If there’s one important lesson people should have learned over the last five years, it’s to never listen to a Trump ever again. FDA Says It Now Needs 75 Years to Fully Release Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Data

The Food and Drug Administration is asking a judge to give it 75 years to produce data concerning the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine, up 20 years from a previous request.

 

The agency, known as the FDA, told the court it can work faster than its previously proposed 500-pages-per-month-rate. But it also said there are over 59,000 more pages than mentioned in an earlier filing.

 

That discovery, and a desire to make sure it can work on other Freedom of Information Act requests at the same time, prompted the fresh request to the judge to allow production of roughly 12,000 pages by Jan. 31, 2022, and 500 pages per month thereafter.

 

That timeline would take it until at least 2096, Aaron Siri, a lawyer working on the case, said in a blog post.

 

“If you find what you are reading difficult to believe—that is because it is dystopian for the government to give Pfizer billions, mandate Americans to take its product, prohibit Americans from suing for harms, but yet refuse to let Americans see the data underlying its licensure,” Siri said.

 

The case was brought on behalf of the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, which said the FDA was not complying with its request for data in a timely manner.

 

The group includes Dr. Carole Browner, a research professor at the University of California, Los Angeles’ David Geffen School of Medicine; Peter Doshi, an associate professor at the University of Maryland’s School of Pharmacy, and Dr. Harvey Risch, a professor of epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health.

 

The group says that the data should be made public quickly because the FDA spent just 108 days reviewing it before granting emergency use authorization to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

 

The matter is more urgent because millions of Americans are being mandated to take the shot or face repercussions, such as a loss of access to businesses and termination.

 

The Pfizer jab is the only one that has been approved by drug regulators. Approvals mean products have met a higher threshold of safety and effectiveness than those given emergency clearance.

 

“The entire purpose of FOIA is government transparency. In multiple recent cases, in upholding the FOIA’s requirement to ‘make the records promptly available,’ courts have required agencies, including the FDA, to produce 10,000 or more pages per month, and those cases did not involve a request nearly this important–i.e., the data underlying licensure of a liability-free product that the federal government requires nearly all Americans to receive,” Siri said.

 

“As the present pandemic rages on, independent review of these documents by outside scientists is urgently needed to assist with addressing the shortcomings and issues with the response to the pandemic to date.”

 

The FDA said its Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research maintains the records sought by the plaintiff but only has 10 staff members, and two of them are new, leaving them slower in processing pages than the other workers.

 

Each line of each page must be reviewed to ensure proper redactions are applied, the filing says.

 

Additionally, a faster rate than that requested would divert “significant resources away from the processing of other FOIA requests that are also in litigation,” and requests that came in before the request in question, the agency said, adding, “In sum, FDA’s proposed processing schedule is fair to plaintiff.”

Side Effects From COVID-19 Vaccines Are Difficult to Distinguish From Early Symptoms of Virus: Study

Post-COVID-19 vaccination side effects cannot be clearly differentiated from the early symptoms of the virus, according to new findings led by researchers at King’s College London and published last week in the eClinical Medicine journal.

 

Researchers who conducted the study, titled “Disentangling post-vaccination symptoms from early COVID-19” noted that “some individuals experience systemic symptoms post-vaccination, which overlap with COVID-19 symptoms.”

 

Scientists sought to differentiate the two by comparing early post-vaccination symptoms in individuals who subsequently tested positive or negative for SARS-CoV-2, using data from the COVID Symptom Study (CSS) app, formerly the COVID Symptom Tracker, an epidemiological research mobile app developed in the United Kingdom.

 

The study analyzed data from 362,770 UK users of the CSS App aged between 16–90 years who had been vaccinated between Dec. 8, 2020 and May 17, 2021, and who subsequently reported at least one symptom associated with COVID-19 within the first seven days of vaccination, other than local symptoms at the injection site.

 

Of these, 14,842 people took a PCR or lateral flow test, and 150 people (1 percent) subsequently reported being positive for the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, which causes the disease COVID-19.

