Probably would be true in my case as well if there were any blacks Anons HS back then. Feels like the Mexicans are a universally despised race. When I see them they always have 7-10 kids, all are wearing brand new Nike and adidas clothing and shoes, and they are all just hanging out at a playground as a family at like 1:30 on a Tuesday (clearly not working) - all on the US citizens dime. Border Patrol agents arrest four MS-13 gang members, two deported before

 

Four members of the MS-13 street gang were arrested by Border Patrol agents within a 14-hour span this week along with two migrants with previous arrests for alleged sex crimes, authorities said Friday.

 

Agents assigned to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas say the four migrants were actively involved in the notorious street gang. Two of them had previously been deported, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a news release.

 

No further information was provided. Fox News has reached out to the CBP.

 

On Friday, six migrants were taken into custody near the border city of Roma, CBP said. One of them had an open warrant out of Orange County, Florida for lascivious battery.

 

A 37-year-old Guatemalan citizen was arrested Tuesday by border agents after having illegally entered the U.S. near McAllen, Texas, border officials said.

 

A record check revealed he had a previous conviction for lewd lascivious behavior toward a child younger than 16. He was sentenced to 21 months in prison in that case, the CBP said.

 

The apprehensions come amid a surge of illegal crossings as the federal government struggles to secure the border. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has criticized the Biden administration for the influx of migrants into his state.

 

As a result, Abbott said he has dispatched National Guard troops and the state Department of Public Safety to the border to contain migrant caravans crossing into the U.S.

 

“At the direction of Governor Greg Abbott, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Texas Military Department are committed to securing the Texas border. As part of Operation Lone Star (OLS), Texas DPS continues to enforce all state violations of law including, but not limited to, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, smuggling and human trafficking,” DPS said in a statement.

 

In addition, the state has put a $250 million down payment on new border wall construction.

 

On Tuesday, Texas authorities arrested a suspected 17-year-old human smuggler attempting to bring seven migrants into the U.S. on a raft illegally. Rafts have been seen coming across the border for several months without much resistance.

World’s Largest Interactive Fitness Platform Peloton Censors “LetsGoBrandon” Hashtags Due to Political Guidelines But Still Allows “BLM” to Remain

 

Peloton, an American equipment seller and media company censored “#LGB” hashtags on its platform because it goes against its political guidelines and yet it still allows the “BLM” hashtags to remain.

 

The popular home fitness company with over 1.4 million members removed the hashtag “letsgobrandon” which had over three thousand users without warning from its platform.

 

Peloton users are allowed to create hashtags under their user names. The company introduced the use of hashtags last 2020 to “provide a more robust way for our Members to connect with one another through shared interests or identity—making the in and out of class experience feel more personal and relevant.”

 

A reader from Gateway Pundit shared a screenshot of his conversation with Peloton’s customer representative.

“I am a peloton user. We are allowed hashtags under our user names. The hashtag “letsgobrandon” had over three thousand users. Today, without warning, it was removed.”

Judge Rules Trump Company Will Not Have to Pay Michael Cohen’s Legal Bills

 

 

Former President Donald Trump’s company will not have to pay legal bills incurred by his former lawyer, Michael Cohen, who went to prison after pleading guilty to tax and additional crimes.

 

A judge in New York made the ruling on Friday, the Associated Press (AP) reported.

 

“Judge Joel M. Cohen threw out Cohen’s breach of contract lawsuit against the Trump Organization, rejecting his claims that the company had promised to cover his legal bills and finding that fees he racked up as a result of the criminal investigation into his conduct weren’t the company’s responsibility,” the outlet said.

 

Michael Cohen stated in the lawsuit that was filed in March 2019 the Trump Organization owed him approximately $1.9 million for the cost regarding his defense.

 

The judge said in his ruling after the lawsuit was filed, the company did pay some of the bills.

 

“In a nutshell, Mr. Cohen’s legal fees arise out of his (sometimes unlawful) service to Mr. Trump personally, to Mr. Trump’s campaign, and to the Trump Foundation, but not out of his service to the business of the Trump Organization, which is the only defendant in this case,” the judge stated in the decision.

 

The AP report noted that Michael Cohen and the judge were not related.

 

In a statement, a Trump Organization spokesperson explained that “Today’s incredible victory for the Trump Organization puts an end to the frivolous litigation by convicted felon Michael Cohen.”

