UPMC performed the first and largest clinical trial in the world to compare different methods of administering monoclonal antibodies.

Russia's Lavrov Warns Blinken Of Return To Military Confrontation "Nightmare"

On Friday top Ukraine officials continued sounding the alarm over what they believe is a large-scale mustering of Russian troops aimed at prepping an invasion of eastern Ukraine.

"Our intelligence analyses all scenarios, including the worst," Ukraine's defense minister, Oleksii Reznikov, told parliament on Friday. "It notes that the likelihood of a large-scale escalation from Russia exists. The most likely time to reach readiness for an escalation will be the end of January." He said more than 94,000 Russian soldiers have massed across the border.

The charge comes two days after Moscow turned the accusation around, saying that it's actually Kiev that has now stationed half the entire national army in Donbass. The Kremlin called Ukraine's rhetoric and actions "excessively inflamed and dangerous", and suggested the flurry of ratcheting allegations this week are designed to provoke Russia.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday said in Stockholm that Western allies have expressed "tremendous solidarity" to take action in the event of a Russian offensive in Ukraine.

Given this atmosphere of escalating accusations and fears of direct confrontation, the Russian foreign ministry is urging immediate deconfliction. Likely there will be engagement between the Pentagon and Russian defense officials. Over a week ago, on Nov.23, the heads of the Russian and United States militaries held a rare phone call in efforts to deescalate the soaring tensions in eastern Europe.

In his latest comments Friday, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov asserted that NATO is refusing calls to de-escalate the crisis:

There is still a lot to learn about the latest COVID-19 variant Omicron, UPMC doctors said during a virtual news conference Thursday.

The Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2 is the latest strain of the coronavirus to be designated a “variant of concern” by the World Health Organization as more and more countries are reporting cases.

Dr. Graham Snyder, UPMC medical director of infection prevention and hospital epidemiology, said there is still a lot to learn about the Omicron variant, but people still need to follow the same COVID-19 safety guidelines of masking when indoors around others, social distancing and being vaccinated.

“Omicron — like Delta before it — will not change what we need to do to stay safe,” he said.

Snyder said medical professionals in South Africa and other parts of the world have done a quality job of disseminating information about Omicron. He said it’s promising to hear the symptoms from Omicron seem to be less severe, but it’s concerning to hear how quickly it spreads. He added that COVID-19 and its variants aren’t going away and will be something people will be discussing for years.

Pete Schwartz, a January 6 detainee, wrote a 23-page open letter and motion to the court on November 8 to drop all charges, release him, and rectify all the false accusations mentioned.

Schwartz stated that he was forced to write the letter on his own because the only counsel available to him had gone to great lengths to sabotage his case.

“I will try and format this document into easy-to-understand, easy-to-reference sections. If the format is overly unorthodox, be aware that it is the court’s negligence in providing effective assistance of counsel,” Schwartz said in his letter.

Peter Schwartz, age 47 and a Kentucky welder who has served in the Army Reserve, was indicted after he was accused of pepper-spraying officers during the Jan. 6 protest. He was arrested on Feb. 2nd in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. According to his letter, he was with his wife when 30 agents assaulted him with flashbang grenades, armored vehicles, and more than 10 assault rifles aimed at his chest.

“At no point did either my wife or I resist but we were both roughly handled and forced/dragged up the stairs after being shackled and handcuffed as we were shoved around,” Schwartz said.

“Today is Nov. 8, 2021. I was arrested on Feb, 2nd 2021. The only portion of my discovery, (the evidence against me), that I’ve seen, is a warrant that was publicly published by Forbes Magazine. After this much time of being incarcerated, I don’t know what evidence is being used against me, nor do I even know what specifically I’m being charged with,” Schwartz added.

Schwartz described the misconduct by the prosecution as extensive and heinous. He accused them of due process violations, no bond, no discovery, no indictment/arraignment, illegal extradition, chain of evidence violations, grand jury secret violations (including but not limited to misleading “evidence leaks” to press), plea bargain, misconduct, speedy trial violations, and more.