 

In order to identify the differences between early COVID-19 and post-vaccination side effects, researchers used machine learning models to review a comprehensive list of 28 symptoms associated with the virus, including headaches, nausea, diarrhea, and fatigue, among others.

 

They also analyzed the data using just the three core symptoms emphasized by the UK’s National Health Service: a high temperature, new continuous cough, and loss or change in sense of smell or taste.

 

Researchers said that the machine learning models found it difficult to differentiate between symptoms in people who were diagnosed with COVID-19 and symptoms due to having received the shots with “clinical robustness,” unless a test was taken.

 

“Differentiating post-vaccination side-effects alone from early COVID-19 was challenging, with a sensitivity in identification of individuals testing positive of 0.6 at best. Most of these individuals did not have a fever, persistent cough, or anosmia/dysosmia, requisite symptoms for accessing UK testing; and many only had systemic symptoms commonly seen post-vaccination in individuals negative for SARS-CoV-2 (headache, myalgia, and fatigue),” researchers wrote.

 

Researchers noted that individuals who present systemic symptoms post-vaccination should be tested for COVID-19 or self isolate to prevent community spread.

 

“In conclusion, post-vaccination symptoms cannot be distinguished with clinical confidence from early SARS-CoV-2 infection,” the scientists wrote. “Our study highlights the critical importance of testing symptomatic individuals—even if recently vaccinated—to ensure early detection of SARS-CoV-2 infection and help prevent future waves of COVID-19.”

 

However, scientists noted that they “could not conduct a fair statistical analysis of symptoms after first vs. second vaccination for symptom profiling, given the very small numbers of infected individuals presenting after second vaccination.”

 

They are also considering using a more complex model to improve the current results, noting that their current sample size limited the use of such models.

 

“Were a larger dataset to be available, we agree this would be a potential approach,” they wrote.

 

Three COVID-19 vaccines—Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca, and Moderna—are currently being used in the UK.

 

According to the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), more than 1 in 10 people can suffer minor adverse reactions to the vaccines including pain at the injection site, fatigue, headache, myalgia (muscle pains), chills, arthralgia (joint pains), and fever.

 

However, the agency states that these reactions are typically mild or moderate and resolve within a few days, adding that they are usually reported less frequently in those aged 55 or above than in younger people.

 

The findings come shortly after the discovery of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, which is now in 38 countries. No deaths have so far been reported from the new variant, which was first found in South Africa.

 

There are currently 437 confirmed cases of Omicron in the UK, official figures show.

When it comes to COVID, the overall rate of death is in the tenths of a percent in the most vulnerable population. Headlines about Republicans killing off their voter base are simply scaremongering in the decimal points using relative instead of absolute risk. The real rate of death under age 50 for COVID is “indistinguishable from zero” according to the weekly British monitoring service.

 

Randomized controlled trials have proven that IVM reduces COVID deaths even better than the vaccine. The state of Uttar Pradesh in India used IVM to wipe out COVID for 241 million people. But those people in Washington’s red counties were ruled by Dark Lord Inslee, making IVM and HCQ unavailable. No medical discussion can be complete without these alternatives.

 

Masks Don’t Help

 

I feel like I’m beating a dead horse here, but facts are facts. We have dozens of surveillance studies that show that the general public wearing masks has no effect on the transmission of airborne viruses. You either have an easy-to-breathe-through cloth diaper that doesn’t filter or an expensive disposable diaper that filters but that you breathe around. Neither one has any useful effect. A recent study supposedly shows that masks work, but it has so many (scientific) holes that it simply doesn’t hold water.

 

COVID is a Mild Disease (if you treat it!)

 

COVID is one of those mild diseases that sends sick people over the edge because they don’t need much of a shove. But for healthy people to die of it, they must be kept away from effective drugs like IVM and HCQ. Having prevented treatment, the Quixotic Quislings of Quarantine can then claim that COVID is far worse than it actually is.

