On Sunday, CNN host of Reliable Sources Brian Stelter told viewers that makers of memes regarding President Joe Biden.

"Disproving viral tweets is different than debunking a TV ad. Combating meme makers is different than rebutting newspaper columnists. And the memes are pretty powerful sometimes," said Stelter. "My suburban grocery stores never had empty shelves like that.

 

"But the messaging here saying that Biden is to blame for anything bad about the economy. It is clearly sticking to some degree," he continued.

Social media has taken to censoring memes with an increasing pace under the Biden administration. Most recently, the now widespread Let's Go Brandon meme born from a mishearing at a NASCAR race has had rap video banned from Youtube for spreading "medical misinformation.

"Let's Go Brandon" by Bryson Gray was banned from both Youtube and Instagram, with Youtube claiming that the song violated the platform’s policy.

It takes jabs at President Joe Biden's handling on the withdrawal from Afghanistan, as well as his administration's handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I am not against POTUS I just can't hear him right now

it pretty much sounds the same to me and so I can't hear it

Specifically, Maxwell has been charged with enticing a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts; transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity; conspiracy charges related to both of those; sex trafficking of a minor; and sex trafficking conspiracy. This is a very good question! From records, we can count at least six:

 

A now-deregistered Boeing 727 that seats nearly 200. The initials β€œGM” show up on the flight manifests for lots and lots of flights between 1999 to 2002. Maxwell flew multiple times a month with and without Epstein.

A 20-seat 2007 Gulfstream G550

A 10-seat 2001 Bell helicopter

A 14-seat 2008 Sikorsky (Keystone) S-76 helicopter. They like to call this one β€œAir Ghislaine.”

The helicopters were needed because Little St. James, the 75-or-so-acre private island owned by Epstein in the U.S. Virgin Islands, was only equipped with a helipad. (Epstein eventually bought the island next door as well, to create more of a barrier to the outside world.) Fantasia Holdings Group said a major subsidiary was facing a wind-up petition filed by its creditors, which could force the debt-ridden Chinese developer into insolvency.

 

The Shenzhen-based developer said in a stock exchange filing on Thursday evening that the petition was related to a US$149 million loan of which Fantasia Investment Holdings was a guarantor.

 

It is the first time that a wind-up petition related to offshore debts has been filed against a mainland developer or its subsidiaries.

 

"The company will seek legal advice to protect its legal rights and interests and take all necessary measures including maintaining a constructive dialogue with the petitioner to address the matter," Fantasia said in the filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange. "Further announcement will be made by the Company as and when appropriate."

 

It did not reveal the names of the creditors that filed the petition.

 

A wind-up petition seeks to persuade the courts to force a debtor to liquidate its assets for the repayment of loans and is usually a last resort after other avenues have been exhausted.

 

"The case will fuel concerns about the developer's fate," said Wang Feng, chairman of Shanghai-based financial services company Ye Lang Capital. "More importantly, it is a fresh sign that international investors are increasingly worried about mainland developers' asset quality and business prospects."

 

Shares of Fantasia fell 4.4 cent in morning trading on Friday to 32.5 HK cents (5 US cents).

 

Fantasia, a builder of high-end residential projects and luxury apartments in mainland cities like Beijing and Wuhan, was founded in 1996 by Zeng Jie, the niece of former vice-president Zeng Qinghong.

 

Last month, it failed to repay a US$205.7 million bond due on October 4, and the company said there was no guarantee that it would be able to meet its other financial obligations.

 

Fantasia is one of at least six Chinese developers struggling with vast debt that have either defaulted or asked investors to wait longer for repayment.

 

The company is also grappling with a sharp fall in sales.

 

Last week, it said sales of housing contracts for October were down 62 per cent from a year ago at 2.11 billion yuan.
