Erdogan: in addition to working with the 2016 coup plotters, Kavala is an agent or “remnant” of left-wing billionaire George Soros.

ACCS makes further arrest in US $50 million corruption case

The Anti-Corruption Commission of Seychelles made a further arrest yesterday, Friday November 26, 2021, as part of the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of US $50 million provided to the government of Seychelles by the government in Abu Dhabi in 2002.

The 63-year-old woman, a high-profile civilian, was arrested in a joint operation with the Seychelles police force just before 11am at her residence and is currently in police custody. Enquiries are continuing before a decision is reached regarding applications for further custody which would take place before the court on November 29, 2021.

Exactly one week today since the arrest, by elements of the Seychelles anti-corruption commission, of Mukesh Valabhji, influential businessman, billionaire and former right-hand man of the former Seychellois president, France Albert René, and his wife, at the couple’s home. According to the Seychelles press, Mukesh Valabhji was arrested when he got off the helicopter, on his return from Six Senses Zil Pasyon, the hotel he owns on the private island Félicité.