 

With any of the proven protocols for those drugs, COVID is no worse than the flu. But the billions available in the COVID lottery are so large that it’s hard for anyone to remember that the task of a doctor is to treat the sick, not to keep them away from treatment because they didn’t get a shot that is less effective than the $8 India spent.

 

Parting Thoughts

 

The COVID pandemic is a man-caused disaster, and I’m not talking about how the bug was created. In the earliest days, we didn’t know how to treat it but within a couple of months effective HCQ protocols were available. Those protocols, though, contradicted the bureaucrats at NIH/CDC/LSD who were married to their own approach of lockdown, distance, and vaccinate – unless you are one of the elites. They were the smartest people in the room, and anyone who contradicted them was the spawn of the devil.

 

We have extremely effective protocols that anyone who gets sick should be able to use, but those bureaucrats can punish anyone who prescribes one of them. In short, we are in a concentration camp from sea to shining sea.

Prosecutors in San Diego charged at least seven self-described anti-fascists in connection with eight assaults that occurred in January during a pro-Trump "Patriot March" in Pacific Beach.

 

Those arraigned earlier this week in San Diego Superior Court were part of a larger group arrested last week in raids conducted by police officers and sheriff's deputies across Southern California. Prosecutors says the defendants are "self-identified to be affiliated with Anti-fascists or Antifa."

 

The defendants are being tried for, among other things, conspiracy to commit a riot. According to the criminal complaint, the Antifa activists involved in this case began their criminal conspiracy one week before the Pacific Beach clash.

 

They are accused of using pepper spray, small flag poles, sticks, and other items to attack the Trump supporting crowd on the streets and boardwalk near Crystal Pier.

 

Many of the crimes members of the group are being accused of were captured on video, including one man who pepper sprayed a dog and its owner. That man, Jeremy Jonathan White, 39, has been charged with conspiracy, assault with a deadly weapon, use of tear gas not in self-defense and animal cruelty.

Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate Halted Nationwide

A federal judge in Georgia has halted President Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors. Judge R. Stan Baker found that President Biden exceeded his authority under the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act (“FPASA”) when he issued the mandate. Here is a link to Judge Baker’s order: Order Halting Mandate Nationwide. Last week, I wrote about a similar order issued by Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove that halted the federal contractor mandate in Tennessee, Kentucky and Ohio. I predicted that “the Georgia judge could use Judge Van Tatenhove’s order as a roadmap for a similar injunction.” That prediction came true. Although Judge Baker’s decision is not a word-for-word copy of the earlier order, it is virtually identical in substance and layout. Judge Baker’s order is encapsulated in the following sentence:

 

The Court finds that Plaintiffs have a likelihood of proving that Congress, through the language it used, did not clearly authorize the President to issue the kind of mandate contained in EO 14042, as EO 14042 goes far beyond addressing administrative and management issues in order to promote efficiency and economy in procurement and contracting, and instead, in application, works as a regulation of public health, which is not clearly authorized under the Procurement Act.

 

Like Judge Van Tatenhove, Judge Baker was also required to determine the geographic scope for his order. The original plaintiffs (suing parties) were the States of Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, South Carolina, Utah and West Virginia; the governors of several of those states; and various state agencies, including the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. And, if those were the only plaintiffs, Judge Baker might have limited the scope of his order to those states. But, before issuing his ruling on the injunction, Judge Baker allowed a new party, Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (“ABC”), to join the case opposing the mandate. Because ABC is a trade organization with members throughout the county, Judge Baker found that his injunction needed to have nationwide applicability.

 

So what does this mean for federal contractors?

 

At a minimum, Judge Baker’s injunction gives some breathing room to federal contractors struggling to comply with the vaccine mandate. At least for right now, the mandate is on hold. But, for how long?

 

Judge Baker’s order will certainly be appealed to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in the next few days. For example, the government appealed Judge Van Tatenhove’s order within three days. The government will ask Judge Baker, and then the Eleventh Circuit, for an emergency order halting the nationwide injunction. In short, the Eleventh Circuit could “reactivate” the mandate pending appeal.

