Federal Judge Blocks Biden Vaccine Mandate For Health Workers In 10 States

 

"Defendants shall immediately cease all implementation or enforcement of the Interim Final Rule with Comment Period as to any Medicare- and Medicaid-certified providers and suppliers"

 

Judge Matthew Schelp of the Eastern District of Missouri has issued a preliminary injunction for workers at Medicare- and Medicaid-certified medical facilities in Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Wyoming, and North and South Dakota. The courtโ€™s decision deals a serious blow to left-wing activistsโ€™ claims that workers can be forced to take the vaccine booster shots.

 

The judgeโ€™s order states, โ€œIT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants are preliminarily enjoined from the implementation and enforcement of 86 Fed. Reg. 61,555 (Nov. 5, 2021), the Interim Final Rule with Comment Period entitled โ€œMedicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVIDโ€“19 Health Care Staff Vaccination,โ€ against any and all Medicareโ€“ and Medicaidโ€“certified providers and suppliers within the States of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming pending a trial on the merits of this action or until further order of this Court.โ€œ

 

โ€œDefendants shall immediately cease all implementation or enforcement of the Interim Final Rule with Comment Period as to any Medicareโ€“ and Medicaidโ€“certified providers and suppliers within the States of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming,โ€™ the court added.

 

The Biden regimeโ€™s attempt to enforce vaccine mandates on companies with over 100 employees has also ran into a roadblock, as previously reported by National File:

 

On its website, OSHA now offers a disclaimer above any additional information: โ€œOn November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHAโ€™s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, published on November 5, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 61402) (โ€œETSโ€).โ€

 

The regulatory body explains, โ€œThe court ordered that OSHA โ€˜take no steps to implement or enforceโ€™ the ETS โ€˜until further court order.โ€™โ€ Accordingly, โ€œOSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.โ€

Nearly One Third of US Employees in Health Sector Remain Unvaccinated: CDC

 

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) revealed in an analysis that about 30 percent of health care workers in the United States remain unvaccinated against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.

 

According to the CDC analysis that was published in the American Journal of Infection Control on Nov. 17, Hannah Reses, a member of the CDC team that conducted the analysis, revealed that the vaccination rate among health workers โ€œrose steadilyโ€ from December through April before slowing down again.

 

The analysis looked at data reported to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from 2,086 facilities across the United States, involving more than 3.3 million employees.

 

Professionals employed in hospitals treating children had the highest vaccination rateโ€”about 77 percent. The lowest was found among critical-access hospitalsโ€”about 64 percent. Other facilities included employees in short-term acute-care hospitals and long-term acute-care hospitals, where about 30 percent in both sectors remain unvaccinated.

 

Between January and April this year, the vaccination rate among health care professionals (HCP) increased from 36 percent to 60 percent before slowing down, reaching 70 percent as of September, the analysis shows.

 

โ€œOur analysis revealed that vaccine coverage among U.S. hospital-based HCP stalled significantly after initial uptake,โ€ Reses said in the statement. โ€œAdditional efforts are needed now to improve HCP vaccine coverage and reduce the risk of SARS-CoV-2 transmission to patients and other hospital staff,โ€ she added.

 

The reasons HCP refuse to get vaccinated against the CCP virus, which causes the disease SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, was found in surveys to be related to the shots efficacy, adverse effects, and the speed of its development.

 

โ€œHCP who did not want to be vaccinated often reported low trust in regulatory authorities and the government,โ€ the CDC analysis stated, citing surveys.

 

The analysis did not include all the facilities in the HHS Unified Hospital Data Surveillance System, which amounts to more than 5,000. It only used information from 2,086 facilities, or 41.0 percent, who had reported comprehensive data to the HHS.

 

Earlier this month, more than a dozen U.S. states sued President Joe Biden over his administrationโ€™s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers, challenging its legality. Biden administration officials have expressed confidence in the mandate and others like it ultimately prevailing against legal challenges.

 

The deadline for HCP in the United States to get vaccinated against COVID-19 is Jan. 4, 2022. There is no testing opt-out, unlike the mandate on private employers that are currently blocked by the courts.

OPINION-EDITORIAL: One full year after the Democrats stole the November, 2020, Presidential Election, the people who were sucked-in by the allegedly "Pro-Trump" QAnon Movement, were made complete fools of, publicly, by the fraudulent QAnon that has misled them for a full year.

 

For a full year, QAnon has been peddling the lie that Trump would be re-installed as President. Some "White Hats" (or a segment of the military) were actually, secretly, in control, and Biden was going to be taken out of his illegitimate presidency, and Trump re-installed.

