20k will do nothing, I call BS on the face value of this story. IMO the only intent is comms/exposer to the story. Anyone with information pertaining to this knows the significance and danger it would bring. Those that would be willing to take 20k in exchange for that info would have already shared said info or are long dead. Those that have remained silent would need a hell of a lot more $ to come out.
With the known technological capabilities that exist, any lay person that would have info on this has already been dealt with by those it could/would implicate. The target audience IMO could only be those involved with the hit and coverup. Do you really think (((they))) would have failed to tie up loose ends? Whoever has this info would look at 20k as a decent dinner.