Schwartz also requested his current attorney to file a form that will require the court to divulge which people that he is locked with are FBI informants.

In his concluding statement, Schwartz said, “the only threat to the country or to the fabric of American democracy is you, Judge Mehta, as you willfully ignore the Bill of Rights, along with the other traitors and enemies of this country.”

Conor McGregor has called for the Republic of Ireland to leave the European Union over new COVID restrictions. On Friday evening, Irish Prime Minister Michael Martin imposed a series of new measures, citing the threat of the Omicron variant.

Under the new measures, nightclubs will be closed between December 7 – January 9 while other businesses will be subject to increased social distancing guidelines. “The potential for a very serious crisis is obvious,” Martin said.

Nevada Becomes First State To Impose Surcharge On Unvaccinated Workers

Nevada on Thursday became the first U.S. state to impose a surcharge on workers who have not gotten a COVID-19 vaccine, though the penalty doesn’t take effect until the middle of next year.

All but two members of the state’s Public Employees’ Benefit Program Board (PEBP) voted during a meeting to approve a surcharge of $55 a month on unvaccinated workers.

The approved proposal also stipulates a surcharge of $175 a month for workers’ spouses, partners, and dependents 18 and older. That could be adjusted down the road.

The surcharges will go into effect on July 1, 2022.

They’ll help offset the costs of COVID-19 testing, Laura Rich, executive officer of the board, said.

Testing costs through September were estimated at $3.3 million.

The board did not analyze the cost of COVID-19 hospitalizations for the proposal because that would have made the surcharge for spouses and dependents “significantly higher,” Rich said. State rules bar making the surcharge on workers any higher.

Nevada’s Department of Labor last month released guidance saying the surcharges were legal, and Rich compared them to surcharges on smokers imposed by plans in the past.

Exemptions are available for religious or medical reasons, as required by law.

Public commenters during the meeting, and those submitting written statements, spoke out against the proposal before the vote.

“I believe that the proposed surcharge is inappropriate and excessive,” Ellen Crecelius, one member of the public, said in a statement. She noted that many people enjoy natural immunity, or the protection one gets after having recovered from COVID-19.

Shanna Cobb-Adams said she already pays $255.06 a month. The new surcharges would increase that by 90 percent. She expressed concern about her 18-year-old son getting a vaccine when studies show that young males are at elevated risk of developing heart inflammation after getting a vaccine, while COVID-19 poses little risk to healthy youth without serious underlying health conditions.

Another commenter noted that Gov. Steve Sisolak, a Democrat, is the one forcing workers to get tested weekly if they don’t get a vaccine. “The unvaccinated should not have to foot the bill for the agency’s unjust decisions,” she wrote. “The fact is vaccinated and unvaccinated employees both can contract and spread the virus equally, yet the state has decided to only put the hardships on the unvaccinated unfairly.”

Some members also voiced opposition to the proposal, and two voted against it.

Several state residents did support the measure, including one who said that “anti-vaxxers should pay for their choice since their freedom is not free.”

Sisolak’s policy director, DuAne Young, said that the pandemic “has been shouldered on the burden of everyone.”

“And now this particular burden—the testing—should be shouldered on the burden of those who refuse to (be vaccinated),” Young added.

Some companies have imposed surcharges but no states had before Thursday.

Discussions with entities that had imposed penalties pointed to benefits like increasing the percent of workers who are vaccinated and offsetting rising costs, Rich said. If the board did not approve the surcharges, every workers’ premium, regardless of vaccination status, would need to be hiked, she said.

Revenue from the surcharges is expected to be about $18 million a year. Testing costs are pegged at ranging from $12 million to $24 million.

"Primary processing" of compendium mentioned in Mueller aide's book should be complete next month, court filing says.

An unpublished investigative compilation sometimes referred to as the "Alternative Mueller Report" has been located in Justice Department files and could be released soon, according to a letter filed in federal court Thursday.

