My employer is trying to force me to answer where I am vaxed. there are two options Yes I am vaxed or No I am not vaxed or do not want to disclose my vax status. If is say No I am supposed to be tested weekly but since I work at home, testing appears to not apply. Since I have not been in to the office for almost two years it is hard to see how they can say I would need to come back to work physically.
From what I understand of the law, employers can ask if you are vaccinated but can not force you to answer. Are they really of the hook because you can say you do not wish to answer? Since they are conflating No and I don't want to tell you, isn't that forcing an answer?
From what I understand, a written reprimand is being created.
Any thought on if this is worth fitting and if so how to fight it?