 

Those of us who saw through this bullshit, referred to the believers as being hooked on Hopium. Addicted to Hope. A Hope that was not EVER going to come true.

 

Given that Biden is, in fact, illegitimately occupying the Office of President of the United States, which his Democrat Party STOLE through election fraud, some pro-Trump people were desperate to believe that someone, something, would ride to the rescue, save the nation from the fraud we're all under, and set things right. They said it would be through some secret military tribunals in GITMO. They said it would be through some lawsuit. They said it would be done by some Intelligence officials. . . . or military members . . . . or . . . . . someone . . . . ANYONE!!!!!

 

And each time their hope dwindled, they were given some new thread of Hopium to keep them docile a little longer:

Well, surprise, surprise . . . . It didn't happen.

 

No Trump.

 

No John Kennedy, Jr..

 

No Kennedy Family.

 

The entire thing was a complete, total, fraud.

 

QAnon has been intentionally, deliberately, misleading these poor, gullible, people for an entire year. Today, QAnon made fools out of all of them. Publicly.

 

Every single person who believed this nonsense, has been totally embarrassed, humiliated, and punk'd. Treated like garbage and made to look like a fool in front of the entire world!

 

In my opinion, this is what happens when people are too cowardly to stand up, pick up guns, and go kill the people who stole the election. I'm not asking anyone to go do that, and I have no intention of doing that. I am simply OBSERVING the reality.

 

Until something like a mass slaughter happens, it also seems to me those same people and their apparatchiks will keep coming back to make fools out of you again, and again, and again.

 

And until the people who have been deceived, decide for themselves to hunt down, ambush, and intentionally kill the people who have done this to them, they will KEEP DOING IT. Again, I am not asking anyone to actually go do that, and I have no intention of doing that myself, I'm merely OBSERVING the reality.

 

But the Trump people won't do what's necessary. They won't stand up for their own stolen vote. They won't stand up for their stolen Presidency. They won't stand up for their stolen country. Their lives are too comfy. They don't value freedom enough to get up and fight for it . . . or for themselves.

 

And as much as I hate to admit it; that's ME too. My life is too comfy to throw it all away on some crazed killing spree. I love my wife and family. I don't want to throw all that away, and I won't.

 

The Trump Anon believers want SOMEBODY ELSE to do it for them.

 

Well, I've said this before and I will say it again now: Nobody is coming to save them/us. Nobody is coming to save the country.

 

If you want something done, you gotta do it yourself. And until someone (but not me) decides that it is finally time to throw away all the comforts of this life, and brutally slaughter the people who are doing all these things, (and by "slaughter" I mean exactly that) then all these things will continue, unabated, to the destruction of our country and our oh-so-comfy lives.

 

The people who have been so horribly duped, made fools of for a year . . . might consider starting their corrective hunt, by starting with QAnon. But again, that's THEIR choice, not mine. I'm just offering my opinion.

It was sexual abuse. Before I describe those so-called massages, let me say: these are the facts. Epstein touched the teenage girls with equipmentโ€ฆ He sometimes penetratedโ€ฆ The defendant helped Epstein find those girls, for so-called massages. They lured their victims with a promise of a brighter future then destroyed their lives. The defendant was jet-setting in private planes.

 

So what happened to Jane? You will hear from her. Someone from Epstein's office invited her to Epstein's house. He told her mother he was offering a scholarship. Jane was 14 - a kid. Epstein was in his early 40s, the defendant in her early 30s. Jane traveled to New York to Epstein's mansion, where he abused her. She was not the only one. You will learn about multiple girls during the course of this trial. You will learn about a 16 year old girl who traveled to the ranch in New Mexico.

 

The defendant told the girl she was going to give her a massage. But she touched her elsewhere. The girl was 16 years old. There's a 17 year old, spotted in a parking lot. The driver pulled over. [Maxwell puts on her glasses and jots down notes]

 

They moved beyond scholarships and moved on to a pyramid scheme of abuse. They encouraged girls to bring other girls, for extra cash. The defendant knew exactly what she was doing. Ghislaine Maxwell will challenge claims that she groomed underage girls for the convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein to sexually abuse. According to a letter by her lawyer, the British socialite's defense will say her accusers might have faulty memories. The letter says that leading experts in psychiatry and memory would be brought in to testify in her defense. Ms Maxwell, 59, has pleaded not guilty to all the charges against her. She has been in a New York jail since her arrest in July last year, awaiting the trial which will begin on 29 November and last six weeks. The letter, written by Ms Maxwell's lawyer Jeffrey Pagliuca, gives a first glimpse at what her legal team are hoping to use to defend her in court.

