Anyone seeing what I am seeing this morning?

If you look at the US Marshal's poster it indicates James Crumbley has brown eyes. In the photo it looks like he has brown eyes. However if you pull up the image at Oakland Sheriff's Department. They look Hazel.

Anyone else seeing this?
