DAY OF:

1. Make sure all sheeple (students, teachers, school admins not in the know) think what is happening is a "drill"

2. Carry out the operation.

3. Preferrably kill patsy during the event and have media report he committed suicide.

4. Make no attempt to save the lives of innocent people actually caught in the crossfire.

5. If people do die, consider it collateral damage and helpful for the agenda.

WITHIN HOURS OF INCIDENT:

1. Distribute suspect's name and the official version of events to all the Propaganda Fake News Networks.

2. Push official version 24/7 for at least a week.

3. Make sure your agenda is promoted as the solution to the threat:

> If your patsy is a random US mass shooter, blame the NRA.

> If your patsy is a Muslim, blame the internet for turning him into an ISIS fighter.

1. Deal ruthlessly with journalists, pundits, witnesses and victims who question the official version.

2. Silence all eye witness accounts which challenge the official narrative (ex: sheepstate says 1 shooter. Witnesses say multiple shooters.)

3. Cleanse the internet of all videos which question the official story.

4. Kill non-compliant witnesses if they talk too much (search: number of Las Vegas witnesses who died soon after)

SOON AFTER:

1. Launch "grassroots movement" with marches and boycotts in support of your agenda.

2. Make sure all news analysis, interviews, and "town hall" TV fakery includes only those who support your agenda.