 

The spokesperson continued:

 

While the Southern District of New York already found that Mr. Cohen engaged in a ‘smorgasbord of fraudulent conduct…motivated by personal greed and ambition,’ Mr. Cohen attempted to invent a basis for requiring the Trump Organization to pay his legal fees for personal criminal conduct (including perjury). Mr. Cohen’s attempts at self-enrichment, however, once again failed. Having won this case, we now look forward to seeking monetary damages against Mr. Cohen for all of his despicable conduct.

 

In December 2018, a federal judge in New York sentenced Cohen to three years in prison for crimes including tax evasion, making hush-money payments, and lying to Congress about previous business dealings in Russia, Breitbart News reported at the time.

Twitter’s Treatment of Project Veritas Reveals Double Standard on Leaked Materials

 

Twitter is allowing the posting of a New York Times article based on materials leaked by federal investigators about Project Veritas, the investigative journalism organization whose offices were recently raided by the FBI. This flies in the face of the treatment of the New York Post blockbuster articles on Hunter Biden’s laptop, which twitter censored because it was “content obtained without authorization.”

 

When the first Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” stories were published by Emma-Jo Morris at the New York Post in 2020, Twitter said it would censor the Post’s reporting because it had a policy against posting “content obtained without authorization.”

 

Now Twitter is allowing the spread of a New York Times story that contains privileged attorney-client information between Project Veritas and its lawyers, leaked to it by federal investigators who are using their power to intimidate and persecute journalists.

 

As Breitbart News reported at the time, Twitter took extreme measures to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story, locking the accounts of not only the New York Post, but also the account of White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, and the official account of the Trump campaign.

Moderna’s Forbes 400 billionaire quartet owes its current good fortune completely to the company’s Covid-19 vaccine. And who made that vaccine possible? U.S. taxpayers. Moderna’s Covid vaccine, as Public Citizen research director Zain Rivzi puts it, “would not exist without the massive contribution of the federal government at every step of the way.”

 

The Biden administration’s chief science officer for the Covid response, David Kessler, calculates that the federal tax dollars handed to Moderna for vaccine development, testing, and initial manufacture total about $10 billion. And that figure doesn’t include the brainpower of the scientists at the U.S. National Institutes of Health who spent four years actively collaborating with Moderna’s researchers.

What sort of ramifications? With a patent that gives the federal scientists the credit they deserve, the U.S. government would be able to “license out the technology” for Moderna’s vaccine to “developing countries where vaccination rates remain low.”

 

But if Moderna gets its way — gets approval for a crucial patent that denies credit to federal NIH scientists — the company’s billionaires would have “sole control” over the Covid vaccine technology that U.S. scientists and tax dollars did so much to create. That control would enable Moderna to continue placing profits ahead of people. Way ahead of people.

 

Over the course of this year’s first six months alone, Michael Hiltzik of the Los Angeles Times points out, Moderna “pocketed $4 billion in profits on $5.9 billion in revenue, almost entirely from its Covid vaccine, its only product.”

 

Those super profits drove the net worth of Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel to $15 billion this past August. But that net worth has been sinking ever since, dropping to a mere $7 billion this past week. Metallurgist Pleads Guilty to Faking Navy Submarine Steel Strength Test Results For More Than 30 Years

 

A metallurgist pleaded guilty to fraud earlier this week after she spent more than 30 years faking Navy submarine steel strength test results.

 

Elaine Marie Thomas, 67, of Auburn, Washington, was the director of metallurgy at a foundry that provided steel parts used by Navy contractors to build submarine.

 

From 1985 to 2017, Thomas falsified test results for at least 240 productions of steel.

 

It wasn’t until a metallurgist training to replace Thomas noticed the falsified records that her criminal activity came to light.

 

The new metallurgist alerted supervisors and Thomas was fired.

 

“Court filings indicate there is no evidence that Bradken’s management was aware of the fraud until May 2017. At that time, a lab employee discovered that test cards had been altered and that other discrepancies existed in Bradken’s records. In June 2020, Bradken entered into a deferred prosecution agreement, accepting responsibility for the offense and agreeing to take remedial measures. Bradken also entered into a civil settlement, paying $10,896,924 to resolve allegations that the foundry produced and sold substandard steel components for installation on U.S. Navy submarines.” the DOJ said.

