GM, Ford and Chrysler will not require employees to take covid “vaccines”

(Natural News) It is being reported that the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) has successfully negotiated against a Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine” mandate that would have impacted thousands of employees at General Motors, Ford and Chrysler.

 

While employees at the facilities will still be required to wear a mask inside the factories, their union heads were able to make vaccination status disclosure a voluntary affair rather than a requirement as Pedo Joe Biden, America’s “president,” was demanding.

 

“At a meeting Monday evening, the COVID-19 Joint Task Force, comprised of the UAW, Ford, General Motors and Stellantis, has aligned on a policy of voluntary and confidential disclosure of vaccination status for UAW members,” the statement reads.

 

“Each company will provide additional communication to employees on how, where and when to report their vaccination status.”

 

Employees will continue to be “urged” by the Task Force to both get jabbed as well as disclose their jab status to company heads. The families of UAW members are also being strongly encouraged to get jabbed for the Fauci Flu with as many injections and boosters as instructed by Tony Fauci, Biden and the other plandemic ringleaders.

Last year they had us locked down so tight we couldn't even make a living, so I went down to SA and applied as they had an opening for a sorter, a job I would be perfect for, as I know my stuff, and it was part time, which was all I was looking for. I try not to put timelines on things, but 2022 and 2024 are clearly part of the plan, with "fixing 2020" as a primary target. Journalist Sharon Churcher was subpoenaed for testimony as part a defamation suit related to litigation surrounding accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and his associates.

 

As a reporter for the Mail on Sunday in 2011, Churcher published the first in a series of articles wherein Virginia Giuffre, under her maiden name Virginia Roberts, was named as one of the Jane Does central to ongoing litigation against Epstein. The Miami Herald reported in 2018, in a timeline of the case, that in January 2015, Giuffre filed “court papers in Florida claiming that she was forced by Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew and lawyer Alan Dershowitz when she was underage.”

 

Dershowitz vehemently denied Giuffre’s allegations, writing to the Herald shortly thereafter: “I never met Roberts; I never had sex with her; she simply made up the entire story for money.”

 

In April 2019, Giuffre filed a defamation suit against Dershowitz. In May 2009, President Barack Obama nominated Rios to be Treasurer of the United States and was confirmed by the Senate unanimously in July 2009. Rios was sworn in on August 20, 2009. In her role as Treasurer of the United States, Treasurer Rios was the Chief Executive Officer of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and the United States Mint, including Fort Knox. Her day-to-day responsibilities included overseeing all currency and coin production activities with almost 4,000-employees in eight facilities nationwide and an annual budget of approximately $5 billion. In the first five years of her tenure, she saved over $1 billion by implementing efficiencies and innovative concepts while meeting increased production demand and increasing employee morale at record levels. Treasurer Rios was the first Treasurer to ever have her portfolio which also included the Chair of the Advanced Counterfeiting Deterrence Steering Committee and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury in the areas of community development and public engagement. Her signature currently appears on a record $1.2 trillion out of the $1.4 trillion in circulation worldwide.

 

Her almost eight-year effort to redesign the nation’s currency included the first-ever nationwide public engagement process in the history of the federal government using a social media portal, roundtables and town halls. Treasurer Rios began pushing for the change soon after she joined the Obama Administration in 2009. Her presentation to then-Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner went so well, she told CNN afterwards, that she left the room convinced the cause was sailing forward.[2] Rios has said that it was during her time on the Treasury/Federal Reserve Transition Team in 2008 where the theme of Democracy during that era inspired her to pursue the concept. In April 2016, Treasury announced that women will be placed on the $5, $10 and $20 bills reflecting the theme of democracy. The concepts will be unveiled on August 26, 2020, in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment granting women the right to vote.

 

Rios stepped down as Treasurer; her last day in office was July 11, 2016.[12] Treasurer Rios was the longest serving Senate-confirmed Treasury official beginning with her time on the Treasury/Federal Reserve Transition Team in November 2008 at the height of the financial crisis.

Anon had no idea what anon was doing one year ago, watched some of his videos and some other guy called Mr Grow It on youtube. Spend the Trump bucks on a tent and some lights and was off to the races. The equipment also doubles as a food source in the winter as well. Anon has had great success growing hydroponic lettuce in the tent as well using those 10 dollar Home Depot totes as well. Learned a lot from this guy in embedded video as well. The Crow and the Pitcher is one of Aesop's Fables, numbered 390 in the Perry Index. It relates ancient observation of corvid behaviour that recent scientific studies have confirmed is goal-directed and indicative of causal knowledge rather than simply being due to instrumental conditioning.

