If it's getting MSM traction, it must be a head-fake. Seems like replacing the VP followed by invoking 25th Amendment would be a bit much for many normies to accept. They could only frame it as "Biden is no longer competent, there was no reason for him to replace his VP."
But Buttjigger would remain? That would cast suspicion on him.