State Law: Why the Jury MUST Aquit Kyle Rittenhouse of Gun Charge

State law on when minors can carry guns is extremely confusing, but a careful reading of the wording shows it exonerates Kyle Rittenhouse on the gun charge. He was carrying the gun legally. The Legislature should clean up the law.

 

Kyle Rittenhouse was carrying the rifle LEGALLY on the night of the Kenosha shootings, despite the fact he was 17. That’s because of the complicated language in Wisconsin statutes.

 

Prosecutors charged him with illegal use of a firearm, but the statute’s wording exonerates him. In court on Nov. 12, the judge agreed with that reading of the statutes, and to instruct jurors on it, meaning jurors can ONLY acquit him if they follow the law.

 

A careful reading of state law says that minors can carry rifles at age 16 and 17 as long as they are not short-barreled. The jury will be instructed on this, Judge Bruce Schroeder said in court. Rittenhouse’s gun was not short-barreled, and no one is arguing it was. Thus, they must acquit. We think Schroeder is exactly right. We think you will too when you read the statutes later in this story.

 

We’ve lost count of how many people on social media and in the media believe the firearm charge is the only slam dunk count against Rittenhouse, repeating endlessly that he “shouldn’t have had the gun that night.” It’s not true. A careful reading of state law shows he could legally carry the gun that night.

To be clear, the law is confusing. The law has confounded even lawyers because of its convoluted wording. We would encourage legislators to clarify and clean up the misdemeanor illegal firearm possession statute. It’s so confusing that even Judge Bruce Schroeder, who is the longest current serving circuit judge in Wisconsin, said, “I have been wrestling with this statute with, I’d hate to count the hours I’ve put into it, I’m still trying to figure out what it says, what’s prohibited. I have a legal education.” He questions how an “ordinary citizen” could understand what is illegal.

 

On Nov. 12, though, Schroeder, the judge overseeing the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, took an action that means the jury, if they are following the jury instructions, will HAVE TO acquit Rittenhouse on the illegal gun charge.

Rittenhouse used had an unlawfully short barrel, he will instruct the jury that Rittenhouse can’t be convicted of being a minor in possession of a dangerous weapon. It’s called an affirmative defense. He is giving final jury instructions to the lawyers today, but that’s what he indicated in court.

 

It all comes down to the word “AND” in the statutes, which we explain below.

Let’s unpack the statute.

 

948.60  Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

(1)  In this section, “dangerous weapon” means any firearm, loaded or unloaded; any electric weapon, as defined in s. 941.295 (1c)

(2) (a) Any person under 18 years of age who possesses or goes armed with a dangerous weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

 

Let’s stop there for a second. The prosecution is fixating on the above (2) (a) to argue that Rittenhouse illegally carried the rifle. He was 17 at the time. He clearly possessed it; he’s on video doing it. The problem for the state is that the statute continues beyond the above, limiting who it can be applied to…We bolded the key parts:

 

(c) This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593.

 

Let’s unpack it further. It’s the “and” that makes Rittenhouse’s carrying of the rifle legal.

 

Rittenhouse is not in violation of s.941.28 because that’s the statute that explains that the rifle must be short-barreled to be illegal, and no one is arguing his gun was short-barreled, not even prosecutors. Moving on, then, the “and” means the state must show he was in violation of BOTH 29.304 and 29.593. That’s how we, the defense, and the judge read it. 29.304 makes it illegal for anyone under 16 to carry a gun. But Rittenhouse was 17. The last part, 29.9593, relates to not having a hunter’s safety certificate. Rittenhouse concedes he did not.

 

Thus, he does not meet 2 of the 3 exceptions, but because of the way the law is word (“and”), the state needed to show he was either in violation of the short-barreled provision OR both the age and hunter’s safety certificate elements. They have not, and can not, do so. This is what the jury will be instructed, the judge indicated in court.

 

Thus, if they are following the law, they must acquit.

 

The gun Rittenhouse used was a Smith & Wesson MP-15. According to Smith & Wesson website, the barrel length is 16 inches and the overall length is 36.9 inches.