A top deputy to Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann, revealed in a book he published last year that the team he headed prepared a summary of all its work — apparently including details not contained in the final report made public in 2019.

"At least for posterity, I had all the [team] members … write up an internal report memorializing everything we found, our conclusions, and the limitations on the investigation, and provided it to the other team leaders as well as had it maintained in our files," wrote Weissmann in "Where Law Ends: Inside the Mueller Investigation."

The reference prompted the New York Times to submit a Freedom of Information Act request for the document in January and to follow up in July with a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Manhattan.

Lawyers from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan told Judge Katherine Polk Failla in a letter Thursday that officials have figured out what document Weissmann was alluding to and have begun reviewing it for possible release.

"Since Plaintiff filed its complaint, Defendant has located and begun processing this record and intends to release all non-exempt portions to Plaintiff once processing is complete," Assistant U.S. Attorney Jennifer Jude wrote. "Defendant estimates that primary processing of the record will be complete by the end of January 2022 at which time Defendant expects to send the record to several other DOJ components for consultation."

Jude did not provide an estimate of how long those consultations could take, but proposed updating the court by mid-February.

The pledge to process the so-called alternative Mueller report is no guarantee that what's released will contain significant new revelations. The Justice Department can use a variety of exemptions to the Freedom of Information Act to shield parts of the document from disclosure, including by deeming it attorney work-product or part of an internal deliberative process. Current DOJ leaders could waive those exemptions, but releasing other contents such as grand jury information could be more difficult due to legal restrictions.

The group Weissmann supervised in the special counsel's office was called "Team M" after its primary target — former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort. The team more directly focused on the ties between Russia and former President Donald Trump was known as "Team R."

It's unclear whether investigative teams other than Weissmann's also prepared compilations that were not contained in Mueller's final report.

The United States is tracking enough indicators surrounding Russian military activity near Ukraine to trigger “a lot of concern,” the top U.S. military officer said on December 2, while Ukraine’s defense minister warned of a possible large-scale military offensive by Moscow next month.

Army General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, declined to speculate about the options the United States might consider in the event of a Russian invasion. But Milley stressed the importance of Ukraine’s sovereignty to Washington and to the NATO alliance.

“Our intelligence is looking into all possible scenarios, including the worst one. It emphasizes that the likelihood of large-scale escalation by Russia exists. The most likely time we must be ready to stand against such an escalation will be the end of January,” he said.

“The better we work together with our [Western] partners, the less the threat of escalation will be. The way to avoid the escalation is to make the price of possible escalation unacceptable for the aggressor. Ukraine is most interested in the political and diplomatic settlement scenario,” he added.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken urged Russia on December 2 to withdraw its troops deployed near Ukraine and seek a diplomatic solution to escalating tensions in the region, warning Moscow of “severe costs” in case of an aggression against its neighbor.

Blinken made the statements after meeting his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on December 2 in Stockholm on the sidelines of a gathering of foreign ministers of Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) nations.

Victorian government considering removing vaccination mandate three months earlier due to 'high-profile' incidents

The state government is looking to scrap vaccine mandates due to threats and abuse towards workers in the retail industry, including a staff member who was allegedly pushed down an escalator after asking an unmasked man for his vaccination certificate.

The controversial coronavirus vaccination mandates in Victoria could be scrapped in the New Year as concerns rise over abuse towards retail workers who have to enforce the rules on shoppers.

The state government is looking at removing the directive in all but high-risk settings as early as January, according to the Herald Sun.

In October, Premier Daniel Andrews suggested the mandate could be in place till April or even longer due to a spike in COVID-19 cases at the time.

Government officials said a series of incidents of workers being abused for enforcing the jab mandate has led them to reconsider their approach.

"The high rate of vaccinations, the passing of the pandemic bills which sidelines the chief health officers, and the high-profile incidents of violence have led to a change of thinking," a source told the publication.

"There will still be mandates in place in high-risk settings even after any change."