 

The fable and its moral

Other tellers of the story stress the crow's persistence. In Francis Barlow's edition the proverb 'Necessity is the mother of invention' is applied to the story[5] while an early 20th-century retelling quotes the proverb 'Where there's a will, there's a way'.[6]

 

Artistic use of the fable may go back to Roman times, since one of the mosaics that has survived is thought to have the story of the crow and the pitcher as its subject.[7] Modern equivalents have included English tiles from the 18th[8] and 19th centuries[9] and an American mural by Justin C. Gruelle (1889–1978), created for a Connecticut school.[10] These and the illustrations in books of fables had little scope for invention. The greatest diversity is in the type of vessel involved and over the centuries these have varied from a humble clay pot to elaborate Greek pitchers.[11]

The fable in science

 

The Roman naturalist Pliny the Elder is the earliest to attest that the story reflects the behaviour of real-life corvids.[12] In August 2009, a study published in Current Biology revealed that rooks, a relative of crows,do just the same as the crow in the fable when presented with a similar situation.[13] The ethologist Nicola Clayton, also taking the fable as a starting point,[14] found that other corvids are capable of the thinking demonstrated there.[15] Eurasian jays were able to drop stones into a pitcher of water to make the water level rise. Further research established that the birds understood that the pitcher must contain liquid rather than a solid for the trick to work, and that the objects dropped in must sink rather than float. New Caledonian crows perform similarly,[16][17][18] but Western scrub-jays appear to fail.[19] The findings have advanced knowledge of bird intelligence; the Eurasian jay had not been scientifically observed to use tools either in the wild or in captivity before. When the voters of this great Commonwealth gave us this opportunity to serve, we had plans. Lots of them. They didn’t include 30 days of snow in our first 60 days in office. Or a natural gas explosion. Or a global pandemic. But with your support, and the creativity and resilience of the people of Massachusetts, we worked through these and other unanticipated crises and events to move our state forward.

 

We are determined to continue to put aside the partisan playbook that dominates so much of our political landscape – to form governing partnerships with our colleagues in local government, the Legislature, and the Congressional delegation. That bipartisan approach, where we listen as much as we talk, where we focus our energies on finding areas of agreement and not disagreement, and where we avoid the public sniping and grandstanding that defines much of our political discourse, allows us to make meaningful progress on many important issues.

 

We’ve led the nation in battling the opioid crisis, with more to do and the resources to do it. Our energy future – the nation’s energy future – is cleaner and more cost effective because of our work on deep water offshore wind. We brought broadband to our friends and neighbors in Western Massachusetts. We’ve made historic investments in housing of all kinds, enacted a landmark law to battle our housing crisis, and anticipate using significant federal funding to level the housing playing field going forward. We secured landmark criminal justice and law enforcement reforms and successfully dealt with the decades-long stain at Bridgewater State Hospital. We have dramatically increased funding for our schools. And we cut the income tax to 5 percent and dramatically increased our Rainy Day Fund by managing the state’s fiscal affairs with discipline and care.

 

But today is about the future. This next year needs to be about recovery, not about politics. We are grateful for the chance we have been given to serve the people of this great state and will give it our all between now and the end of 2022.

A federal district court judge has rejected a claim by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine being administered under Emergency Use Authorization is interchangeable with Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine, which in August was fully licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

 

In an order issued Nov. 12 in Doe et al. v. Austin, U.S. Federal District Judge Allen Winsor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida denied a preliminary injunction requested by 16 service members against the U.S. Military’s COVID vaccine mandate. A hearing is scheduled for Sept. 14, 2022.

 

However, the judge’s acknowledgment that “the DOD cannot mandate vaccines that only have an EUA” is significant for two reasons.

 

One reason pertains to the difference in ingredients and manufacturing process between Pfizer’s EUA vaccine and the approved Comirnaty vaccine, and the other pertains to the legal difference between a fully licensed vaccine and an EUA vaccine.

 

The latter reason would apply not just to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, but also to the vaccines produced by Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen), both of which are authorized only as EUA products.

