If I possess any power at all earned by election, I shall dedicate my resources to reset any and all provisions, rules, laws and Executive Orders by the power inherently owed the people of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA by way of the X amendment to The Constitution of The United States of America which reads as follows, "Amendment X (1791) The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." America shall be a Republic again under these actions following the repayment to the land owners money's forcefully borrowed from and repatriation of Allison Stand as is demanded under The Law of War Manual.