 

We can glean some guidance on timing from a recent series of events in the State of Florida’s challenge to the mandate issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) for health care facilities: Florida v. Department of Health and Human Services, No. 21-14098-JJ, 2021 WL 5768796 (Dec. 6, 2021). Florida filed a lawsuit and asked for a preliminary injunction halting the CMS mandate. But, in that case, a federal judge in Florida issued an order refusing the injunction on November 20, 2021. Florida appealed on November 24, 2021 and asked the Eleventh Circuit for an emergency ruling implementing the injunction. On December 6, 2021, a divided three-judge panel of the Eleventh Circuit entered an order rejecting that emergency motion.

 

In summary, the Eleventh Circuit issued an order within twelve days in the Florida CMS case. So, it is probably reasonable to expect a similar timeframe when the government appeals Judge Baker’s order.

What can we expect when the Eleventh Circuit rules? The answer to that question largely depends on the judges assigned to the three-judge panel that will review Judge Baker’s order. In the Florida case, Judge Rosenbaum and Judge Jill Pryor spent a large part of their opinion criticizing a case issued by a judge in Louisiana (part of the Fifth Circuit) implementing a nationwide injunction while the Eleventh Circuit appeal was pending. The opinion in the Florida case can be found here: Florida v. HHS. Judge Rosenbaum and Judge Pryor clearly thought that the Louisiana judge should not have entered a nationwide mandate, but instead limited his injunction to the parties before him, who were states. Presumably, this is why Judge Baker added ABC as a party to his lawsuit — as part of an effort to establish that at least one the parties before him has nationwide interests.

 

Nevertheless, there is a possibility that the panel reviewing Judge Baker’s order might follow Judge Rosenbam and Judge Pryor’s lead and overturn at least the nationwide aspect of Judge Baker’s order. If that happens, however, it is possible that the injunction might remain in place for the States before Judge Baker: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, South Carolina, Kansas, Utah and West Virginia.

 

Conclusion

 

This constantly evolving situation remains clear-as-mud. Right now, it looks like federal contractors in Alabama have at least a two-week reprieve from compliance with the vaccine mandate. New Delhi (CNN)India's top military official was killed Wednesday when an Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopter carrying 14 people crashed in southern India, the IAF confirmed, with only one survivor.

 

Chief of Defense Staff Gen. Bipin Rawat died along with his wife, Madhulika Rawat, the IAF said via Twitter. He had been in the post for almost two years.

The helicopter, which had a crew of four, crashed near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu state while en route from Sulur to the town of Wellington in Tamil Nadu, the IAF said.

The survivor, Group Capt. Varun Singh, is being treated for his injuries at the Military Hospital in Wellington, the IAF said.

The cause of the crash is not yet known. The IAF said "an inquiry has been ordered to ascertain the cause of the accident."

A newConstitutional Conventionbeing proposed by some Republicans to do something about the overreach of the federal government and the decline of our nation. Essentially new amendments to stop current government overreach would be proposed and 2/3 of states would have to approve the convention proposals. I can’t see that happening unless there’s a huge red wave in 2022. Not only do we need a red wave, but we’d have to overcome the inevitable fraud as well. This could be huge, but it’s a daunting challenge.

“If it comes to the President’s desk, he will veto it,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters during the daily press briefing.

 

Reporters asked Psaki about Democrat support for the effort, including vocal support from Sens. Jon Tester (D-MT) and Joe Manchin (D-WV).

 

Psaki described supporters of the measure as members of the “anti-vaccine” crowd, who should be stopped.

 

“We certainly hope the Senate — Congress — will stand up to the anti-vaccine and testing crowd, and we’re going to continue to work to implement these,” she replied.

 

The Senate is expected to vote on a fast-track resolution using the Congressional Review Act, sponsored by Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN), to disapprove of Biden’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration rule requiring all businesses over 100 employees to level a vaccine mandate or regular testing.

