The U.S. Treasury Department and the Israeli Ministry of Finance will work together to address cybersecurity and ransomware issues, officials announced Sunday.

 

The goal of the task force is "to protect critical financial infrastructure and emerging technologies and expand international cooperation to counter the threat ransomware poses to countries and the global economy," according to a Treasury Department statement.

 

"Harnessing both the power of international cooperation and of technology innovation will position us to support economic competitiveness, prosperity, and to combat global threats including ransomware," Israeli Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo said.

 

"As the global economy recovers and ransomware and other illicit finance threats present a grave challenge to Israel and the United States, increased information exchanges, joint work, and collaboration on policy, regulation, and enforcement are critical to our economic and national security objectives."

 

The U.S. and Israel will create a memorandum of understanding, which would support sharing information in the financial sector regarding issues such as incidents and threat intelligence, cybersecurity guidance, and staff training and other activities.

 

The announcement follows the virtual Counter-Ransomware Initiative meeting the While House held in October with the European Union and more than 30 other countries, including Israel.

 

During the meeting, "Adeyemo underscored the importance of international cooperation to address the abuse of virtual currency and disrupt the ransomware business model," the Treasury Department said.

Before considering unifying with the Terrans on the surface the surface must find unity. In our world there are many forms of life, some very evolved others lessor evolved. Our civilization consists of very tall beings, beings of average height and very short beings just as on the surface only more of a variety. We have found that by communicating, listening intently without judgement, releasing the past, old grudges, seeking common bonds and goals was the path to unity. Those blessed with abundance, higher knowledge, the ability to heal and provide effortlessly helped those less fortunate. The January 6th defendants are rotting away in prison under abhorrent conditions, many for over 10 months now, and many for nonviolent "crimes". Regardless of what crimes they may or may not have committed, no one deserves the treatment they've received, let alone patriots who fought to defend our elections against a coup attempt.

 

The holidays are coming up and I want to share some information I put together in case anyone would like to show them support.

 

In order to send a letter to an inmate in the DC prison, you need their inmate number. (source: https://doc.dc.gov/node/305682)

 

I combed through the Department of Justice's list of 600 people charged for actions related to January 6th and narrowed down the list to 46 people who are still being held in the DC jail.

I then searched for their names in ConnectNetwork (https://web.connectnetwork.com/), a resource for friends and families to connect to inmates โ€“ which also lists their inmate numbers. Attached is a screenshot of their inmate numbers.

 

To send a letter, all you need is the inmates name, their inmate number, and the address of the DC jail: 1901 D Street, SE, Washington, DC 20003

I had a dream this morning that someone gave me the keys to a rocketship.

In the dream, I got in, and started to blast off directly in the sky, using a steering wheel and a gas pedal. I could really feel the rockets roaring when you put the gas down. And I started to see in the sky above the same thing I saw when I passed through the Beam in the Eye, before I pried it. When I flew through the beam, all of the stars were flying around, like en-tropic particles. Pong with 1 million balls. Once i focused them into the beam, passed through it, it exploded into pic related. Not long after I caused Q post 3303 before I Met God. What I saw in the sky above the rocketship looked like those blurry stars, and as I flew up, I started to see fireworks exploding, it was Awesome but. Then I realized I didn't have a parachute, and I didn't know where to land, started decelerating, Falling back to earth, and I close my eyes, and start calmly asking God to help me. Then I woke up this morning.

my car hit the ground on Yellow stone road, (I hit a grass ramp and flew through the air) I said, God! and didn't get hurt that bad.

 

Right before my car rolled off that cliff, I said, God! and the car stopped on the edge, with the two front tires hanging off, and the two back tires

in the air, the car was like a titer totter

 

I got arrested, they let me go, (no license) and the Tow Truck charged me 666 dollars for a tow out of the park

 

Still finished the midnight ride.

 

Everytime I hit the road like this, and I've been to all 48 training since i met God, the devil tries to kill me. And God's always got my back.

Sure, sometimes its not the devil, its God, Correcting Us. But make no mistake, on the Midnight Ride, the devil will try to kill you. With me, he always seemed to get 2 to 3 shots before I got home.

 

I don't recall a third 666 on that specific journey though. Might know why.

 

I mentioned having 7 visions in a psych ward that caused all of the dreams and visions to start coming true

The 1st part of the 7 part sequence has not occurred, the 2nd - 6th have, and 1/2 of the 7th part.

 

The 7th part was the best part, but it took two tries. The First will be the Last.

the room, and I tried to throw the tasers like a

jedi with the force into the computers, but the 2nd

one didn't catch, and I fell back down on the

platform, and rolled back down to my neighbor.

 

He plugged me back in, we rolled back up, I

threw the Tasers into the computers, they

synched, A guy from the Psych Ward came up

to me, (important detail) I exploded light a super

sayan ball of lightning. Lightning exploded out

of the eyes of the guy infront of me form the

psych ward, a patient. A spirit light person

appeared on both sides of us, than I blasted in

a lightning bolt through the ceiling, destroying it

and flying all the way up into the clouds like a

bullet until the camera stopped following me.

