A lot of the programs that the Democrats had already promised suburb moms that Ivanka forced the GOP to pass from 2016 to 2018 is what won Virginia last week. You can argue whether the programs were good or bad but you can't argue that they were promised and not delivered. Ivanka delivered those programs. Baltimore – An off-duty police officer who was getting a haircut shot and killed a man who burst into a Baltimore barber shop and fatally shot a barber, police said.

 

Police said they believe the same man was responsible for two earlier shootings, one of them fatal.

 

The Baltimore Sun reports that police are trying to determine a motive linking all three shootings.

 

Police said one victim was in critical condition after a shooting that occurred at about 2 p.m. Saturday following an argument. Another victim died from a shooting near the Greektown section of Baltimore.

 

The third and final shooting happened at about 3:15 p.m. at The Bladi Style barber shop in Baltimore’s Medford neighborhood. Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said the suspect β€œentered the barber shop, produced a handgun, fired it at one of the barbers who was working in the barber shop, striking that barber.”

 

Harrison said the off-duty Baltimore police sergeant was getting a haircut from another barber. The officer, who was armed and in plain clothes, responded quickly and fatally shot the man, Harrison said. The officer, who was not identified, was not injured.

 

Harrison said detectives have linked the shooting to the two earlier ones, but he declined to elaborate.

 

Police declined to identify the names of the victims pending notification of family members.

His voice broke with emotion after hearing from vulnerable nations, which expressed their anger over the changes to the text, as he said: 'May I just say to all delegates I apologise for the way this process has unfolded and I am deeply sorry.'

Despite fierce disagreements over the wording of the deal, it is still a progressive agreement as it is the first UN climate agreement that has made an explicit mention of fossil fuels.

The outcome of the general presidential election seems to be pre-decided in retrospect (No Name didn't campaign on weekends, Mittens took a knee).

1.) GOPe/Uniparty pre-selects the intended winner jeb Bush. The 2016 agreement: Jeb Bush loses to HRC.

2.) ~15-17 R's run in the primary each garnering their respective supporters and engaging that fraction of the Republican/ Independent Electorate. Most know they are only diluting the vote from potentially viable candidates (Donald Trump) while some believe they can win (also DJT). Kasich, Graham, Cruz, Rubio, etc.

3.) Through this dilution of support the selected candidate is supposed to get just enough support to edge the pack and especially any non Uniparty dark horses (2016 it was DJT).

4.) The remaining candidates lose along the way and or bow out and implore their supporters to coalesce behind the desired front runner (Jeb) "who is the only one who can beat the democrat" and not the long shot loser who will lose it all (DJT)

 

In 2022 many R's will disavow DJT but know they need his base to take congressional seats. He will be publically shunned but privately welcomed.

 

A crop of RINO's will be placed into the field and seats who will be the next generation uniparty soldirs representing the R's.

 

Since 2015 to this day the Uniparty (R's and D's) have teaming up to stop, hinder, impeach and destroy DJT.

A. The 'bipartisan' J6 commission's primary role is to decapitate a DJT run.

B. RNC/GOPe will draft rules which make it nearly impossible for DJT to run.

C. There will be MORE J6 FF's coming in order to inflame the racial divide.

D. The R primaries will include the usual rainbow candidate suspects with strong representation from the Bush/Cheney arm (likely Liz herself). Basically the Jeb preferred candidate of the 2024 cycle.

Rittenhouse judge signals he may 'inform the jury' of narrow gun law exemptions

 

The judge presiding in the homicide trial forΒ Kyle RittenhouseΒ signaled Friday he may "inform the jury" about gun possession exemptions found in Wisconsin's gun law after the defense sought acquittal for a misdemeanor charge in the case.

Rittenhouse, 18, testified earlier this week that he acted in self-defense when he fatally shot two protesters and wounded a third in August 2020 after riots erupted in Kenosha, Wisconsin, following the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

The defendant faces five first-degree felony charges and one misdemeanor charge for possession of a dangerous weapon under the age of 18.

Defense attorney Corey ChirafisiΒ cited Wisconsin StatuteΒ 948.60Β on Friday, claiming his client was not subject to the law due to a narrow exemption. The statute's second section (2)(a) states: "Any person under 18 years of age who possesses or goes armed with a dangerous weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor."

However, a third section under the law lists exemptions. That section states it applies only to a person under 18 years of age carrying a gun who is in "violation of s.Β 941.28Β or is not in compliance with ss.Β 29.304Β andΒ 29.593Β ."

According to 941.28, short-barreled shotguns or short-barreled rifles are firearms that require a separate license under the National Firearms Act. Such rifles typically have a barrel less than 16 inches in length or shotguns with a barrel less than 18 inches in length, or either which have an overall length of less than 26 inches. Rittenhouse's AR-style weapon is classified as a rifle and does not fall into either category, according to law enforcement detective testimony the defense claims to possess.

Statute 29.304 places "restrictions on hunting and use of firearms by persons under 16 years of age." Chirafisi conceded "he's in violation of 29.593," however, he argued Rittenhouse wasn't in violation of 29.304, saying, "he [was] 17. It doesn't apply β€” it can't apply β€” Because of his age."

Just before Chirafisi's statement, Kenosha County Circuit Judge Bruce Schroeder said he was inclined to "inform the jury" after reviewing evidence transcripts.

District Attorney James Kraus, who is prosecuting the case alongside Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, argued, "Simply because he's 17 does not automatically negate (2)(a)."

Schroeder did drop another minor misdemeanor charge, aΒ curfew violationΒ citation against Rittenhouse, on Tuesday after the judge ruled that the state failed to provide evidence of the order. It was the least serious of all the charges.