 

“I got to believe a few of them [Democrats] are going to say, ‘Wait. Do I want to buy into more of this craziness, or do I want to get reelected?’” Braun told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview. “So it’ll put them all on record.”

 

Tester said he supported blocking the vaccine mandate because of feedback he got from the business community.

 

“Over the past few months, I’ve repeatedly heard concerns from Montana’s small business and community leaders about the negative effect the private business vaccine mandate will have on their bottom lines and our state’s economy,” he said in a statement announcing his support for the resolution.

 

Manchin also cited the burden on business as a reason why he supported the Republican effort.

 

“Let me be clear, I do not support any government vaccine mandate on private businesses,” Manchin said in a statement. “That’s why I have cosponsored and will strongly support a bill to overturn the federal government vaccine mandate for private businesses.”

 

Legal losses for Biden’s mandate continue piling up in the courts.

My employer is trying to force me to answer where I am vaxed. there are two options Yes I am vaxed or No I am not vaxed or do not want to disclose my vax status. If is say No I am supposed to be tested weekly but since I work at home, testing appears to not apply. Since I have not been in to the office for almost two years it is hard to see how they can say I would need to come back to work physically.

From what I understand of the law, employers can ask if you are vaccinated but can not force you to answer. Are they really of the hook because you can say you do not wish to answer? Since they are conflating No and I don't want to tell you, isn't that forcing an answer?

From what I understand, a written reprimand is being created.

Any thought on if this is worth fitting and if so how to fight it?

New CDC report finds increase in autism, with 1 in 44 8-year-olds diagnosed

 

The rate of 8-year-olds in the United States diagnosed with autism rose in 2018, to about 1 in 44, according to data tracked by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention - an increaseattributed to better access to early interventions that result in morecomprehensive identification of the condition.

 

A March 2020 report from the CDC estimated that 1 in 54 8-year-olds had received an autism diagnosis. Between the release of that report and the findings presented this month, the prevalence of autism increased from about 1.9% to 2.3% of children in that age group.

 

The substantial progress in early identification is good news because the earlier that children are identified with autism, the sooner they can be connected to services and support," Karen Remley, director of CDC's National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities, said in a statement. "Accessing these services at younger ages can help children do better in school and have a better quality of life."

 

The federal agency collects data from 11 communities in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Tennessee, Utah and Wisconsin. Though those communities are not a representative sample of the U.S. population, researchers have tracked changes in autism prevalence in those areas since 2000 to understand the developmental condition over time.

 

The latest report found that autism rates varied greatly throughout the United States. California had the highest incidence rate, with 1 in 26 8-year-olds receiving a diagnosis. Missouri had the lowest rate, with 1 in 60 children in that age group assessed with the condition. The report said those differences may reflect how communities identify children with autism, because some regions have more services for children with autism and their families.

 

Andy Shih, interim chief science officer at the advocacy group Autism Speaks, agreed that regional differences may be tied to more robust services in some of the 11 locations studied by the CDC, which tend to draw families seeking treatment options for their children.

 

"We often hear about parents moving to a state where it's easier for them to access services and regular support," Shih said.

 

Some experts caution that the way the CDC collects data could skew the numbers and make it seem like autism is more common than it is. Developmental psychologist Bryna Siegel warned that the CDC is likely overcounting autism cases in many places.

 

In some states, an autism diagnosis is often a path to affordable services for a child with special needs. That dynamic can create an ethical dilemma for doctors who want to help families find services to improve a child's quality of life.

 

"If a child gets a diagnosis of a language disorder, maybe he'll get group speech therapy once a week when he goes to Head Start, but if you say that he has autism, he might get home-based one-to-one applied behavior analysis services for 25 hours a week," said Siegel, executive director of the Autism Center of Northern California, an assessment clinic that provides services to children with autism. "And, truthfully, any kid is going to do better with 25 hours a week of one-to-one service than with a 20-minute group speech therapy session each week."

 

Because doctors want to connect patients with the best services available, they may be inclined to justify an autism diagnosis so that children can get access to the services that come with it.

