ANY LAWFAGS here? Re: Kyle Rittenhouse trial. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a jury of his peers. It takes a unanimous vote by the jury to convict the accused. Has anyone ever heard of a hung jury if there were, say 10 jurors voting not guilty and 2 voting guilty? How could that be a hung jury. The prosecution DID NOT prove the accusation to 10 of 12 jurors. Shouldn't that case be a simple not-guilty verdict?