 

Elizabeth Loftus, a psychologist specialising in false memory, is one of the experts they are hoping to call. She has testified in more than 300 trials, including those for high-profile defendants such as Harvey Weinstein, Ted Bundy and OJ Simpson. According to her profile on the UCI School of Social Ecology, Ms Loftus' research has revealed how memories can be changed by things we are told and information we subtly absorb after an event. "She will describe scientific research showing that false memories can be described with confidence, detail, and emotion, just like true memories," the letter reads. Another expert the defence wants to use is leading forensic psychiatrist Park Dietz, who has 40 years experience and has been part of more than 1,000 evaluations of allegations of sexual abuse, according to the letter. Mr Dietz would testify that building the trust of the accusers did not automatically imply they would be abused.

 

He would also argue that there is no consistent definition for the term "grooming", and therefore no empirical evidence that Ms Maxwell committed "grooming-by-proxy" by allegedly arranging sexualized massages for Epstein. Mr Dietz would testify that Epstein, "like many people who achieve great power and wealth" created and exploited a "halo effect to surround himself with people who would serve his needs". Ms Maxwell, the daughter of media mogul Robert Maxwell, has been accused of helping to recruit and groom four underage girls for Epstein to abuse from 1994 to 2004, and also charged with sex trafficking. Epstein killed himself in a New York prison cell on 10 August as he awaited his trial on sex trafficking charges.

According to a memo obtained by ABC News, the enforcement delay should last for the next 6 weeks, which would allow federal workers to keep their jobs until sometime in January. The new policy has not yet been publicly announced and comes at the same time the Biden regime is using the federal government to compel private employers to adopt and enforce vaccine mandates of their own โ€“ especially with the advent of the โ€˜newly discoveredโ€™ Covid variant Omicron.

 

Biden was even trotted out to the podium earlier today to cry wolf and stoke the mediaโ€™s flames about the โ€œdangerโ€ Omicron poses, mumbling something about needing to vaccinate the entire world in order to save humanity from a virus that has an overall 99.5-99.9% recovery rate โ€“ a la the flu.

 

Apparently when Biden says โ€œthe worldโ€ he doesnโ€™t mean workers in the federal government.

 

Because just like earlier strains of the manufactured China virus, it only poses a risk at certain times, in certain places, or for certain political reasons. Omicron will apparently leave you alone for the next few weeks if you are a federal worker, but it is deadly right now for anyone else out there โ€“ so take your vaccines, ScIeNcE says itโ€™s for your health!

The feds began laying out their case against the fallen 59-year-old British socialite, charging that she coaxed and manipulated children to satisfy Epsteinโ€™s sick sexual desires and secure her position of wealth and power. โ€œThe defendant and Epstein lured their victims with the promise of a brighter future โ€” only to sexually exploit them and forever change their lives,โ€ Assistant US Attorney Lara Pomerantz told jurors. Maxwell โ€” who has been locked up since her July 2020 arrest โ€” stands accused of helping Epstein to โ€œrecruit, groom and ultimately abuseโ€ girls as young as 14, according to the indictment against her. โ€œShe put them at ease and made them feel safe, all so they could be abused by a middle-aged man,โ€ Pomerantz said. โ€œThe defendant helped Epstein find those girls,โ€ the prosecutor continued. โ€œShe knew exactly what was going to happen.

The six counts Maxwell faces โ€” including sex-trafficking of minors โ€” stem from the allegations of four women who say they were abused by Epstein and Maxwell between 1994 and 2004 when they were teenagers. Prosecutors allege that Maxwell, the youngest child of late publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell, groomed the teens knowing they would be preyed on by her ex-boyfriend and best buddy โ€” and even took part in the abuse. Pomerantz detailed how Maxwell and Epstein allegedly devised a ruse to lure teen girls to โ€œmassage roomsโ€ in several of his homes. โ€œWhat was happening inside those massage rooms was not a massage, it was sexual abuse,โ€ the prosecutor said. As Pomerantz described the abuse inflicted on the alleged victims, she warned jurors about the graphic, disturbing nature of their expected testimony. โ€œI know this is hard to hear, but these are the facts of the case. This is what happened to these children,โ€ she said. Set to testify are the four alleged victims, as well as former employees of Epstein, who killed himself in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.