 

And the clouds began to look gold like heaven

and then I woke up

 

Now. Half of this dream has already come true.

I'm walking home from the store, and my neighbor calls me over, and asks me if I would like some marijuana.

They were green, now shes got mine, and they are blue. Temporary Predicamentโ€ฆ God how do I say this.

 

I saw through her eyes, but it was just her eyelids, because we're basically sharing a pair of eyes right now, and forming a new pair in the Spirit. But I'm gonna get her eyes back. I know that sounds insane but its actually not. The guy in the vision, who was a patient froupm the psych ward I was at, whose eyes exploded with

lightning when I got to the 6th lightning bolt, was the guy who stole Her eyes. In real life, the guy who stole them attended the same psych ward, and I met him

right after I got out by "coincidence"

 

Godโ€ฆ Alright. I'm gonna finish this story, and then I'll tell you what this bastard did.

 

So I saw through her eyes for a few seconds, and we got pretty nervous and excited. And went and laid down, trying to get closer to one another, making the

two one. Twain and One Flesh. But I Drank to much koolaid - Literally, Koolaid of all things. Jesus Christ said you will not find the Kingdom of Heaven unless

you fast with respect to the Earth. I ran and threw up koolaid in the bath tub, and felt like I was gonna die. But I got up, got myself together, finished smoking.

We chilled out, and I caught this lightning bolt in my forehead. 6th one I've caught, 1st in the Arms, 2nd in the Whole Body, 3rd in the Teeth, 4th in the back,

I only heard the 5th one, and the 6th one in the temples.

 

So I was riding the storm again. My senses expanded like almost never before. My thoughts rose. When I met God, his thoughts were like bullets out of a machine gun, and they would fly in perfect harmony into one perfect word or idea, that he would proceed to speak to me. I was speaking the thoughts in tongues while it

happened. But his thoughts were so much higher than ours could ever be. And thats how I felt at that point about my own. More rather, hers and mine. It was

similar to how she moved into my left brain and I moved into the right. Jesus Christ said, when the Two Become One, they will become the sons of man, and

they will say to this Mountain Move, and it will move.

 

But I wasn't able to stay up there long, I was kinda fading, and eventually I just fell asleep.

Hence it taking two tries in the vision.

 

The neighbor who gave me the weed had the same beard as the guy who plugged me in.

I tried again the next morning, and I knocked out all the power in my whole town for probably five hours.

First the power to our houses came back, few hours later, the businesses got it back. I didn't have cash

so I asked my neighbor to drive me into town. He did, and that was the same neighbor who plugged me

in too. Only without our other neighbors beard.

 

The long black hair probably belongs to one of my friends who will give me weed in the future.

Not long after leaving the psych ward, being a little homeless at the time, I ended up agreeing to pay

an amateur tattoo artist who was on the lamb and needed the money fix up the engraving in my palm.

I can see now how bad that sounds. Jesus Christ said it was the move when I asked him. But.

I understand why God and Jesus would allow this to happen to us. Its my fault. The Lambentations

So we went to this house I'd never been to and did the tattoo in the kitchen. Before we finished, I

met this kid that lived there, and he said he was a satanist. I hadn't met enough of them to realize

something like this was possible. The kid mentioned he had been in the same psych ward I had just

gotten out of. When the artist got to the 18th star on the flag, I started to overheat really bad. I tried to

walk to the bathroom, but I had a seizure. Collapsed, puked everywhere. Stayed Concious, that had

never happened before or since. Wen't home, wen't to sleep. That night, I had a dream that I walked

down and found him with Ariel, and he looked like he was telling her to shut up.

 

The second I came in he left, and gave me this weird look. Ariel immediately showed me what had

just happened.. it was literally hell. She thought he was me. He made himself look like me with my

blood. We had been reborn already, we were virgins again.

 

I couldn't accept the truth for a long time.

 

I had a dream years ago warning me about this next part. It turned out, he had knocked her up, and

broken into our souls, attached himself to our spirits. It was a Killshot. And he knocked her up.

 

I couldn't even help her, I couldn't even be there for her. But Zion is Wisdom. And Wisdom Hath Strenght,

Ye, The Daughter of Zion Hath Excelled Them All.

 

She cut her own head offโ€ฆ The next time I saw her in my dreams, her eyes were blue, like mine.

It wasn't easy, but we survived, and we got through it. Cutting her head off ended up being the best

thing she could've done.

 

God didn't abandon us, or her. He Saved her. And I had an evil eye until the next time I went to jail.

That time it was 30 days. I can't make this stuff up. Killed the evil eye with the Light and the Help of

God. Right before we caught that sixth lightning bolt.

