OKLAHOMA CITY (LifeSiteNews) – An Oklahoma state senator has introduced a bill that would hold employers financially liable for each injury caused by enforcing a vaccine mandate.

On Friday, State Sen. Rob Standridge introduced Oklahoma’s Senate Bill 1106, the “Citizen Health Mandate Protection Act.” The bill is aimed at both the private and public sectors and seeks to hold all employers financially liable for a minimum of 1 million dollars for each injury resulting from a vaccine or other medical treatment that was mandated as a condition of employment.

The bill would also apply to employers who enforce President Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate that seeks to require any businesses with more than 100 employees to impose a vaccine mandate for its workers.

“Many Oklahomans may not know that COVID-19 vaccines have already been given liability protection from the federal government,” Standridge said.

“If an employee is required to receive the vaccine or some other medical treatment as a condition of employment and it causes that person harm, our citizens need to know they’ll have some recourse that will provide them with meaningful relief. That’s what my legislation will do.”

As Standridge mentioned, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Alex Azar invoked the 2005 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act in February, providing legal immunity to COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers such as Pfizer and Moderna. This means that even if serious injury or death occurs, these companies cannot be sued for financial compensation. The immunity for these companies currently lasts until 2024.

With this in mind, Standridge penned in his bill, “An employer subject to a claim made pursuant to the Citizen Health Mandate Protection Act shall not have the limitations of liability or immunity provided by the Governmental Tort Claims Act or the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act” and “upon a finding of liability after a claim, the employer shall automatically be subject to punitive damages. The minimum award for punitive damages shall be One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).”

This is not the first time Oklahoma has taken direct action to oppose vaccine coercion and defend the long-standing principles of personal autonomy and informed medical consent.

Earlier this month, Oklahoma’s Republican governor Kevin Stitt wrote a letter to the U.S. Secretary of Defense rebuking the vaccine mandate being imposed on National Guardsmen in his state.

“I am writing to request that the Department of Defense immediately consider suspending the COVID-19 vaccine requirement for national guardsmen in Oklahoma,” Stitt wrote. `

“This mandate violates the personal freedoms of many Oklahomans, as it asks them to potentially sacrifice their personal beliefs in order to not lose their jobs,” he continued.

“All of our national guardsmen take this calling very seriously. These are patriotic citizens who are willing to put their lives on the line to protect others in our communities during times of greatest need.”

Going further on the issue, Oklahoma’s National Guard Adjutant Gen. Thomas Mancino sent a memo to the federal government on November 11 rejecting the mandate on behalf of his workers, declaring, “I hereby order that no Oklahoman Guardsmen be required to take the COVID-19 vaccine, notwithstanding any other Federal requirement.”

Despite “approval” from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), all currently available COVID-19 vaccinations are experimental, with clinical trials not set for completion until 2023.

Further, the vaccinations have been linked to millions of injuries and thousands of deaths worldwide, according to data from the World Health Organization, the European Union, and America’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), co-led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the FDA.

While causation is not explicitly confirmed through the VAERS reporting system, neither can it be presumed that all side effects are reported. One study in 2010 found that “fewer than 1% of vaccine injuries” are reported to VAERS, suggesting the actual numbers of deaths and injuries related to the COVID jabs are significantly higher than the already staggering 18,461 deaths and 875,653 adverse effects.

Even vaccine manufacturers have calculated at least a “fifty-fold underreporting of adverse events.”

FBI hid evidence in Malcolm X murder trial, convictions tossed

A New York judge voided the convictions of two black men for the 1965 assassination of activist Malcolm X, after a re-investigation inspired by a Netflix documentary found the FBI had withheld evidence of their innocence.

State Supreme Court Justice Ellen Biben threw out the convictions of Muhammad A. Aziz (aka Norman 3X Butler) and Khalil Islam (aka Thomas 15X Johnson), who were charged with assassinating Malcolm X at Manhattan’s Audubon Ballroom and sentenced to life in prison in 1966.