 

US Marshals escorted Maxwell, who wore a cream sweater and black pants, into the courtroom at around 8:30 a.m. The start of her trial drew a mass of media, who arrived at dawn in an effort to snag a seat inside the courtroom or in one of the overflow rooms equipped with live video and audio feeds of the proceedings. Joining them were members of the public, including alleged victims of the depraved duo like Sarah Ransome, who sued them both in 2017 for forcing her into sex acts in 2006 and 2007, when she was in her 20s. Her federal lawsuit was settled a year later. โ€œI never thought this day would come,โ€ Ransome told reporters outside the courthouse Monday morning. One of Maxwellโ€™s three sisters, Isabel, and Lisa Bloom, the attorney representing some of Epsteinโ€™s alleged victims, were also spotted arriving at the Lower Manhattan courthouse. โ€œWe encourage everyone to allow the evidence to unfold in court and to exercise restraint and respect for the administration of criminal justice,โ€

Sternheim also took aim at the four alleged victims, claiming that the case would revolve around โ€œmemory, manipulation and money.โ€ โ€œIn many regards, he was like a 21st Century James Bond. His mystery has stirred interest,โ€ she said about Epstein. โ€œHis accusers have shaken the money tree and millions of dollars have fallen their way.โ€ Until his July 2019 arrest, the sick financier had skirted federal sex-trafficking charges because of a secret 2008 deal with the Justice Department that allowed him to plead guilty to state charges in Florida instead and serve just 13 months in prison. Maxwell, who holds American, French and British citizenship, has repeatedly been denied bail while awaiting trial. Her lawyers have argued that she has been subjected to horrific conditions in the Metropolitan Detention Center, including sexual abuse by guards during daily pat-down searches.

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews is one step closer to passing his controversial pandemic bill after securing the crucial vote of an independent MP.

 

Transport Matters MP Rod Barton will vote in favour of the Pandemic Management Bill as long as Mr Andrews agrees to have his public health orders reviewed by a parliamentary committee, The Herald Sun reported.

 

The pair agreed the committee will need to be chaired by a crossbench or Opposition MP to make sure it is independent from the state's ruling party.

 

The bill would give the premier the right to declare a pandemic and enforce lockdown restrictions - powers that so far only lie with the chief health officer.

 

Transport Infrastructure Minister Jacinta Allan on Monday said the emergence of the new hyper-contagious Omicron strain justified the need for the new legislation.

 

'Negotiations are continuing and are likely to continue for the next couple of days,' Ms Allan said.

 

'What we've seen over the last 24 to 48 hours with the emergence of the Omicron strain of the virus is that more than ever, we need this modern pandemic framework to keep Victorians safe.'

 

Mr Andrews has also reportedly agreed to let an independent panel review pandemic detention decisions made by the government to secure Mr Barton's vote.

'Laptop from Hell' Affirms Joe Biden Is the 'Big Man,' Expected 10% Cut from Deal with Chinese Giant

 

The New York Postโ€™s October 2020 bombshell report of emails from Hunter Bidenโ€™s abandoned laptop should have upended the presidential election and delivered victory to then-President Donald Trump over Joe Biden.

The New York Post has been publishing excerpts from a forthcoming book that details the information gleaned from the notorious laptop.

 

The latest passage from โ€œLaptop from Hellโ€ by Post columnist Miranda Devine focuses on Joe and Hunter Bidenโ€™s involvement in a business deal with a Chinese company that was closely tied to the Chinese Communist Party from which the family expected to profit handsomely.

 

It affirms earlier reports that our current president was โ€œthe Big Guyโ€ implicated in the emails found on his sonโ€™s laptop and that he was expecting a 10 percent cut from the deal.

 

The excerpt published Monday begins May 2, 2017, in the bar of the Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills, California, where Hunter, his Uncle Jim (Joe Bidenโ€™s younger brother) and new business partner Tony Bobulinski sit waiting for Joe Biden to show up. The purpose of the meeting is for Joe Biden to โ€œvetโ€ Bobulinski, a third-generation Navy veteran and Democratic donor.

 

Hunter Biden tells Bobulinski, โ€œWe will not go into any detail about the business. I just want my dad to be comfortable with you.โ€

 

The Bidens never want Joe to know the intimate details of any deal, according to the excerpt.

 

In fact, when Bobulinski asks Jim Biden the next day if heโ€™s worried that they may get caught in any of their influence-peddling schemes, he says heโ€™s not because Joe Biden never knows the details and thus can maintain โ€œplausible deniability.โ€

 

Joe Biden shows up and after speaking with Bobulinski, says that he trusts him.