According to the investigative records recently obtained by several outlets, experts believe that the couple likely died while trying to save their daughter and themselves.

 

"All the evidence kept pointing back to heat exposure and lack of water," investigators said in records released to The San Francisco Chronicle under California public records laws.

 

The temperature was 76 degrees on Aug. 15, ​​the alleged day of their hike, but later peaked at 109 — and investigators said ground temperatures would likely have been higher due to a lack of shade, The Chronicle reported.

Don't take the KJV lightly many scholars work on an interpretation.

“Let there be light.” “My brother’s keeper.” “Fight the good fight.” A number of the most well-known phrases in the English language originated not in novels, plays, or poems but in a seminal translation of the Bible, the King James Version (KJV), which was published in 1611 at the behest of King James I of England. It is likely the most famous translation of the bible and was the standard English Bible for nearly three centuries. Many people think that it’s so named because James had a hand in writing it, but that’s not the case. As king, James was also the head of the Church of England, and he had to approve of the new English translation of the Bible, which was also dedicated to him.

 

So if James didn’t write it, who did? To begin with, there’s no single author. One individual—Richard Bancroft, the archbishop of Canterbury—was notable for having the role of overseer of the project, something akin to a modern editor of a collection of short stories. The actual translating (writing) of the KJV was done by a committee of 47 scholars and clergymen over the course of many years. So we cannot say for certain which individual wrote a given passage.

 

One person who most assuredly did not write the KJV, although he had been long rumored to have done so, is William Shakespeare. There is no evidence that Shakespeare participated in the project, and, while both his works and the KJV are among the greatest literary feats of all time, his elaborate metaphor-heavy style and that of the KJV (which has minimalist and direct text) are vastly different. Moreover, there is little reason to believe that a group of 17th-century religious leaders would welcome a prominent playwright into their midst when theater at the time was widely thought—by devout Britons, at least—to be immoral.

Experts analyzed data on 7.2 million US adults and found regular users had a 69 percent lower chance of being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s over the next six years. They are planning a fresh study to test the benefits of sildenafil — the generic version of Viagra — in early Alzheimer’s patients. A team from Cleveland Clinic looked at whether any of 1,600 approved drugs could be repurposed to tackle the underlying causes of the disease.

 

Cleveland Clinic’s Genomic Medicine Institute, said: “Sildenafil, which has been shown to significantly improve cognition and memory in preclinical models, presented as the best drug candidate.

 

“Sildenafil may have neuroprotective effects and reduce levels of toxic tau proteins.” Around 850,000 Brits currently have the brain-wasting disease — and the figure is expected to hit 1 million within a decade.

I woke up this morning and the @TrackerTrial account on Twitter was suspended. All the other accounts that I have made in the past were also suspended. This was the only note that I received.

 

The @TrackerTrial account was the largest account on Twitter that specifically tracked the Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein trial.

 

According to Twitter’s rules, apparently the account was “artificially” amplifying information. I am not sure what I was “amplifying” and how I was doing that.

 

-The account got insane engagement, which by the way, was all organic. There was not outside amplification. The people wanted to hear the truth about the Ghislaine Maxwell, and Jeffrey Epstein trial and the engagement numbers showed that.There were hundreds of millions in impressions and an account that went from zero to over 525,000 followers in a couple of weeks. All we did was report information from the trial that the mainstream media was failing to do.

 

Going forward we will continue to report on the trial and all forms of big government and corporate corruption. This is just the beginning. We have appealed to Twitter for a possible lift of the suspension, but it is likely we will never hear from them.

 

Big tech has gotten too powerful, and they can silence us anytime they want. As we wrote earlier in the week in an article titled, The Global Media Industrial Complex:

 

Local blogs and websites are suppressed by big tech algorithms. If you write one thing out of line Google can institute a site wide ban, making sure you never show up in search algorithms again. Facebook restricts what is posted on their website. Twitter suppresses any outside links, to keep users on their own site. The year is 2021 and big brother is watching.
