Anons, did a cursory search on cia.gov site for ‘Old Crow’ and it returned a plethora of information about it.
From some of the articles it is in reference to Electronic Warfare. Also found an article about Whitby Island related. There were several correspondences from the Director and Deputy Director of the C_A attending the Assoc of Old Crow meetings.
The Association of Old Crows which is a little known but influential fraternity of electronic warfare experts, US military officers, and corporate executives around the world.
Their motto:
“The old crow didn’t get old by being the fastest of the birds, or the strongest, or the bravest. He got old by being wily.”
So much moar on the Clown cite. Maybe smarter anons can piece it together with Trumps memo on Mitch and the Navy’s post about Whitney Island class of ships post.