Under law, everyone has ‘right to refuse’ EUA product

 

When the FDA approved Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine in August, approval was accompanied by a series of confusing documents and equally confusing public statements.

 

One such confounding statement reads as follows:

 

“The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness.”

 

The FDA provided no explanation as to how the licensed Comirnaty vaccine and the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccine could “be used interchangeably” despite having “certain differences” that make them “legally distinct.”

 

There are key differences between fully licensed vaccines and those authorized under EUA. EUA products are considered experimental under U.S. law. This means they cannot be mandated, and everyone has the right to refuse such vaccines without consequences.

 

Τhe Nuremberg Code, as well as federal law, provide that no human being can be forced to participate in a medical experiment. Under 21 U.S. Code Sec.360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III), “authorization for medical products for use in emergencies,” it is unlawful to deny someone a job or an education because they refuse to be an experimental subject.

 

This is also made clear in the FDA fact sheet provided to patients receiving any Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. It states:

 

“Under the EUA, it is your choice to receive or not receive the vaccine. Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care.”

EUA products can’t be used once fully licensed product becomes available

 

Another key difference between fully licensed and EUA vaccines is that, under the 2005 Public Readiness and Preparedness Act (PREP Act), EUA vaccines are accompanied by a far-reaching liability shield that protects all parties involved with the product from lawsuits.

 

Specifically, if one is injured by an EUA vaccine, the only way to claim damages and receive compensation is to apply to the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), an administrative process under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which authorized the vaccines.

 

This scheme potentially covers only unpaid medical expenses and lost wages and creates significant barriers for filing a vaccine injury lawsuit.

 

Notably, under 4% of claims made through this program have been compensated. To date, CICP has not compensated any claims for COVID-19 vaccine injuries.

 

At this time, the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine may have no liability shield, making it subject to product liability laws that allow those injured by it to potentially sue for damages, although Pfizer asserts that the vaccine is protected under the PREP Act as well.

 

When the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention includes a fully licensed vaccine on its recommended vaccination schedule, the vaccines similarly enjoy generous liability protections, but those protections are not as complete as under the PREP Act.

 

The FDA fact sheet states:

 

“This EUA for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and COMIRNATY will end when the Secretary of HHS determines that the circumstances justifying the EUA no longer exist or when there is a change in the approval status of the product such that an EUA is no longer needed.”

 

This appears to contradict black-letter law — defined as well-established legal rules that are certain, no longer disputable, free from doubt and generally well-known — in addition to well-established case law.

 

In this case, an EUA is considered illegal and invalid if there is a fully licensed alternative available. This appears to be the case with Pfizer’s licensed Comirnaty while its EUA Pfizer-BioNTech is still on the market.

 

As stated by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) in its lawsuit against the FDA and Dr. Janet Woodcock, acting commissioner:

 

“The black letter law is clear. There can be no biologic license approved to a medical product for diagnosing, preventing or treating COVID-19 if there is also still an Emergency Use Authorization for the same medical product serving the same purpose.”

 

In another CHD lawsuit, pertaining to mask mandates for school children issued under an EUA, CHD President Mary Holland, co-counsel on the case, stated that “[i]t is black-letter law that EUA devices … cannot be mandated at all.”

 

Still, many media outlets refer to COVID vaccine mandates as an inevitability, based on a narrative which attempts to (mis)lead the public into believing the COVID vaccines have been fully licensed.

 

The same media narratives, such as a recent USA Today “fact check,” also claim the Comirnaty and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines are the same.

 

CHD though, in its lawsuit against the FDA, argues that Comirnaty’s licensure was a classic “bait and switch,” and that there is no legal basis to retain the EUA status for other COVID vaccines once the FDA has fully licensed a COVID vaccine.

But Dr Ifedayo Adetifa, the agency's director, added that retroactive testing of Covid samples collected in recent weeks had identified another case of Omicron dating back to October.

 

It means that Omicron - designated a 'variant of concern' by the WHO and believed to be the most-infectious form of Covid yet found - was likely circulating undetected for weeks before first being identified.

 

The discovery comes just a day after after Dutch health authorities said they also found a case of Omicron in a sample collected on November 19, four days before South Africa sounded the alarm.

 

If confirmed, the Nigerian case would be the earliest-known Omicron infection - rewriting the timeline of the variant's origins.