In one case, a Melbourne bookstore has been forced to hire private security guards, at a cost of $4,000 a week, over attacks on staff members.

Victoria Police are investigating an incident where a Dymocks employee was allegedly pushed down an escalator after he reportedly asked a customer to prove his vaccination status and to check-in to the store.

CCTV footage showed the staff member try and stop the man, wearing a distinctive rainbow hoodie, from going down the escalator to the book store before he was pushed with his head hitting a step.

The worker is seen clutching his head as he laid motionless on the moving escalator.

A bystander pushed the emergency stop button as other Good Samaritans rushed to his aid. It's believed he was treated for a mild concussion.

The man who pushed the staff member is seen going back up the escalator seconds later.

The document reveals that within just 90 days after the EUA release of Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine, the company was already aware of voluntary adverse reaction reports that revealed 1,223 deaths and over 42,000 adverse reports describing a total of 158,893 adverse reactions. The reports originated from numerous countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, Spain and other nations.

Aside from “general disorders,” the No. 1 most frequently reported category of mRNA vaccine adverse reactions was Nervous system disorders, clocking in at 25,957 reports.

Pfizer has withheld the total number of doses released across the world, citing corporate trade secrets. This is indicated by “(b) (4)” in the document, where specific numbers and facts are redacted.

Even these numbers — already quite shocking, given the FDA’s insistence that mRNA vaccines are “safe and effective” — barely scratch the surface of the damage and deaths caused by these vaccines. “Reports are submitted voluntarily, and the magnitude of underreporting is unknown,” says Pfizer on page 5.

Three times as many women damaged, compared to men

Shockingly, the document reveals that more than three times as many women were damaged by the Pfizer vaccine, compared to men. There were 29,914 adverse events recorded in women, with just 9,182 recorded in men. It is not known whether the same number of men and women took the vaccine, but this number exposes the very real possibility of a gender-specific vaccine damage risk that the FDA went to great lengths to cover up.

Anecdotally, most of the neurological damage we’ve seen in people who have been damaged by the vaccine — convulsions, numbness, pain, etc. — has been depicted in women, not men. It looks like the FDA knows the mRNA vaccine exhibits a disproportionate, gender-specific damage profile that also affects women in terms of spontaneous abortions (also covered in the report).

Pfizer told the FDA its mRNA covid vaccines can cause “enhanced disease” by making covid worse

Also to the shock of many observers who are just now digging into this smoking gun document, Pfizer told the FDA under “Safety concerns” (section 3.1.2) that its mRNA injection could cause, “Vaccine-Associated Enhanced Disease (VAED), including Vaccine-associated Enhanced Respiratory Disease (VAERD).”

This means the FDA knew the vaccine could sicken and kill patients who were later infected with covid.

Under the label of “missing information,” Pfizer also told the FDA that it has no information about “Use in Pregnancy and lactation” nor covering “Use in Paediatric Individuals < 12 Years of Age.”

In other words, Pfizer told the FDA its vaccines could kill people and that it had no information about vaccine effectiveness, yet the FDA fraudulently pushed the vaccine as “safe and effective” anyway. Based on this document, it appears that the FDA itself has been neck-deep in a criminal conspiracy to hide the truth about vaccine injuries and deaths while granting usage approvals to the very same corporations that openly told the FDA its products were killing people.

Note, too, that the entire corporate media complex has lied from day one, falsely claiming the vaccine has killed no one. They are, of course, complicit in this vaccine holocaust.

Spontaneous abortions, neonatal death and other effects on pregnant women

In the section labeled, “Use in Pregnancy and lactation,” the report discusses reports of the mRNA vaccine being linked to:

spontaneous abortion (23), outcome pending (5), premature birth with neonatal death, spontaneous abortion with intrauterine death (2 each), spontaneous abortion with neonatal death, and normal outcome (1 each).

Notice that “spontaneous abortion” represents by far the highest number in these reports. In other words, the FDA knew this vaccine would kill unborn babies, but they pushed it on pregnant women anyway.