Defense attorney Corey Chirafisi said in court on Nov. 12, “The exception says it’s a violation if he’s under 18 and possesses a short-barrelled shotgun or rifle, that’s one way (to convict). OR, if you are in violation of Wisconsin statute 29.304, which only applies to people 16 of age and under. There’s testimony he’s 17. He has to be in violation of both. 29.304 and 29.593. I concede violation 29.593 but 29.304, he’s 17. It doesn’t apply to him.”

 

So the law actually allows 16 and 17-year-olds to carry guns in Wisconsin as long as the barrels are of legal length, which applies to EVERYONE, not just 16 and 17-year-olds.

 

There was no evidence shown in court regarding the entire length of the MP-15 nor its barrel. There was no evidence given in court that the rifle and barrel had been altered. The court has not proven that it was longer because it wasn’t.

 

The prosecutor, Jim Kraus, argued in court on Friday, Nov. 12, that Rittenhouse’s lawyers didn’t measure the length of Rittenhouse’s gun’s barrel in court. But the judge retorted, “You have the burden of proof.”

 

The judge said the defense did need to raise the issue for it to be considered by the jury; defense attorney Corey Chiarifisi said in court that he asked a detective on the witness stand about the legality of the gun’s barrel, which Schroeder believes sufficed.

 

Schroeder told Kraus, “You have to show any of the three (elements of the statute) which the defense has put at issue. The defendant has not put in issue the certificate of accomplishment; the defendant has put into issue the length of the barrel.”

Four parents win Ohio school board seats campaigning against critical race theory, mask mandates

Four parents with no political experience won school board seats in a Cincinnati suburb, telling Fox News that parents were concerned about critical race theory seeping into school curriculum.

 

The four candidates won school board seats in Forest Hills, Ohio, replacing four out of five school board members.

 

The four candidates, Katie Stewart, Sara Jonas, Bob Bibb, and Linda Marie Hausfeld, ran together as "Four For Forest Hills" on a platform against critical race theory being taught in schools. The four candidates were also backed by the "Ohio Values Voters" group, a political nonprofit that backs candidates who support pro-life policies and "family values."

 

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, three of the candidates easily beat out Forest Hills Local School District board President Forest Heis, who received nearly 2,000 votes less than Stewart, the top vote-getter of the four.

 

All four candidates spoke exclusively to Fox News after their victory, explaining their joint opposition to race being injected into classrooms, especially for young children.

 

Stewart, a stay-at-home mother of six, ran on the platform of parents being involved in their children’s education.

 

Garnering the most votes in Forest Hills’ school board race, Stewart told Fox News she decided to homeschool her kids during the pandemic because "virtual learning" was not an ideal situation.

 

Stewart told Fox News that she was concerned after her daughter was left incredibly confused by a discussion on race in her first-grade classroom.

 

She thinks parental involvement in a classroom is "huge" and when parents are involved in their kids' academics, "they are more likely to succeed." Stewart wants to see more of that, saying the schools need to get back to the basics of math and reading.

 

"I would like to see our elementary schools being more united and focusing in the same direction and getting on the same page that every student in our district, regardless of where they live, is getting the same education," she said.

 

On June 28th, the superintendent Scot Prebles responded to parents and students protesting critical race theory, claiming that it was not being taught in the schools, nor were there plans for it to be. The four parents said they spoke out after learning of similar racially charged subject matter that teachers were learning during a professional development program.

 

Bibb said he had been keeping an eye on local politics for the past four years.

 

"We did public records request on teacher training and teacher professional development because the district kept saying we are not teaching CRT to the kids, which they are not and we found that out. But, they are teaching it to the teachers and you’ll see through spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations that they want to separate teachers by their privilege. I don’t know why you would ever want to do that, but that was a wake-up call to us right there because if you start separating teachers that is why it is only a matter of time before you start getting to the kids." Bibb said.

According to Fox19, the district’s CARE Team, comprising teachers and administrators, was created after incidents of some students "not feeling comfortable or included." District leaders said the goal of the CARE Team is to "further professional development and help students who have concerns on race, gender or other issues of noninclusion."

 

The CARE program was at the center of a heated debate in May of this year when parents accused it of promoting critical race theory. The superintendent denied such claims.

 

Bibb, 53, the father of a fifth-grader and eighth-grader, also mentioned that the district hired a "diversity consultant" who said there was a lot of "white supremacy in the school system."

 

"She couldn’t pinpoint anything specific in our district but she was saying throughout the whole country, the public school system, in particular, is systemically racist," he recalled.