Thursday's decision to void their sentence followed the 22-month investigation by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. and lawyers for the two men, which found that both prosecutors and the FBI had withheld evidence that could have exonerated Aziz and Islam during their trial.

According to the investigation, prosecutors failed to disclose that undercover police officers were present at the Audubon Ballroom at the time of the shooting. The New York Police Department did not reveal that the New York Daily News received a call tipping them off about the impending assassination. The FBI did not tell state officials that a particular man who matched the description of one of the assassins was known to them, and even identified by an informant – letting Aziz and Islam be blamed instead.

US Army soldier found dead in Alaska

A U.S. Army soldier assigned to Fort Wainwright, Alaska, was found dead at his off-base home on Friday, the Army first announced on Thursday.

The soldier, identified as 22-year-old Sgt. Christian Joseph D’Andrea, was found and pronounced dead at his off-base residence in Fairbanks, U.S. Army Alaska told American Military News in an email. D’Andrea joined Army in June 2017 and trained at Fort Sill, Oklahoma before being assigned to duty stations in South Korea and Fort Bliss, Texas. D’Andrea reported to Alaska in May of 2020.

D’Andrea had served as an Army gunner and ammunition team chief with the 2nd Battalion, 8th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, stationed at Fort Wainwright. The artillery regiment is nicknamed the “Automatic 8th.”

“The Automatic Family is deeply hurt by the loss of our teammate Sgt. Christian D’Andrea,” unit commander Lt. Col. Eugene Palka said in a prepared statement on Thursday. “He was a well-liked and respected member of our battalion. Today, I will be reviewing what I consider to be the biggest development in conspiracy literature to date. I have already introduced readers to Miles Mathis, in particular, his gamechanging theory on the JFK assassination. Starting in July 2018, a German contributor to his website who goes by the name of Gerry (his website), started publishing a series of essays (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ) on the website of Miles Mathis. These were followed by an essay written exclusively by Miles in March 2020, followed by another one in July 2020. These seven essays constitute, in my opinion, the most insightful research into the origins and identities of the world’s hidden rulers, or as Gerry would call them, Spookians.

Why is this relevant? Because knowing who these people are is the only way to counter them. Long before they started hiding themselves behind other nations and other people, they once had to openly fight under their very own nation(s), using their very own names, and under their very own flags and symbols. In these simple times, they had to fight at close quarter, getting injured and even killed. Unlike their current wars where they hide behind the scenes and remotely operate weapons. They also faced real threats of obliteration from more advanced civilizations. But these simple times did not last for long as circumstances and opportunities forced them to hide behind other nations and groups of people. Cleverly, they expunged their ancient history from the human record so they could no longer be fully understood (though they cannot resist romanticising their ancient history in “Mythologies”). Two decades ago, the US intelligence community worked closely with Silicon Valley in an effort to track citizens in cyberspace. And Google is at the heart of that origin story. Democrat Connecticut Governor Says Covid Boosters Needed For People to be Considered ‘Fully Vaccinated’

Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont (D) on Thursday said booster shots are needed for people to be considered ‘fully vaccinated’ against Covid.

NBC New York reported:

Anyone who got a COVID-19 vaccine more than six months ago should not consider themselves fully vaccinated, Gov. Ned Lamont said Thursday as he urged Connecticut residents to get a booster shot.

Lamont spoke along with the state’s health commissioner and other health officials in Vernon, where he said he would not wait for official word from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention before telling all adults to get a booster vaccine and urging providers to make them available.

“CDC speaks Latin,” Lamont said. “I can’t figure out who is eligible, who’s not eligible.”

The governor said the state is working to make sure the most vulnerable, including those in nursing homes have access to the shot.

“If you were vaccinated more than six months ago, now is the time to get that booster,” he said. “Get it before Thanksgiving, before Christmas, before all those holidays.

Governor Lamont’s comments come after a Covid outbreak at a Connecticut nursing home killed 8 fully vaccinated residents and infected 89 others.

Among the 89 people infected at Geer Village Senior Community in Canaan, 87 were fully vaccinated.

Dr. Fauci and the CDC are starting to suggest Covid booster mandates are next.