All mRNA vaccines must be immediately halted, and FDA bureaucrats must be indicted and arrested

This confidential document — just the first of thousands yet to be released — reveals two critical things:

1) The FDA committed criminal fraud and misrepresentation in approving mRNA vaccines as “safe and effective.” This means top FDA decision makers must now face arrest and criminal prosecution.

2) The mRNA vaccine was known by Pfizer to be deadly even in its first three months of emergency use. This means Pfizer is also complicit in the continued deaths of innocent victims, as Pfizer itself should have pulled its deadly vaccine and halted all sales and distribution.

Les Wexner to step down as the chair of the Columbus Partnership

In a long-expected move, Leslie H. Wexner will relinquish his position as the chair of the Columbus Partnership in January, stepping aside to allow two other longtime corporate leaders to guide the powerful civic organization.

Wexner announced the change during the Partnership’s October meeting. Succeeding him as co-chairs of the organization’s governing committee are Huntington Bank CEO Steve Steinour and AEP CEO Nick Akins, both of whom have been members of the Partnership for more than a decade. The decision continues the leadership transition occurring at the organization, which will also welcome a new CEO in January: Kenny McDonald, who is replacing Alex Fischer, who’s served as the Partnership’s chief executive for 12 years.

The organization's leaders didn’t announce the latest leadership shift, but Partnership spokeswoman Irene Alvarez confirmed the change on Wednesday. Alvarez says Wexner will remain a member of the governing board and an adviser to the organization’s top leaders.

“Columbus has changed and grown, and so has the Partnership’s ability to serve it,” Alvarez said in an email. “What you’re seeing today, in terms of both CEO and board leadership transitions, is the result of succession planning that Alex, Les, and governing board members have been defining over the past couple of years. Les often comments on the importance of making room for new leaders in the community, and now, that belief is being put into practice. Having Nick and Steve take the helm as co-chairs, while Les remains at the table giving advice and counsel, is a condition that is both fortunate and strategic for the Partnership.”

In 2002, Wexner co-founded the Partnership with the late Columbus Dispatch publisher John F. Wolfe and New Albany Co. chairman Jack Kessler, who remains a member of the partnership and its governing committee, which oversees the organization and its members and hires its chief executive. Since its founding, the Partnership has grown from just a handful of CEOs representing the city’s largest companies to more than 70 leaders, including executives from emerging tech companies, nonprofits and smaller businesses.

Through it all, Wexner, 84, has been the undisputed guiding force for the organization, which he created to serve as a vehicle for the city’s top business and community leaders to work together to address its most serious challenges. While both Steinour and Akins have become respected community leaders during their tenures with their companies, neither has the standing of Wexner, whose imprint can be seen all over Columbus, from the arts, to the riverfront to Ohio State University.

But Wexner has endured some difficult times in recent years. In 2020, Wexner resigned as CEO of L Brands after nearly six decades at the company. He struggled to turn around the business amid cultural shifts that tainted its then signature brand, Victoria’s Secret, and revelations about his close connections to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. As a result, he has played a less visible role in community affairs in recent years, civic leaders say. And with Wexner having left his corporate role and having turned 84 in September, many have been expecting this leadership transition at the Partnership for some time.

Out of my own personal experience I know that the fake news isn't interested in actual medical scandals or other real bullshit.

Medicine against Ulcerative Colitis which almost cures it, but has to be taken for a while, if not forever, 0 side effects, not dangerous at all. Found over 20 years ago. Not approved as medicine for treatment still, which is ridiculous.

I know a mother that called all sorts of TV stations when her son didn't get it anymore because the trial medicine was stopped completely because the hospital gave it to patients outside of the long term trial. And mind you, severe cases get all sorts of chemo shit or even worse, plus surgery on the colon, which totally fucks up your life.

There was not one TV station that was even INTERESTED in it. And this was around 10 years ago. That mother was devastated.

That's why I think when fake news reports on stuff like this, it's controlled and highly likely fake.