 

Bibb said, "everybody should be equal in public school."

 

"We all should have access to the same stuff. Your kid is not better than my kid and vice versa."

 

Jonas worked as a tax auditor for the Ohio Department of Taxation before running for school board. The 37-year-old mother of a preschooler, third-grader and fifth-grader said she got involved in the school board race because of concerns over what teachers were being trained on.

 

"There were only a few people sharing my voice and there were four open positions this year," she said.

 

"There was critical race theory ideology sprinkled all into the program. What the teachers are taught in professional development is then practiced on our students," Jonas told Fox News Digital.

 

Hausfeld, who works in compliance and ethics for a global manufacturing company, said their campaign was a "grassroots movement going door to door."

 

Hausfeld, 53 and a mother of two, said parents raised concerns to her about critical race theory. Hausfeld explained further that some of the parents heard about critical race theory and objected to mandatory mask-wearing in schools.

 

"In the elementary schools, the kids were still masked here where the other students aren’t. We want to give that decision back to the parents. We don’t think that it’s right that the school has to make the younger kids masked when the parents had indicated that they did not want mandatory masking."

 

CRT curriculum has sparked a national conversation about the role of race and racism in school districts across the country. Often compared by critics to actual racism, CRT is a school of thought that generally focuses on how power structures and institutions impact racial minorities.

Authorities confiscated all of the pharmacy’s remaining coronavirus vaccines and ordered it to contact the families who’d received the shots. They were also sent guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to still get their second shot in three weeks as planned, or to even restart the two-shot series after that time.

 

The alarm was only raised by “a good observant parent” who noticed the shots came from vials with the wrong color cap.

The genetic material DNA has garnered considerable interest as a medium for digital information storage because its density and durability are superior to those of existing silicon-based storage media. For example, DNA is at least 1000-fold more dense than the most compact solid-state hard drive and at least 300-fold more durable than the most stable magnetic tapes. In addition, DNA’s four-letter nucleotide code offers a suitable coding environment that can be leveraged like the binary digital code used by computers and other electronic devices to represent any letter, digit, or other character.

 

Despite these advantages, DNA has not yet become a widespread information storage medium because the cost of chemically synthesizing DNA is still prohibitively high at $3,500 per 1 megabyte of information. To help overcome this limitation, research at the Wyss Institute spearheaded by Henry Hung-Yi Lee, Ph.D., in a collaborative project led by Core Faculty member George Church, Ph.D., and Founding Director Donald Ingber, M.D., Ph.D., has developed new, enzyme-based approaches that can write DNA simpler and faster than traditional chemical techniques. These approaches could also produce much longer strands of DNA while being less toxic for the environment. Importantly, this approach is projected to reduce the cost of DNA synthesis in the future by many orders of magnitude.

Ben Cotton and Doug Logan have submitted their questions to the lawyers who are working with Shaddegg to get what they need. There is nobody better than Cotton at the digital forensics. He will get what he needs to evaluate. It will just take time.

 

As far as the AG, I am told they aren't allowed to talk about what they are doing because when the prosecute it could hurt their case. Much like Durham. But it takes a while, too. I wish it was going faster, to be honest. I am going to ask more questions of them to see what else I can find out that they are allowed to tell me.

Brian Williams, the nation’s top-rated news anchor, has admitted fabricating a tale of being forced down by enemy fire in a helicopter over Iraq a dozen years ago.

Williams apologized on the air Wednesday evening, saying: “I made a mistake in recalling the events of 12 years ago.”

 

Earlier, the NBC anchor told Stars & Stripes, which broke the story: “I would not have chosen to make this mistake. I don’t know what screwed up in my mind that caused me to conflate one aircraft with another.”

Williams did not make the claim in reporting on the incident in 2003. But he told the false story on the air in 2013, and lied about it again last Friday.

The admission raises serious questions about his bility in a business that values that quality above all else. Williams is the longest-serving network anchor, his “NBC Nightly News” has been No. 1 in the ratings for nearly all of the last decade, and his comedic skills have led him to guest-host “Saturday Night Live” and become a regular on the “Daily Show.”

For such a high-profile journalist to acknowledge that he essentially invented a story that dramatized his bravery in a war zone is hard to fathom. Williams said he had misremembered the story and was sorry.