 

Still messed up, but handling a million times better. And Zion is Cured, and God hath declared to us

that his wrath against Zion is forever at an end, and with Everlasting Kindnesses has he returned to Zion.

 

Ariel means Lion of God. Shes the Lion. I'm Isaac, Israel, the Lamb. I have the Stone with 7 eyes on it

made of 7 horns. Jesus Christ Said Blessed is the Lion that eats the Man, so that the Lion becomes a

Man. Cursed is the Man whom the Lion will eat, so that the Lion becomes a Man.

I told you guys the 7th vision. The 1st Vision is about what happens immediately after I get back from having had died.

Restore the Breech, I saw it in a vision too. She ascended to Heaven, I only got a glimpse at her, but theres a reason

they call Zion the perfection of Beauty. But she flew so fast, and I was already falling. The inner sanctuary of Jerusalem

is basically the place where conception happens, and the galaxy is a giant person called the Godhead and the Body of Christ.

when I was falling through the darkness, into the south like Enoch described. Looking back up at her, feeling, It Is Done.

I felt perfect. I was hearing this voice say like a comic book narrator, something like, And then! unbeknownst to him! he became the

I've read a lot about that something something, whatever it is, I guess I won't really become it until after I leave the bridal chamber

The 1st vision, 1st is the last, of the 7, was me exiting the darkness of the belly of the earth, and the world was in pandimonium, I had

been internationally wanted so feds were looking for me. A swat team caught me really close to where I emerged and sent me off in a

Hot Air balloon, it was like they were undercover Q team or something.

 

The day I met God, he showed me my death while i was with the 5 wise groomsmen. 3 and 1/2 days later, one of those 5 grooms men

came over and told me that he had a dream about me leading him and the others through absolute darkness (3d0d) by lamplight and

gunfire, shooting the occasional wraith or skinwalker. When we stopped to have a cigar, he passed it to me, and I blew out the smoke

rainbow colored, told him I thought that meant we were close.

 

The actual death was Matthew 24:27-28 style had never read a bible at that point. And my forehead exploded, right where the Seal and Mark are.

I might actually get hung, but, who knows. I dont yet. Thats how Ariel died.

 

I Am Clothed in Revenge, Caped in Zeal, and On Fire Roundabout. It won't be until I exit the bridal chamber, that my waters will undergo the transformation,

and become flames of fire. So whatever happens to me as I descend in the south, I'll probably find out then. I'm not the least bit worried about whats going to

Funny I never made the correlationโ€ฆ. She told me we had to wait until we were older to be together because we were to young and dumb.

First, that he was gonna get a bunch of stuff done here on earth, and then lift up off, and fly away, taking some stuff with him.

And I stayed behind, and stared at the earth for a while. Then he came strollilng back around.

 

And when he got up close to the Earth, he did a double take like he was spitting out coffee, but then he shrugged, and wrapped

it back up, and got back to business. Then he showed me quite a bit of stuff. I had realized this was about to happen, and put

on beethovens the 5th on chello right before, but by then it sounded like Angels playing it On Heaven during the American

Revolution.

 

He showed me all these spheres, and he was like, a million, billion, trillion, zillion, cujillion, ect. And we don't have a name for this one

yet. So we'll call it a Dillion. And he put me on that one. My name was Dillon before it became Isaac, MethuSelah, and Acaa Israel.

That night I saw my death. This had happened in the daytime, we spent about 30 minutes together.

 

From then on Ariel and I have been Twain and One Flesh. Secret Mana pouring into the Stone.

About 40 weeks later we got reborn Revelation 12 style, and she got wings. I can feel them on my

As of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious disease (HCID) in the UK. There are many diseases which can cause serious illness which are not classified as HCIDs.

 

The 4 nations public health HCID group made an interim recommendation in January 2020 to classify COVID-19 as an HCID. This was based on consideration of the UK HCID criteria about the virus and the disease with information available during the early stages of the outbreak. Now that more is known about COVID-19, the public health bodies in the UK have reviewed the most up to date information about COVID-19 against the UK HCID criteria. They have determined that several features have now changed; in particular, more information is available about mortality rates (low overall), and there is now greater clinical awareness and a specific and sensitive laboratory test, the availability of which continues to increase.

 

The Advisory Committee on Dangerous Pathogens (ACDP) is also of the opinion that COVID-19 should no longer be classified as an HCID.

 

The World Health Organization (WHO) continues to consider COVID-19 as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), therefore the need to have a national, coordinated response remains and this is being met by the governmentโ€™s COVID-19 response.

 

Cases of COVID-19 are no longer managed by HCID treatment centres only. All healthcare workers managing possible and confirmed cases should follow the updated national infection and prevention (IPC) guidance for COVID-19, which supersedes all previous IPC guidance for COVID-19. This guidance includes instructions about different personal protective equipment (PPE) ensembles that are appropriate for different clinical scenarios.