The judge will issue final rulings over the case on Saturday and jurors will be instructed they can consider lesser charges as part of instructions they receive before deliberations begin. Schroeder told Rittenhouse that by including the lesser charges, he was β€œraising the risk of conviction, although you’re avoiding the possibility that the jury will end up compromising on the more serious crime." He also said he would decrease the risk of a second trial if the jury is unable to compromise.

Despite the defense team's efforts to dismiss the gun possession charge against Rittenhouse, legal experts have said it might be a strategic ploy to allow the jury to convict on a lesser charge to minimize the risk of a life sentence on one of his more serious charges.

"I think the government overcharged the case,"Β Paul BucherΒ , a defense attorney and former 30-year prosecutor in Wisconsin, told theΒ Washington Examiner. "If I were seated in that chair, I would have focused on three counts: two homicides [and] one attempted homicide. That's it."

Last year, Rittenhouse, then 17, of nearby Antioch, Illinois, traveled to Kenosha on Aug. 25, carrying a rifle across state lines, and claimed he was there to aid nearby businesses after the town sustained heavy damage from riots following the death of Blake.

Rittenhouse's felony counts include first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and first-degree reckless endangerment. Rittenhouse has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Judge in Kyle Rittenhouse case receives threatening emails

 

The judge presiding over Kyle Rittenhouse's homicide trial is receiving hundreds of emails threatening him and even his children.

The Kenosha County Courthouse received threatening emails, letters, postcards, and faxes accusing Wisconsin Judge Bruce Schroeder of racism and asking him to resign in addition to warnings about Rittenhouse's safety if he is acquitted by a jury. There were also threats against the judge's children, according to theΒ Daily MailΒ .

"Your Honor, I didn't know that under your black robes of justice you wear a white robe of the klan," one email read. "There is no way a fair trial can be heard under your supervision. Better yet, resign."

 

Many of the emails signed off with users using their full names, including one email that threatened to spit on Schroeder should the two ever meet in person.

"Enjoy your term, judge, it's going to be your LAST," the email read. "If I ever meet you in person, I fully intend to spit directly into your face, regardless the cost. You're disgusting."

Another email claimed to be from Jesus Christ and signed by the initials J.C.

"Make sure and tell Schroeder what a worthless piece of s*** he is," said the email. "He'll find out officially when his heart seizes up in a few years and he has to stand before a real judge."

Schroeder noted earlier this week there were "thousands of communications" he and his staff have received in the course of the trial. He promised he would "deal with" the senders. "I wouldn't want to be those people," he said.

Schroeder drew notice from the media on Wednesday whenΒ his phone went offΒ , interrupting the trial. The ring tone playing on his phone was Lee Greenwood’s "God Bless the U.S.A." Schroeder then silenced his phone, and the trial resumed.

Rittenhouse, 18, is accused of fatally shooting two people and injuring a third during a night of violent clashes in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in August 2020. Rittenhouse, who claims he was defending himself, has pleaded not guilty to seven charges, including two counts of homicide, one count of attempted homicide, and two counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.

The defense rested Thursday following a week of testimony from both sides. Closing arguments will be heard on Monday, and the jury will begin deliberation the same day.

LITTLE ROCK – Two Little Rock men have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a 6-year-old child. Demarcus George, 27, entered his guilty plea Wednesday afternoon. George joins his codefendant, Mario Waters, 33, who pleaded guilty last week.

 

The guilty pleas effectively cancel George and Waters’ upcoming jury trial, which was scheduled to begin on November 15.

 

In February 2018, a 6-year-old child was taken to Arkansas Children’s Hospital due to symptoms that were later determined to be caused by several sexually transmitted diseases. The child was interviewed by an FBI forensic interviewer and disclosed that a man, later determined to be Demarcus George, had raped her. The child also disclosed that another man, later determined to be Mario Waters, had also raped her. The child told interviewers that the rape occurred in a hotel room with a curtain in the middle of the room, and she described a picture hanging on the wall in the hotel room.

 

Law enforcement was able to locate a hotel in Little Rock that matched the description provided by the minor, including the picture on the wall and the curtain in the room. Financial records from the hotel showed that the minor’s mother had rented a room at the hotel in March 2018 and paid with a credit card. The child has since been removed from the mother’s custody.

 

Doctors at Arkansas Children’s Hospital determined that it was unlikely the child had obtained each sexually transmitted disease from the same offender and that there were likely multiple offenders. Officers obtained search warrants for George and Waters’ blood and urine. Results indicated that George and Waters tested positive for sexually transmitted diseases that the minor had contracted. Both George and Waters admitted in court that they had sexual contact with the minor and were involved in trafficking her with others.

 

β€œThe unspeakable crimes committed against this child remind us how vitally important it is to have law enforcement officers willing to investigate and put a stop to these horrific actions,” stated Acting United States Attorney Jonathan D. Ross. β€œThese guilty pleas will spare the young victim from having to relive her experience on the witness stand at a trial. 19 arrested in large brawl at Soroka hospital in Beersheba

 

19 people have been arrested over a massive brawl which broke out at Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba on Sunday.

 

A mass brawl broke out on Sunday night between the Talalka and Alexasi families at Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba, during which gunfire was heard outside the gates of the hospital. Four were injured and required medical treatment, two were injured by stab wounds and two were injured by hits. All the injured are in mild condition and were transferred for treatment. After about an hour, order was returned to the area.

 

Young people were seen throwing stones and hitting each other, near a municipal security vehicle.