In a 2013 interview with CBS’s David Letterman, Williams said: "We were in some helicopters. What we didn’t know was, we were north of the invasion. We were the northernmost Americans in Iraq. We were going to drop some bridge portions across the Euphrates so the Third Infantry could cross on them. Two of the four helicopters were hit, by ground fire, including the one I was in, RPG and AK-47." That interview was first noted by the Washington Post.

Williams repeated the tale last week as he was paying tribute at a New York Rangers hockey game to retired soldier who provided security for grounded helicopters while Williams was in Iraq in 2003.

“The story actually started with a terrible moment a dozen years back during the invasion of Iraq when the helicopter we were traveling in was forced down after being hit by an RPG,” the anchor told viewers. “Our traveling NBC News team was rescued, surrounded and kept alive by an armor mechanized platoon from the U.S. Army 3rd Infantry.”

But his account was contradicted by crew members of the 159th Aviation Regiment on board a Chinook copter that was hit by two rockets and small arms fire. They told Stars & Stripes that Williams was nowhere near that helicopter and two other Chinooks in the formation that took fire.

The anchor and his NBC crew arrived in the area west of Baghdad on another helicopter about an hour later, they told the newspaper. The chopper landed because of an Iraqi sandstorm and was grounded by weather for two days.

“No, we never came under direct enemy fire to the aircraft,” Sgt. 1st Class Joseph Miller, the flight engineer on Williams’ helicopter, was quoted as saying.

Some of the crew members on the Chinook that was hit were clearly upset with the anchor’s now-discredited claim. Lance Reynolds, the flight engineer, told Stars & Stripes it had been a “life-changing” trauma and “felt like a personal experience that someone else wanted to participate in and didn’t deserve to participate in.”

NBC trumpeted the Williams saga, airing a story on March 26, 2003, with the headline: “Target Iraq: Helicopter NBC’s Brian Williams Was Riding In Comes Under Fire.” But he did not claim to be in the downed chopper, saying: “On the ground, we learn the Chinook ahead of us was almost blown out of the sky.”

In a 2008 blog post, he again wrote that the “Chinook helicopter flying in front of ours (from the 101st Airborne) took an RPG to the rear rotor.”

That makes it even more difficult to understand why Williams would repeat the claim last week, only to have it shot down by those who were there.

In a Facebook comment, Williams said: “I spent much of the weekend thinking I'd gone crazy. I feel terrible about making this mistake, especially since I found my OWN WRITING about the incident from back in '08, and I was indeed on the Chinook behind the bird that took the RPG in the tail housing just above the ramp. Because I have no desire to fictionalize my experience (we all saw it happened the first time) and no need to dramatize events as they actually happened, I think the constant viewing of the video showing us inspecting the impact area and the fog of memory over 12 years made me conflate the two, and I apologize.”

Brian Williams has told the story multiple times. During a 2003 reporting trip in Iraq, Williams was riding in a Chinook helicopter that came under R.P.G. fire and required an emergency landing. He most recently told the story on Friday’s NBC Nightly News, during a segment in which he honored the sergeant major who Williams claimed saved his life.

Other soldiers who were actually on the helicopter that was hit and performed an emergency landing posted on Facebook that they didn’t recall Williams or his crew being onboard. They said that Williams arrived approximately an hour after the formation had already landed. Williams promptly acknowledged that they were right, and recanted.

Earlier today, we reported that former Trump advisor Steve Bannon has been indicted by a federal grand jury on two charges of contempt of Congress.

 

The charges are for refusing to comply with subpoenas from Congress’ Jan. 6 select committee which was assembled by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

 

Arizona GOP State Sen Wendy Rogers had a different proposal for what Congress should be investigating instead of going after Bannon.

 

In a tweet today, Rogers declared, “Steve Bannon is innocent and didn’t do anything wrong.”

 

“The real people Congress should go after are the Communists who have infiltrated our government,” Rogers insisted.

Michael Cohen, who was Donald Trump's personal attorney from 2006 to 2018, was frequently referred to as the former president's "fixer". However, the relations between the two were later ruined, with Cohen testifying against Trump and claiming the latter had ordered him to break the law.

A New York judge ruled Friday that the Trump organisation does not have to pay millions of dollars to the ex-president's former lawyer Michael Cohen.

