clearly female.
If you see masculine features in the face, you cannot count that because redheads, especially with nordic genes (including Viking raiders in Ireland and Scotland) do look more masculine to people who are not intimately familiar with redheads. In other words, that is just your own sexual bias showing through. Can't judge arm length at all in this pose. If you are comparing ring and index finger length, that does indicate more testosterone in the womb but that is not sufficient evidence of a male. There is no adams apple visible which suggests female.

In particular, the masculine features of the face are easy to change through plastic surgery. The NUMBER ONE characteristic of a tranny is willingness to undergo surgery, so the slight masculinity suggests this is a natural female who is satisfied with her natural looks.