 

However, it does not necessarily mean the variant emerged in Nigeria because it is unclear how or why the sample was collected. Dr Adetifa did not give details.

 

Nigeria - in western Africa - extensively tests travellers into and out of the country, meaning it is possible the case was imported from overseas.

 

Until now, it had been assumed the variant first emerged in southern Africa where it was detected on November 23 by South African scientists in a sample collected from Botswana on November 9.

 

Nigeria's three recent cases were all in travellers from South Africa who had taken a Day 2 PCR test, with samples collected within the last week.

 

It is unclear when exactly the samples were collected. Nigeria said efforts are underway to track and isolate the individuals.

 

Analysts had suspected the virus was already circulating in Nigeria, after two Canadians returning from the country had tested positive for the variant last week.

 

The pair were Canada's first confirmed cases of the variant, though experts warned at the time that Omicron has probably already circulated widely.

 

'I think it's fair to say that this variant probably emerged weeks or even months ago,' infectious disease expert Dr. Isaac Bogoch said last week.

 

'And by the time you start identifying it, it's usually pretty widespread, especially for a very contagious respiratory viral infection like this.'

 

In the Netherlands, scientists from the RIVM health institute said their first cases were found in samples dated November 19 and November 23, without disclosing how or why either sample was collected.

 

It is not yet clear whether these people had also visited southern Africa,' health officials said.

it's not but also i think people should be aware things like that could happen and i think both sides pro and against need to be more balanced in the approach. I was doing it for about that long also…and then i started getting sick and puking when ever i smoked. Flower edibles and wax. Plus i don't like that the money goes to help support corrupt states mostly since it is liberal states that have made it legal for recreational. Sure it brings in money but that money much like the lotto just gets misused by the corrupt politicians. Just needs a more balanced approach and more information to be given so people can make good choices.

Yeah I agree, it can help with abstract thinking and relaxation but the problem is too much abstract thinking is basically schizophrenia and we shouldn't be too relaxed right now. Those who say weed isn't habit forming or addicting are addicted themselves or don't know what they speak of.

 

That being said I still smoke a few times a week as it helped me quit cigs but making the effort to quit weed for good.

^ This used to happen to my soul mate/ best friend and she had also suffered epileptic seizures as well.

 

This happened to me in the last week on gate night and other nights, (and we'll my whole life really).

 

Starting with being around 2/3 years old. I was hanging out in my back yard and my mother must have been called away (phone or something) I was being lead away from my house by an entitie claiming to be the arch angel Michael. The spirit was trying very hard to convince me not to stand on the fence post, but rather to pick a side. I don't feel this was all together Holy and after serving in the Air Force & come to the actuality 'through' our research here in Qresearch and other fourms, learning about MK ultra. I realized this was a voice to skull experiance debacle.

 

As for the sleep paralysis incidents that l experienced in the last week on on gate night, and the projected and demon/"fail caster" over top of meh, was trying to convince me to stop speaking out about Maters of truth biz that we all do on a regular basis here on Qresearch and other places.

 

It tried convincing me it was from the Vander-built family ( witch does not surprise meh after post pics like these attached to thread I posted the same day). It was trying to kill me. I prayed very hard and banished the entity which felt like velcro being ripped off my phsyical body and soul body. I couldn't ever begin to recall how may times this has happened too me in this lifetime, as it has been that many times. Sometime with being's w/ red glowing eyes, and or physical experiences like kicking my life partner in bed, or waking up on the floor and other things l care not, discus here (for legal perpatuity).

 

The best methodology I have found, is to have a close relationship with the creator of heaven and earth (Imo 'the Father') and like this poster said,  pray in the spirit in the name of Yeshua/(Jesus Christ). (I belive from researching Yeshua haps to be his given name) when these types of attacts happend, in sleep or awake day to day.

i don't think you are correct on the amount of information out there since we can not really trust the doctors or the people who provide information. Anons area different breed than normies. Plus most people i have ever met at the clinics or around me smoke mostly indicas and couch lock all day. Sure choice but most of these people are also drunks at the same time. Personal repsonsiblity wins out most of the time, and big daddy government control is always an issue. But when the state that is corrupt allows it one should ask what is their motive to allow it. Because them siding on the side of liberty does seem off. Why not ask that question what do Liberal states gain when doing this. They want the states rights to light up but not a states right to deny abortion.