ATF Raid On Missouri Gun Shop Has Sheriff Seeing Red

 

Skelton Tactical has been open for business in the small central Missouri town of Osage Beach for about three years, and owner James Skelton says during that time he’s never seen or spoken to anyone from the ATF. Apparently the agency has been keeping an eye on him, however, since agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and explosives conducted a raid on his business earlier this week.

 

And while it’s not surprising that the ATF wouldn’t give Skelton advance notice that they’d be coming to his shop to seize most of his inventory, the local sheriff says he was taken aback by how the raid happened.

 

 

Camden County Sheriff Tony Helms says the ATF raid on a local gun store in Osage Beach on Tuesday caught him by surprise.

 

“It makes me mad I was not notified,” Helms said. “ATF agents were in my office the day before, to discuss a separate issue and they did not tell me a thing,” Helms said. “They called me at 1 p.m., on Tuesday, and apologized for not telling me, saying they were not comfortable having too many people know about the raid before it happened. They were hitting several gun shops as part of an annual thing.”

 

“Before SAPA, (the Second Amendment Preservation Act, passed in June 2021) they would have notified me if they were going to be in my county,” Helms added.

As US Cities Mandate Pfizer Jabs for Kids, Other Countries Suspending Them Over Health Risks

 

Just as the FDA approved the Pfizer jab for children ages 5-11 in the United States, medically tyrannical cities like San Francisco jumped at the opportunity to restrict the travel of children. Almost immediately after the emergency use authorization approval, San Francisco health officials announced that small children ages 5-11 will now have to have proof of vaccination status to get into restaurants, gyms, swimming pools and large events like a Warriors game.

 

Given that it wasn’t even available for children to take the jab, officials stated that there will be a small grace period but that ultimately, kids will be forced to show their papers before the new year.

 

“So that will happen no sooner than about eight weeks after the vaccine is available to kids,” said Dr. Susan Philip of the San Francisco Public Health Department. “So there will be a limited time in which there will not be those requirements is our plan. But then at some point, five to eleven year olds will also have to show proof of vaccination to access some of those same settings.”

 

Other cities, like New York are now following suit with similar measures. As the Wall Street Journal points out, Advocates of mandating Covid vaccines equate them with standard childhood shots against polio, chickenpox, TDaP (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) and MMR (measles, mumps and rubella). But those decades-old vaccines have gone through the full FDA testing regime. The Covid vaccine has received only emergency-use authorization for this age group, meaning its safety and efficacy have not yet been established to the FDA’s satisfaction.

 

The WSJ article goes further, and cites several statutes regarding the legality of such measures. In short, according to the WSJ, it is unlawful to mandate that children take these shots — yet a growing number of cities is doing just that.

 

As TFTP reported, this push to vaccinate children is in spite of the fact that children face a near-zero threat from the virus. What’s more, as Americans are quickly learning, the vaccine loses efficacy over time leading to a large number of breakthrough cases which has the Centers for Disease Control calling for boosters. We have zero data on the long term effects of boosters on children.

Judge Asks Rittenhouse For Autograph, Selfie

 

KENOSHA, WI—After hearing the arguments and reviewing the video evidence, Judge Schroeder has asked defendant Kyle Rittenhouse for his autograph and a selfie.

 

"E-excuse me, m-mister Rittenhouse, sir, but can I maybe have your autograph?" said the judge nervously while looking down at his shoes. "I'm just a huge fan and I thought maybe I could take a picture too, if that's ok with you."

 

Sources in the courtroom confirmed that Rittenhouse then signed Schroeder's copy of the Constitution and took a selfie with him.

 

"What a great kid," the judge was later heard saying. "A really impressive young man. Few people are so brave as to defend entire cities while dispatching communist pedophiles and sending them to their final judgment. Haven't been this excited since 'Nam."

 

He then did a little salute to the flag and hummed Lee Greenwood's "Proud to be an American" quietly to himself.

 

Progressives responded with outrage, and are demanding Judge Schroeder be replaced with a fair and balanced Communist judge.

Worcester Public Schools this week announced that 13 percent of its students opted out of sex education, including 20 percent of K-4 students. The "Rights, Respect, Responsibility," or "3Rs," curriculum teaches elementary students about gender identity and instructs high school students to act out scenes in which gay and transgender couples decide to have sex. The curriculum's authors include one current and one former Planned Parenthood employee. It is published by Advocates for Youth, a progressive group that since 1995 has received $26 million from the Centers for Disease Control.

(Natural News) After more than a year of committing scientific fraud to push false “positives” via PCR testing, the CDC has announced it is withdrawing the RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel on December 31st of this year:

 

After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only. CDC is providing this advance notice for clinical laboratories to have adequate time to select and implement one of the many FDA-authorized alternatives.

 

The use of PCR tests for covid illness diagnosis is a global scientific fraud, since no PCR instrument can produce quantitative results that might indicate a specific viral load. Yet this CDC-approved testing protocol was relied on to fabricate the “casedemic” illusion which pretended that hundreds of millions of people around the world were infected with covid.

 

The entire thing was an elaborate quack science hoax, and anyone familiar with PCR technology (see below) has known this from the very start.

 

The PCR testing approved by the CDC to diagnose covid was fraudulent from the very first day

 

PCR instruments are not quantitative instruments. They cannot tell you how much of something is present in a given sample. Every lab scientist familiar with PCR instruments knows this. Yet they continue to go along with the global fraud of diagnosing “positive” cases via PCR testing.

 

The entire covid “plandemic” has been based on fraudulent PCR testing, and now the CDC is announcing it is pulling the most frequently used test, perhaps in an effort to replace the test with yet another fraudulent protocol that can be controlled by health authorities to worsen the “pandemic” on demand (or, perhaps, claim covid has been eliminated and declare victory).

 

From the very start, the entire pandemic has been nothing but a globally coordinated PCR testing fraud. As Thermo-Fischer sales representatives told me in face-to-face meetings, PCR instruments cannot determine quantitative results. They do not use quantitative instrument calibration curves or quantitative external covid standards. This means PCR instruments have no legitimate role in diagnosing any person with illness or covid infections. The mere presence of a single viral fragment, multiplied trillions of times through PCR cycling, does not indicate anything of scientific or diagnostic value.

PCR analysts and lab science technicians are complicit in the global covid testing fraud

 

The entire covid pandemic is a farce, and it was all based on fraudulent PCR testing. Amazingly, even the PCR technicians and analysts all know this. They are taking part in a global scheme to destroy human lives and crush global economies, and they are fully aware that the limitations of their own instruments mean diagnoses of “positive” covid status based on PCR are meaningless.

 

I run multiple mass spec instruments in my private lab, including QQQ and ICP-MS instruments. I am the co-developer of two quantitative methods that were painstakingly developed for quantitating glyphosate molecules in food, and for cannabinoid concentrations in hemp extracts. I am intimately familiar with instrument calibration, external standards, curve fit equations and quantitative analysis. PCR instruments are not capable of any of this. They are useless for diagnosing infectious disease, as they cannot produce viral load concentration results from a given sample.

 

If you want to know how much of something is present in a given sample, you have to use far more complex instruments such as mass spec triple quad instruments (which is what I use to test foods for glyphosate contamination, among other things).

 

As Zero Hedge reports, even Dr. Fauci admits PCR testing is essentially a fraud when it comes to diagnosing covid illness:

Just as doctors, nurses and pharmacists are taking part in the global criminal covid con, PCR lab technicians and owners are gleefully participating in the same fraud, likely because they are earning huge profits from running fraudulent PCR tests that would never pass the scrutiny of any legitimate scientific test for accuracy or precision.

 

In fact, PCR tests are neither accurate nor precise. The concept of “precision” — which is of utmost importance in quantitative lab analysis involving pesticides, heavy metals, and so on — does not exist in PCR equipment. There is no such thing as precision when you’re multiplying genetic material in the sample itself. This process, by definition, destroys any meaningful knowledge of the mass or concentration in the original sample.

 

If the same approach were used in breathalyzer tests for possible drunk drivers, every living person would be arrested for a DUI, since there is at least one molecule of alcohol circulating in the blood of everyone.

 

The CDC is withdrawing this PCR method most likely because they know the test cannot withstand reasonable scientific scrutiny. They’re trying to cover their tracks and memory hole the fraudulent test that was used to drive the fake covid plandemic in the first place. But we already know the CDC is a criminal front for the vaccine industry, and that the CDC has no scientific credibility or authority whatsoever when it comes to legitimate infectious disease testing.

 

The CDC, just like the PCR test, is a complete fraud.
